Highly recommend this place. My husband bought me the Serenity Package and the Infared Sauna was so relaxing and comfortable I almost fell asleep because I was so relaxed. My facial, done by Eva was very relaxing and done super well my my face is glowing. The massage done by Daniel was the BEST massage Ive ever had. Ive had a lot of massages so that says something! The pedicure done by Raelynn was awesome. She took her time and was very professional and sweet.It was awesome meeting the owner Marion she gave me a gauva mimosa and it was sooo good. She was so friendly and sweet she truly cares that her customers receive great services!If you are looking for a quality spa with great services, where you get what you pay for look no further because this place is AMAZING!

I had the best facial of my life done by Eva. All other facials have made my face breakout but hers made my face so vibrant and clear. I highly recommend Eva and everyone at this spa. The waxing services are a plus too ✨

This place is so nice! Went for a massage through Groupon and what I received was a professional, tender massage therapist that made me feel so comfortable. I cried the 1st ten minutes!Daniel Smith knew just how to help my emotions through this swedish massage. The bed was comfortable and heated and the hot towel treatment made it even more memorable!Felt pampered from the moment I walked in. They offered me something to drink as I filled out a form in their tranquility room. I also recovered in this room after the massage. I Really recommend Daniel to anyone who wants a great massage experience!

Jessica arrived right at the time of my appointment (I was her first client of the day) which means the wax was not ready at the time of my appointment. Instead of waiting for the wax to warm properly Jessica kept applying wax that wasnt properly prepared to my face and apologizing over and over. She tried several different types of wax and was unsuccessful with any of them. She apologized over and over again but never just admitted defeat. In the end she did not charge me for the wax. I left with a large clump of wax on my cheek, there was wax left in my eyebrows, there was even wax in my hair!! The cherry on top was most of the hair I wanted removed was left behind with all the wax Jessica left on my skin. While it was nice that I wasnt charged for the waxing, I cant in good conscience not let others know about the horrific experience I had in hopes that they can avoid it happening to them.*edited to add* You were obviously aware of the ordeal if the equipment has been replaced already why did you not reach out to me to make things right? Why is it my responsibility to contact you after your representative wronged me instead of the other way around? You have all my contact information and your receptionist knew all the details of my appointment, the responsibility to contact someone and make things right falls on you, not me.

This place is so nice and clean. The staff delivered the upmost customer service 👏 Raelynn did my mani and pedi, the best one Ive had 💅 I will definitely be back.

I was given a gift card by my team at work so I booked a facial and with some left over, a gel manicure. The facial was decent, not the best Ive had, and I went back a few days later for the manicure. Kayla was very nice and personable, but in under 5 hours, the gel polish started to fail. Ive had a ton of gel manicures and they always were very strong and held for 2+ weeks before cracking or peeling. So I called the salon and explained what was happening and they said they would schedule me for a nail fix at no charge. By the time I made it back, 3 nails had failed. Kayla fixed them with no problem and even apologized for the hassle. Well I am now sitting here typing this not even 12 hours later and one of the nails she repaired has already cracked and peeling off again. I 100% believe this is a result of the product and not the nail tech because her technique was great, giving me very even and smooth nails. For the extreme price of $70 when you can go to Le nails for $40 and they stay for 2+ weeks, Im shocked this is the type of quality they offer in gel products.

