Solid little shop, good variety and knowledgeable staff with best price on the vape brand I wanted, though there were only a few of the particular brand I like. Will be back to try the new US made line of disposables they have.

Vapor Legends is a gorgeous, well stocked store, stocked with all popular items including a very wide variety of the best juice.The owner Chad is doing a bang up job of providing everything to meet your vaping needs.Ive been a customer since 2015, far as Im concerned Vapor Legends is the only and best game in town.

Overpriced compared to other stores on the area.. staff sold me wrong pods , even tho I had the device there, oh cant take back open pods so Im out that.. never asked me for my number to get the points.. sorry to bother you bub. But I can go elsewhere..

I travel weekly to Medford to work, and Vapor Legends is the easiest vape store to get to from where Im working. The service is outstanding, and the product selection is top notch​. They always have what I need to stock up on. The rewards program is also worth mentioning. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and the prices are definitely better than what I can find in Douglas County. Bonus points for the adorable and well behaved doggo that always greets me at the entrance. I will continue to patron this establishment. Highly recommended

As a very loyal customer they have not been loyal to me. I have purchased many many things at this store. Their prices are higher than most places but because I liked their dog in the store and the owner seemed cool I continued buying from them. My vap had a malfunction (a little after 30 day and looks brand new..) and they said no they wouldnt return or exchange. No working with me or my loyalty to them. I Do No recommend shopping here. With the amt I spent at this store I am disappointed with them. Unless you are willing to throw money out the winder often I would not recommend shopping here. The staff is not real willing to be helpful and often sells the wrong products for the device you have as well.

I started going to Vapor Legends almost 7 years ago when they were still in Phoenix. One location move and 3 new shop owners and they are now the best shop around, no doubt about that. The current owner always goes above and beyond to satisfy all customers as does every member of his staff. 🏅I have never left there disappointed in any way. They have the best deals on mod boxes, the best and most durable mods on the market, the best juices available, and if they dont have it just ask and chances are they will get it. Their prices cant be beat either. I moved to Grants Pass over a year ago and the shops here just dont even compare, so I drive🚙 to Medford and still go to Vapor Legends for all my vape needs no matter how big or small. I would never go anywhere else. I highly, highly recommend them. Ive sent several friends there, and friends of friends no matter if they were just starting to vape and needed advice before buying or if they have been doing it for years and Ive never heard a single person say one bad thing about their visit. Quite the opposite actually. Everyone is always, Wow, they were so cool in there, and they cut me a deal on this and this, and I got this for free on my second visit, and theyre all so helpful and polite... literally from every person. Oh, Im not much of a dog person, but I must say, the dog in there is the nicest guy Ive ever met.🐕‍🦺 Always greets me with a big doggy smile and happy wagging tail, never jumps on me or anything like that. Hes very disciplined and very well trained.Keep up the outstanding work and service to the valley you guys. You are one of a kind ✨️

Ive gotten turned on to many flavors and brands that I hadnt considered before. They know their stuff and are super helpful. Their dog is awesome, and the fishtank is beautiful.

Phenomenal like the best vape shop that Ive been to in a very long time we travel all across the country and a lot of them just dont really care about their inventory this place really seems to care about the customer and to lay out of the store is great. The person working when I went there was super happy and chill.

After calling two minutes before close to let them know that apple maps took me to the wrong place Chris said it’s all good just get in here in five which I did. So then several minutes AFTER closing time chuck (owner) and Chris treated me like it was Sunday at noon. Helping me pick it out the best flavor and so on. Man, really exceptional to see business owners and staff treat customers that way. Appreciative in more than one way. Thanks so much. You guys are the schnit. ✌️

Amazing customer service, great vape shop with a great selection! I recently lost my Caliburn G2 battery and could not find it anywhere locally. The owner was so nice he offered to trade the un-opened pods and coils I had for the G2 for another Caliburn system they had in store. But not only do I really like the G2, I had recently purchased 10 packs of coils and 5 packs of pods about a month earlier for the G2 system, so I graciously declined. After calling every shop I could find between Medford and Kalamath Falls I thought I was out of luck. Then I called Vapor Legends again and asked if theyd be able to order the G2 unit by chance. They said Sure! and even in the carbon black color I initially was looking for. The pricing is great and they really went above and beyond! Im looking forward to picking up the G2 when it arrives and will recommend Vapor Legends to anyone asking if they know of a great vape shop in the Southern Oregon area.Thanks again!Brennan

Who sells a nicotine free product to a nicotine user?This place. What a waste. And it destroyed the pod that I also bought that was the wrong pod in the wrong box. Who sells a product that doesn’t match the description on the box? Just something like it?“This place”. I’m so mad right now!

Staff was so helpful. They were willing to notify me when the coils I needed came in and the place is nice and open so the shop is comfortable to be in. Also they have a really nice fish tank :) just a plus

Decent variety of vape devices but I wasn’t very impressed with the vape juices available. They do not carry 100% vegetable glycerin juices and they all contain artificial ingredients. I had to order from Kai’s Virgin Vapors instead.

