I never get on websites to blast companies but the experience I had deemed as such. If I could give my shopping experience less than 1 star I would as I was racially profiled while here. Shopping for a cigar I watched a person of a different ethnic background come in and was helped exactly the way a customer should with questioned asked and answered. Then my turn came and all I got from the employee was a stare while standing next to me in the humidor. I subsequently left without buying anything because why should a business who hire employees with this stereotypical mindset get any of my hard earned money. I hope no one of color goes here and experiences what I don’t. And if you don’t get my message or think I’m crying wolf thank god it hasn’t happened to you yet!
