The staff today were super judgemental for some reason and very rude. Also in the arcade all these old men kept peering through trying to look at me. Yall need to put cloth over the holes to only allow what they are designed for. Not a bunch of peeping toms trying to come into my booth.

Toys bought off the shelf are opened and showed to people, they do not have ones already out to look at. Also the staff of NOT friendly, I recommend you bypass this store and head to CASTLE MEGA STORE the staff is a lot nicer and they have demo toys out so you dont have to wonder what has gone in with the intimate toy you just purchased.

Always have a positive experience. The gentle and fun nature of the employees is always a cool experience. Perfect recommendations of products so far.

Me and my boyfriend just went in this store and were run out almost within two minutes from the large and overwhelmingly in our face creep that worked there. He continued to talk or try to talk to me when I clearly was not being social as we were trying to enjoy each other and get a vibe.. he made it so uncomfortable that we left without purchase. I will NOT go back at night again tHaT is a fact

My friend and I stopped by today Wednesday Aug. 16 2023. The place was very, very nice, great looking place, also the young man that was on duty was very welcoming, and friendly.I will return and spend some time and money there. BOB.

My girlfriend and I had a phenomenal experience here today!Ashley and Alicia were so helpful and informative of products and it made us have fun and not feel awkward at all, even with the group of 18 year olds in there dying of laugher at everything.They were solid salespeople for sure , yall in good handsI certainly believe they both deserve a raise for sure as they raised our spirits 😂Sincerely, A satisfied set of customers.

I’ve been in here a couple times, usually just looking around. One of my visits a couple months ago, I talked with one of the employees and found we had common interests. We’ve pretty much become friends, and I made a purchase that same visit. I’ve visited since and have now applied, as I enjoy the vibe of the store and the employees.

Bought one of their products for $119.I went home to and I put batteries in it and it did not work. I called them within 20 minutes of the time I made my purchase and told them about it. they said that I could not return it.. and basically I’m out $119.Beware guys, I would not trust this business especially with anything expensive!( the company of the item I bought replaced the item.. it was a waste of money because it sucks.) but not the adult shops fault. The lady was polite when I called, I no longer have any quarrels with this establishment. However I would still do research before buying expensive items to make sure that if it does not work the company will back it through warranty.

Counter person was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. When introducing me to the lingerie section he made a point of calling each size beautiful and to not assume my gender, which made me feel confident shopping there. They have a good selection of products. All around a good experience.

I had the best of experiences there and a reminder that female solidarity and protection is absolutely necessary the double Ms as I called them noticed someone had been stalking/following me. I forgot to grab something so I had to turn around from the store I was at and come back. These ladies noticed and as soon as I came back in, they were urgent about taking care of me and the situation. They called the police for me because I was shaking, and kept reassuring me everything would be okay. So thank you double Ms.

Staff watched my girlfriend and I like two shoplifters. We were followed around the store and reminded numerous times that they have a 10 minute browsing policy, after which if you dont make a purchase, you are asked to leave. Frankly, I was insulted. We went there with every intention of dropping over $150.00, but instead, we left not spending a dime. Their policy is costing them customers. Period. When selecting adult toys, most people appreciate some time and privacy, neither of which were allowed at this place. The owners should get a clue about proper etiquette in dealing with customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely will not be returning.

Had a wonderful experience with Alisha, came for the first time hoping to find something for my partner and I, and came out with more then expected, made sure that our items worked and were to our taste, thank you very much and more then happy to come back!!

Whoever the lady at the desk is she was awesome and I was not looking for men and she let me know hardly girls go in but a girl was in and out and sent me to get lucky. Professional and made me happy

Would have given more stars. But there needs more holes in the large arcade rooms. So if someone is camping in the one with 2 holes. A fun couple will have a place to play. Also could be cleaner. And why is the handicap hole so small.

Excellent staff, just hate the fact that the fake mandates for COVID which kills less people than the flu yearly, made it to where they were only open during regular business hours instead of 24/7.

The service I recieved was absolutely amazing and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Jessica and Ashley helped me find everything I need for a better price than anywhere else! Would recommend 11/10

I was in the store today looking at some items and the girl from behind the counter approached me and in a rude voice asked what was I doing as if I was trying to steal something then after I bought some things I went to the parking lot and was putting them in my sadel bags on my bike when she came out of the store and told me she thinks I need to leave. I have no idea why she was acting like this and I will never go there again, I was putting my things away on my $18000 Harley and I have a cashier making minimum wage treating me like Im a vagrant.

Very wonderful staff!! The manager is amazing, the store is full of everything you could possibly want is available there. I recommend this place over all the others in Medford.

Wow letting Co workers aka(shawn) sell drugs on business property during business hours to a regular customer that goes by DAVID MCMANIS aka DANGER.. it is in my best judgement to say that isnt it embarrassing to have one of our public establishments condoning and contributing to the use of drugs on property during business hours I asked all of us fellow City members to boycott and strike the use of this establishment by continuing to go to this place is also saying that you are a condolence of his negative activity and contributing to the use of illegal drugs an sells of illegal drugs who to say that sex trafficking is on business grounds as well I hope that this reaches people in the right position to do something about this problem an shut this negative mark on are good city down.

THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME AS IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE ... THEY ALSO HANDLE DISPUTES (WHICH ALL BUSINESSES EXPERIENCE) WITH CLASS AND UNDERCOVER SASS MEANING THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW TO FOLLOW THE RULES SO EVERYONE IS SAFE AND COMFORTABLE BUT ALSO NOT CAUSE A SCENE AND EMBARRASS THE PERSON WHO IS AT FAULT .... Only place to have fun in Medford. Had a 3 way in the back because a hotel was too expensive.