My experience here was horrible from start to finish. My Mom bought me a $200 gift certificate for my 30th birthday because she lives out of state. I had to lie to her about my experience here because I didn’t want her to feel bad or feel like her money or thoughts were wasted at this establishment. The day of my 2 hour massage, my car ended up not starting about 20-30 minutes before my appointment. Panicked, I called them and explain what was happening and absolutely no helpful response whatsoever, just threatened that they will charge me 50% for rescheduling the appointment. I would understand if I was just rescheduling to reschedule, but that wasn’t the case and the attitude of the staff was “too bad. Not my problem.” Luckily, I have an amazing neighbor who let me barrow their vehicle once they heard the spa was going to charge $100. Once getting to the spa, I was riddled with anxiety—literally sweating. I could tell my masseuse was annoyed with me, which made the experience even worse. Once in the massage room I was hoping for a relaxing 2 hour experience to melt my stress away. That did not happen. The ENTIRE 2 hours that I had my massage, there was constant construction noise and yelling from the addition of Admire Aesthetics next door. I counted about 15-30 seconds intervals of continuous hammering and banging throughout the entire experience. At one point I told my masseuse that it sounds like “they’re really bad drummers.” To which she murmured “sorry.” At one point I almost just got up and left, but felt weird about doing that, so stayed, unfortunately. Once it was over, I told the front desk woman about the experience, to which she replied that “they don’t want to be spa Karen’s to the construction people.” And that other clients have also complained about that issue, “it is what it is and they usually leave around 1-1:30pm” This business is built around self care and relaxation. If they know this type of situation is happening, tell your clients so they can make informed decisions! Knowing that the receptionist knew about what time would be better, but did not let me know and scheduled me (literally off her recommendation for masseuse and time of massage) at the worst time. At the height of construction. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place or it’s staff to anyone.

The people here are really welcoming and so nice. My husband and I got massages, I got mine from Allison and Jennifer worked on my husband. He said it was one of the best massages hes had. Allison is so lovely and has such a peaceful spirit about her. I appreciate the care she took to work with my back issues, she is my first choice for massage. The Spa is beautiful and everyone seemed to be very welcoming. We had mimosas when we arrived. What a treat.And lastly the owner, is absolutely awesome. She went out of her way to work my appointments in better for my schedule and she chatted with us while we waited. Loved her!

My friend and I had a spa day today to celebrate my retirement and her birthday. The entire experience was excellent in every way. The staff were all gracious, professional, and welcoming. Allison gave me a foot soak and leg massage followed by a 60 minute massage. It was pure bliss. We also enjoyed the infrared sauna and delicious mamosas. Last but not least Mi gave me a wonderful manicure. The flowers and lovely details made it seem very luxurious and special. Thumbs up to White lotus and the wonderful staff.

My visit was wonderful from start to finish. Front desk was polite and helpful and Jean really took care of me and my knots. Thank you ladies for a relaxing day, I will be returning!

Holy Moly!! I have had two massages and a pedicure at White Lotus. None of which disappointed!! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring! My massage with Allison was next level amazing!!! My pedicure with Mi was impeccable! I am only here in Medford for a short time but White Lotus will be my go to for all things relaxation and rejuvenation!! Thank you so much to all the staff there!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I get there, it starts about 15 minutes late (not because of me and I didnt get that 15 minutes back at the end, even though they said I would, so I got 75 minutes for the price of 90). I verified it was deep tissue at the beginning, she says yes. But then I kept asking the masseuse to go harder, she said yes but wouldnt. At the end, I complained to the cashier that I didnt get a full 90 minutes and that I booked a deep tissue massage and I verified with the person I was booking that it was deep tissue, then I verified with a different cashier when I checked in it was deep tissue, and then I verified with the masseuse, and everybody said yes you have a deep tissue. When I paid the gal was like oh no, it says right here that you get a Swedish massage and I said well I dont want to pay for Swedish when I specifically asked for deep tissue not once, not twice but 3 times. You guys are charging me for 90 minutes when I got 75 minutes and youre charging me for something I didnt even book or enjoy. She did not even apologize, she did not offer her condolences, she did not offer me a discount, she offered me literally nothing but a rude smirk and then charged me the full price. It is the first time in my entire life, and Ive been getting massages for over 20 years and I get them between 2 and 6 times a month, that I have never ever left a tip. And I will never ever return and I will never ever have anything good to say about this business, or the people who run it, or the people who work there. I work in sales and expect good service and this was easily the worst spa and spa experience Ive had in any state, ever.

My absolute favorite place to get a pedicure. Robin and Carmen are the best! It is a bit pricey for me so I don’t go often but it’s well worth the money. The owner is very sweet, kind and inviting as well.

