Ive been receiving a monthly massage here for fourteen months, and have enjoyed each and every one. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful, and Ive tried three different massage therapists. Each one was great and helped me out a lot, and now I see Kelly regularly. Highly recommend!

Roseland was very welcoming and professional. She listened to me, checked in multiple times during the massage and left me feeling so much better than when I came in.The owner happened to be in the waiting room when I was finished and asked about my experience. UPDATE:The manager contacted me and offered to book me a free session with a different massage therapist to make up for my first unpleasant experience. They were understanding and attentive on call and I was glad that they didnt necessarily blame either me or the first therapist I saw, and instead said it was likely not the right fit.So during the second visit, I saw Kelly and my god was she amazing! She was very personable, made me feel comfortable and talked to me throughout to make sure I was doing well and kept making minor adjustments as needed. The best thing was that she was very intuitive in her approach and could tell which part needed more focused relief. It was a firm and deep tissue massage which was at times painful due to relieving muscle knots but brought me great relief. I left feeling lighter and relaxed. Even two days later, I can still feel the effects of the massage. I highly recommend Kelly as she was outstanding!~~~~~Previous:Went for a deep tissue massage two days ago and it was an underwhelming experience. The front desk person was very welcoming and the atmosphere of the place was indeed nice, but the massage therapist (Eric) was a disappointment.I did not enjoy my massage because it didnt relieve any tension or bring deep tissue relief. It also felt rushed and I ended up being given a massage for 45 mins instead of the full 60 mins that I paid for. Also I went in relatively pain free (I have chronic lower back pain that Im in PT for) and walked out with lower back ache that made it uncomfortable to walk. I think the massage contributed to the pain flare up!The therapist didnt really spend time to talk to me to fully understand and address my concerns, the reason I was there and overall didnt seem to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and ease my concerns as a first time client whos never had a massage before. I also wasnt counselled after the session with any suggestions for long term care or deciding a massage frequency. Overall it just felt hasty and I didnt feel the therapist knew what they were doing fully or maybe they werent comfortable with me as their client either.

Great location with lots of parking nearby, clean and relaxing space, friendly staff, and open until late in the evening. My masseuse was even considerate enough to recommend a colleague who would fit my particular needs to accommodate my schedule if she is ever not available. Overall a wonderful experience!

Services are great but dont be dumb like me and sign up for a membershipTo be clear, the service, atmosphere, and staff are all great. But do not get sucked into a membership unless it is something you will regularly use. Cancelling is hard, harder than any gym membership Ive canceled before, and they try to charge you $90 every single month. Plus you have to cancel 2 months in advance! So even if you stop using it right away youre out $180.This is my fault ultimately. I should never have agreed to the the membership and I will never do something like that again. But I also cant go back to a business who preys upon bad decisions like that either.

Came in as a first time customer for a prenatal massage at the Medford location. I felt very safe and taken care of by my message therapist.

Corrina was amazing as always. Not only does she, along with all the therapists at Elements, do everything in their power to make you as comfortable as possible but they also provide feedback at the end on where they’ve noticed tension/ stress on your muscles. It is evident that they are incredibly knowledgeable on anatomy and musculature and share their skills with kindness and respect. The staff greet you immediately with sparkling or still water and invite you into a clean and ambient waiting area until it’s time for your appointment. 11/10 would recommend and continue to frequent. :)

Ive been trying to find a massage therapist for a while that I meshed with, and after trying Elements I think Ive found it!! Everyone there was wicked friendly, and Nataly was super knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her. She knew exactly how to help with my back pain and relaxation! I am a member of their monthly massage program , its perfect for me. This location is calming and clean, the front desk staff are always inviting and attentive. I have my go to therapists, Yumi, Nataly and Lea. They ask just enough questions to know where to target or if you are just there to relax (Im not one to talk during a massage, I like a quiet space).

I thought it would be a one-time treat for myself, but I ended up feeling so relaxed that I booked monthly massages. Love it! The girls are great! Super respectful and the space is very soothing. Im removing a star cause Id love it if they had showers to remove the excess oil after the massage. They try to like absorb as much when theyre done, but is not very comfortable afterwards, so plan accordingly.

What an amazing experience! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I’m so impressed with the way this facility is managed. I was late for my appointment and the manager (Ruby) was extremely understanding. She helped me reschedule (without feeling guilty like some other places where this has happened) and there was no re-booking fees. Highly recommend!!

I’m not from Medford, but I was in town and wanted to treat myself. Corrina was amazing. She asked me what I wanted her to focus on for my massage and she definitely delivered. She also checked in a few times which was nice. After, she told me some tips on how to not hurt myself more. Overall it was a really great experience. If I’m ever back around I would definitely ask for her again.

Since they are open 9 to 9 it was easy to find a time that works and the schedulerers are really nice and accommodating.The massage itself was great! I am almost afraid to praise him too much because then everyone will want to get a massage from him and Ill have a tougher time booking appointments but Jean Rico is the absolute best masseuse I have ever had. I just became a member for monthly massages after leaving his session. My back feels 10 years younger!