Absolutely an amazing selection of vape liquids terrific customer serviceThey have an amazing dog who is extremely friendly well tempered great with kids are 12 month old doesnt like dogs but he absolutely loved their dog. I not only strongly recommend this place but I urge you to give them a try you wont be disappointed on service and selection and quality.

Stunning service! I normally don’t give out 5 star reviews... This isn’t a gimmy! They definitely earned all 5 stars! They helped me pick the perfect MOD for me. I had an Alien originally, the guy in the store told me to get a Switcher, which was bout the same price maybe a few bucks less than my previous MOD. I was a lil skeptical, just because usually when you buy bigger an better things I’m use to paying more... I was looking at a few different options that cost almost double of the switcher, and I’m glad he convinced me to get it because it’s Inexpensive, but works 10 times better than my previous MOD!This probably doesn’t mean much to anyone else, but to me, with trying to quit smoking, this means the world! Thank you guys very much! ALSO THESE GUYS HAVE AN AWESOME SELECTION OF JUICES! YOU CAN TRY THEM OUT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, AND THEY ARE 50-60% CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER STORE IVE BEEN TO IN THE VALLEY!!!

I was a loyal ec blend customer but since buying a new device from ec blend they are continuously out of the coils I need and the vape juices are never reordered. At vape Legend my coils are there and they reorder juices where ec blend gets a promotional order then never reordered as told by employees.Go to vape legend!

I worked at EC for about a month and would ONLY come to these guys for my mods, liquids and tanks! Customer service is obviously a priority and all the staff is as friendly as possible! Ill always be going to these guys for all of my vape needs!(Also their house juices are SO much better than the competition)

Good spot, they have a good collection of Vapes. I even accumulated enough points over time to get a free vape worth $30.

Awesome place. Knowledgeable staff AND ACCOMMODATING. I came in 2 or 3 weeks ago and asked if they had a certain flavor (they didnt) but when I came back for my usual purchase a couple weeks later, they had ordered the flavor I was asking about AND remembered it was me who asked! 😊 I bought my first vape here. Dude was so helpful. He set the whole thing up for me. Gave me lots of information. They have juices out which you can smell and taste before you buy them. I later went to another Vape store and they couldnt even give me any suggestions there. Vapor Legends customer service is the best!!!

New owners dont honor the punch cards from the previous owner. Which is understandable, but the offer to give credit results in getting pretty much nothing. Staff is snooty and the prices are very high

Great little vape shop, nice to see good selection of juice... Gentleman that was working was knowable and nice to deal with.... They have a point system buy 10, 11th free....Refreshing to see vape shop and not other tobacco products or pipes and bongs.... From the coast and will definitely stop back by.... Would like to see wider variety of mods and tanks, Smok is just not up my alley.... Great way for beginners to change over tho..... Nice dog to greet you to.....

Went in to look for hardware and juice the selection of smoke devices super disappointed me, I was excited to go see them and was just so disappointed. Also there was one customer and one employee when I went in last night the employee never greeted me its not that hard to say hi and acknowledge my presence and say Ill be with you shortly. Instead he pretended I did not exist. Super disappointed in my visit walked out after a bit probably will never go back.

I was recommended by former coworkers to go here. I am a person who enjoys building and trying new atomizers and sadly they had very few to choose from in general. Front desk guy drifted off a few times and didnt hold conversation despite me being the only one there I had to repeat myself many times also vaping knowledge seemed lacking which at a place like this you need someone who can talk these products of you want people to buy them. Had to sand down a Drip tip I bought beacuas it didnt fit my tfv8 despite being labeled for the that atomizer. Bottom line I was able to go to ec blends and find a new atomizer and more knowledgeable. I still bought a battery and charger there to support local. But please get knowledgeable people at your front desk and have them look at and know the product that they are selling.

Used to be my MAIN place to shop vape related, as of lately anything I NEED they will not have in stock.Smok coils GONEso I got a valerian, and now they have no coils!Japanese cotton GONEany good juice GONE!one they have a stock again, and I can show up and accually purchase what I came to do, without having to drive cross town just to get juice and coils. My review will return to 5 stars.BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT LEGENDS VAOE HAS THE BEST PRICES BY FAR!!!tribal salt nic 60ml = $50+!Legends salt nic 100ml = $20!Thats it $20 for salt nic! Always a great place to get vape juice, coils and any other vape stuff. They have reasonable prices compared to all the other shops and they are the only vape shop in this area that stays open the latest! They close at 7:30 pm and all day on Sundays.

Went to a competitor first but got zero support and walked out. The owner is very hands on, answering every annoying question, taking apart my vaporizer to fill it. He provided education and sincerely wanted to help.

I would give it a zero star but it wont let me. I drive in at 7 pm when the store closes at 8 and the sign says on the door be back at 630pm its not 715pm and still no one is here to help the three people that are standing outside.