This is a beautiful spa, everyone treats you with so much respect and really pays attention to your wants/needs. The owner greeted me with a mimosa when I came in, she definitely gets an A+ in hospitality. My favorite part was my facial treatment, the aesthetician who worked with me was so extremely kind, professional and she did a great job!

My wife and I went here for a facial and massage. We traveled in from California for our 15th anniversary to hang out in southern Oregon for a couple of days. The facial was great!! However, they forgot to book our massage. We were disappointed but kept a positive attitude. They offered us a massage on the following day but because we were staying about 45 minutes away we told them we had to talk it over but informed them we would let them know within the next hour. They agreed. My wife and I decided we would come out the next day for our massage. We literally called them back within 15 minutes but they never answered the phone. Ended up leaving 2 messages for them to call us back and that we wanted the massage for the next day. They never returned our call…makes me think they really didn’t want to accommodate us in the first place. So disappointed.

This was my first experience at White Lotus Day Spa, and it wont be my last! It was perfect on all levels. The clean and well decorated rooms, water features, smells, music, it was all tranquility at its best... and the services matched all of that! My mother and I spent the better part of a day being pampered with the Lotus Relaxation Package and we both thought it was worth every penny! What a wonderful gift!!!Daniel and Joni both did excellent jobs with our massages, then Charmaine and Carmen gave us fabulous body scrub massages (wow- makes your skin feel so awesome and soft!) we enjoyed a delicious lunch, then back to Carmen and Charmaine for the customized 90 minute facials, with the eye therapy- Im still glowing! I think we both fell asleep it was so relaxing! And then we finished off our day with mani & pedicures- Carmen and Robin were awesome too! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you White Lotus staff- it truly was simply fabulous!

This is a wonderful day spa! Ive had a facial, pedicure and Indian Head massage and all were top-notch. The setting is classy and serene, and the entire staff (starting with the owner, Marion) are all so welcoming and professional. I have never treated myself much to personal care services but I think thats about to change!

Was gifted a certificate for massage at White Lotus by. friend for Christmas. I was finally able to book appt. All I can say is my friend is truly a good friend. The spa atmosphere is very relaxing, pleasant, soothing, and clean. It is obvious surroundings are well cared for. The staff was warm professional and friendly. I was cared for by Daniel ( The Masseuse) and he too was warm, professional and friendly and provided a wonderful experience. He asked and paid attention to my troubled areas of great tension and worked out months of kinks. I’ll be back! I purchased the Relaxation spa package for my mom and I, as a special moment for her and I.We had an incredible time being pampered and spoiled. The lunch was delicious and we especially loved the mimosas.Our time there was absolutely wonderful and Ive never seen my mom with such a relaxed, happy and glowing smile.

My husband surprised me and a friend with a spa day. I want to say that when we walked in either of us really knew what we were in for as he scheduled everything. From the moment we walked in we both felt completely relaxed, we were treated amazingly, sat in the sauna and then had side by side massages. This was her first massage and she is hooked!! It’s beautiful, truly relaxing and the staff was awesome. Thank you for such a lovely time ❤️

Wow! I tend to approach day spas with tempered expectations after a few letdowns over the years. White Lotus restored my faith, it was amazing! I was treating my mom to a much needed spa day and from the moment we arrived we were completely pampered. The owner was so lovely and inviting. The facility has been beautifully decorated and certainly evokes a calming mindset. We enjoyed delicious cocktails, comfy robes and the finest massage chairs while our feet soaked. My massage therapist Daniel was not only delightful, but also fantastic about addressing my problem areas. Ive had a lot of massages and he is top notch. My mom only had positive things to say about her facial which was performed by Jazmin. They only use clean, organic skincare products which is something I strive toward and really appreciated. We were allowed as much time as we needed after our treatments to decompress and talk while we sipped our drinks in the relaxation room, we never once felt rushed. It was a special afternoon to reconnect and I am grateful for such a wonderful place to do it. On our way out we checked out some of the nails that had been done while we were there and we both want to come back for mani/pedis now. If you are wanting a day, hour, or however long you can manage for some self care and pampering then look no further. We have found our go-to in the Rogue Valley.