I have been a member of the Elements Wellness program since 2012. The Medford studio is well-run. The receptionists are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate that if I missed any of my monthly massage sessions, it remains as credit in my account and does not appear to expire so far in my experience. I like the options of scheduling online or by phone, and the friendly email and phone call reminders of my appointments. I had good experience with every therapist there, but Jessica has been my favorite since she joined the studio in 2014. She uses varied techniques to address my problem areas and has been effective. Thus every session may be a different experience. She is one of the reasons I remain a loyal customer. However, she appears to be in demand and I have to book at a least a couple of weeks ahead to get my desired appointment time.S.H.

Staff and therapy are very friendly. At the time of the initial reservation, they check the bad condition and hope in detail and match what kind of therapist is good. The therapy was more comfortable than I expected and my body felt lighter than before. I like a calm relaxing space very much.

I used to go to a different Elements location but ended up switching my account to the one in Medford because I truly like them that much better! The entire front desk staff is always so helpful, friendly and on point! It’s always a pleasant and relaxing experience coming in. Everyone was pleasant and there was almost no wait time. The room where I had my message was very nice and quiet.After the massage, I was given a bottle of water and a mint while they went over some things they noticed during the massage and some techniques I could use on my own if I felt discomfort. Overall a very relaxing and thorough experience.

When I went for an appointment, I heard a customer complain of her therapist making her feel very uncomfortable by some of his techniques and she said that she wouldnt want anyone else to go through the same experience. Luckily, I heard this before my appointment with him so walked out.I hope that the company has rectified this situation to ensure that no future customers are at risk, but posting this just in case.From how good the other reviews are, I assume this particular incident is not a true reflection of the overall company, but I would advise that if you have an appointment there and are concerned by what Ive posted, then contact them and reference this review to ensure your session is with someone you have no safety concerns about.

Rose is an absolute master at her craft. I instantly became a member and cannot wait for my follow up massages. 10 out of 10, I would recommend this massage studio over anything I’ve ever gotten in the past.

Babas knowledge and strength made for an amazing experience. Today I experienced about 15% of the physical pain that I was experiencing before my treatment from Baba. He is fantastic!

I was a member for more than a year at the Boston location, and when the place was closed, I was not compensated for paying for 5 treatments without receiving them. when contacting elements massage, the told me that there is no responsibility on their side, and each location is individual. This is not a good place, but just make sure you dont pay anything ahead of time.* EDIT: As i cannot reply to the comment below - this is not my experience at all. i was asked to go to remote locations of element which i was ok with but it was extremely hard to book an appointment with in the two months i needed to use the remining credit. When i asked for more details and resolution, i was asked to contact Elements Massage head quarters where i didnt receive any response other than the fact that each location is an individual location. i asked for my money back as Ive not received the service i have payed for, and again i was told that the location that charged me doesnt exists.This make this entire service unreliable, and i will repeat my advise to avoid paying for a subscription, but only individual massages.

Had an incredible massage yesterday with Eric. I would give him 10 stars. He was highly professional and he really knows his stuff. As a bodybuilder, I often have several knots located throughout my back, chest, shoulders, and arms. Eric found and alleviated all of them. I felt like a million bucks when I left. I highly recommend Eric to clients that want a deep massage thats therapeutic and healing.

I have a great monthly package that I use with my flex spending. It serves me well. Knowing I have a massgae every month allows me to ensure some relaxation and muscle movement. I have had work done by five or more different masseuses, and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you elements team. Awesome experience.

The people who work at Elements Medford as associates or therapists are all so nice and very professional. While the facility is simple and without frills, it is well kept, clean and adequate for relaxing massages.

I joined their wellness program a couple of years ago to get a lower price on monthly massages. I tried out several masseuses and found 2 that I really like. I enjoy going monthly and its a good deal for the money.

I like the location and facilities. The therapists are great, of course, and the front office staff are very helpful, efficient. Its easy to make and change appointments, and if my usual therapist is unavailable, the staff are ready with suggestions.

Quiet, relaxing, perfect pressure. Stole me from my “go-to” place and signed up for a membership on day one. Love that you can cancel at any time and share with your friends/family if you have rollover appts. $69 per appt. with the membership. Highly recommend Raven.

The massage therapists I have had really know their stuff. They take the time to listen to you, then come up with a plan for home in between massages. I even had 1 therapist who found my migraine without my telling her. Also, do not pass on the Himalayan Salt Stones. I cant wait for the next.

Reason I love it:I can use my FSA flex spending account so its essentially tax-free spending (even when I purchase a gift card)There is a free parking lot across the street that always has spacesThey send text message reminders that I can easily add to my google calendar on my phone with on click of the buttonThe people who answer the phone are so nice and professional even when I am calling to reschedule or change my payment card or something typically inconvenientI have met and chatted with the owner several times, she is lovely and kind - they did a coat drive this year for Christmas which was nice for the communityThe massages are wonderful obviously... the massage therapists are professional are there are a variety of them. Bong, who does my massages ALWAYS remembers every ache and pain I had from the month before. The lighting is soft, the music is soft and he always gives me a heating pad on my back to loosen it up.This place has been such an important part of my life for the past year, getting massages truly makes me relax, I have a crazy job. I try to get a massage on Sunday evenings or right when I get home from a work trip. I also have encountered sports injuries and massages are an important feature on my road to recovery.I cant say enough good things about this place.
