The owner always has an open ear for a customer. Love this place so much, I even come in on my days off just to chat about life. This place has a welcome atmosphere other places often lack. In a town that is starting to have an overabundance of vape shops(for some odd reason) this is the oldest establishment and warmest establishment in the Medford area.

Accidentally bought the wrong coils for my vape and she exchanged them for the correct one with no extra charge. I was expecting to at least pay for the one of the 5 pack that I opened not realizing they were the wrong one but I didnt even have to! Thats great customer service.

I have never walked into medford vapors without being greeted with a big smile and hello. also, gives random deals on prices which is always a bonus!! always happy with purchases and I know I can take any of my capes there to get help with them if I have problems!!

A very friendly enviroment. The owner lady is awesome and friendly. Yes even though there is a small selection for the vapeing products. It is hard to bring a new type if business into a small town. The prices are NOT HIGH at all. Those who think its high, they order off line.. but in a vape store its pretty cheap. Its a great place to go to especially if ur new to vaping and want to get a starter MOD.

I have been into a lot of vape stores and this place has a nice selection of inventory compared to some places. The owner was very informative and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