My mom and I had a package booked together and at the last minute my aunt wanted to join and they were able to get her in same day as us so we all could have the experience together. The place is beautiful and clean, the staff is so nice and attentive and the services we paid for were top tier. We had a wonderful time and absolutely enjoyed ourselves and we can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

After visiting a renowned spa in Hawaii several years ago and experiencing a great massage treatment, I visited White Lotus. Penelope, I have to say was fantastic. I had a massage with Daniel. He was amazing... so attentive, caring and professional! The Spa is beautiful, modern and the staff are very polite. They offer many services and the atmosphere is quiet and very peaceful. I highly recommend White Lotus Day Spa.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for collage graduation and come to find out you only have 4 months to use it. He spent over $100 for this and Ive been extremely busy considering I work in Healthcare and I can not use it now. I think everyone should know that If you plan on getting thier gift certificates make sure the person you are buying it for doesnt travel for work and can actually have time to use it or it will be money wasted for nothing.

Super disappointed in the lack of communication.I received text confirmations of my appointment the week of and day of. Then I got a phone call an hour before my appointment that there were call ins and they asked to reschedule. This was a couples package where both of us took the afternoon off. We can’t just “reschedule” this afternoon was supposed to be a gift to my husband and absolutely ruined. The woman was less then apologetic and could only offer “we can’t control it” I’m sure they knew of the call ins prior and find it super rude to call only an hour in advance considering they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Won’t be giving this place a 2nd opportunity.

My husband and I treated ourselves to this wonderful spa and we were so pampered!!! It was a package that had us there for several hours. We were served a delicious lunch, the facials, massages, manicure and pedicure and special tea and everything else we had were all top of the line. I look forward to our next visit!

OMG. How an awesome place to go for a deep massage. My wife and I went as couples as it was our 25th anniversary and neither one of us had ever had one. Daniel really hits te deep parts of my neck that I hadnt even realized was stiff. Vanessa did the same on my wife. We will definitely be back again.

Carmen was the absolute best. This was hands down the most thorough and relaxing pedicure I have ever had. She was so nice and knowledgeable and really cared about the job she was doing. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Carmen!

My mom and I shared a wonderful, full spa day at White Lotus and it blew me away! We were together the entire time, enjoying mimosas while in the sauna, getting facials and massages, and ending our day with mani/pedis. Amazing experience. A group of four of us came for my moms birthday. We got the mani/pedi combo and it was basically the best any of us had gotten. The owner, Marion, set it all up to make sure they had the proper staff to help us all get our nails done at the same time. It was truly an exquisite experience.

I was in town in business, I found this lovely day spa and couldn’t have had a better experience. The receptionist was gorgeous and friendly and Anna did an amazing job! I’ll be back!

I had purchased a groupon certificate for my daughters 18th birthday and we were super unhappy with the service. I called ahead of time to make the appointment as we were going on a big Birthday vacation cruise and I was told we could pay extra to do volume lashes. Once we went in for her appointment we were told they were out of said lashes and couldn’t do those ones. While in the appointment the lady spent too much time on her phone and you could barely see her lashes. Once we came home from vacation and my daughter tried to schedule her fill she was told that she didn’t do a two week fill so the coupon wasn’t good and that they would giver her 10% off. They didn’t inform my daughter that the coupon wasn’t any good if she went over the two weeks. I love getting my lashes done but I will never use them or send anyone I know there.

Really disappointed in the manicure and pedicure I had done on Tuesday.It’s Friday now ( I’m out of town) and totally cracked and falling off.I’m on vacation this week and haven’t been doing anything rough with my hands at all.Was looking forward to pretty nails and now have scary hands.Bought a Groupon since the spa uses mostly eco products and did quite like the atmosphere of the place.
