They sell fake vapes here!I bought 2 Raz Polar Ice (40$)The 16 year old looking kid behind the counter said “check it before you leave.”I checked. Right in front of him. Never left the counter lol. NO SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE DEVICE and when I kept trying it eventually pulled smoke on the LOWEST setting ONLY.I said to the kid “can you please switch this out just incase it doesn’t work at all.”He said very sheepishly and very unintelligently “sorry..I can’t return it..” and just stood there.My response was “why would you even tell me to check it.” And left.And when I walked in another worker was talking about other customers calling them stupid lol.0 out of 10. They suck.Xoxo

The owner has stayed open for me countless times getting off work late to rush over. Best customer service in the business from Shah and he keeps a bunch of local pieces in there and promotes them and supports them very thoroughly. Very refreshing and kind and compassionate which is nice to see in the business industry

If I could leave no stars, I would. I visited his store over a year ago and he has not stopped harassing me with phone calls and texts. Every single night I get 3 to 4 phone calls no matter the hour. I’ve tried blocking the calls but he just blocks his number and calls with no ID. This man is a stalker and will not be stopped.

I bought a nectar collector tip and they didn’t have the other piece that I needed. When I called the other store to see if they stocked it, the owner was completely rude and told me that the tip only sold as is(which I know isn’t right) had the worst attitude and told me I had no idea what I’m talking about and that I was trying to tell him how to run his business and actually hung up on me. I was nothing but nice and the funny part is, I was planning on coming in there and spending more money if the owner’s attitude wasn’t so terrible. The girl in the store working the counter was nice, it wasn’t her fault. I don’t think this guy should be working with the public if he hates people so much. Acting like that will never make people want to return and spend money.

Limited choices, bad attitude, cashier had to call boss for prices. Nah...

THE WORST customer service Ive never been to a vape shop and treated so bad! From what I heard they still fake items as well! WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY many other shops in area with authentic items!

This vape shop is rlly nice and friendly. I asked the black haired girl which vape i should buy and she was very knowledgable and helpful. They also have rlly cool glass in there and they just got some new ooze pens in that are super coolll,,,i’d recommend for sure :D

Very nice clean and organized shop in a good location, the owner is very fair & is forward. Quick good business, the wraps from there are never dry or messed up, sometimes they even give me a good deal on an extra pack or something since I come so often. Would definitely recommend, come with respect and you will be given it back.

Excellent customer service. Very satisfied. Owner was friendly, acknowledged customers as they entered . He asked if he could excuse himself to assist them while I was contemplating the information. He kind, patient and asked questions so the device I got was best for me.Im newer to gaping he explained different vapers and juices/salts and how the work together. I went in for a juice as mine was not working. I was using the wrong juice.He even filled my new vaper with juice. He explained how my new vape pod worked and how the wattage affects the taste among other details. He even filled it and showed me how it worked.

HORRIBLE! Don’t come here you will get scammed!!! Owner is unprofessional as well as his employees!!!! Bought a $15 dollar vape, it didn’t work and was spitting juice into my mouth so I went back in too return it and the employee got into her car and left. So we called the other store, and they said I can’t return it and have too get a half priced one!! Like um exuse me your the one who sold me the FAKE vape!

DON’T GO HERE. I signed up for their “rewards” program here, and he keeps calling me!! He’ll call several times a day and I’ve tried blocking him but he finds ways to call me. I don’t know what to do at this point…

Worse smoke shop in town!! Very overpriced, fake inventory and very rude attitude from owner and employees don’t know what product they carry let alone what they do !! Never get a smile or a thank you , very uncomfortable atmosphere

I was curious about an item, asked his price, and it was too much for me to spend at the moment.His reply to this was that once hes no longer running a storefront, has moved to China, released all his employees, and is selling all of his product through a website, hell consider doing social work. Massively offensive, terrible customer service, and I wont ever support a business that operates in this manner.Once he saw that he might still have a shot at making money off of me though, his tune immediately changed again.-Terrible.-We have many vape shops in the area that work hard to maintain reasonable pricing but more importantly strive to make each encounter a positive one. Support them, and theyll support you back. Dont support this one.

Store seems cheap and Chinese Staff, however, man work there is quite rude. Snippy... Dont want to do anything seemingly. I really think he may be having A bad day, and Decided he’d take it out on a customer. Owner was very rude when I came in to buy a vape.Walked out and the vape was defective and I spent $30 on it. Walked back in and they wouldn’t exchange it and was rude. Do not recommend this place for anything.

Went here thinking I was going to get a good deal. Lady asked me what my budget wasaround 130. She told me she could do it. The mod she showed me was nice, but afterwards found the same mod online for 50 bucks brand new! Then add the juice, another 30 bucks. She knew nothing about the unit at all or any of her products. Told me it was USB charged and came with batteries. So I said what ever and paid for it. Found out after it didnt come with batteries so 30 more bucks later I ended up with a 200 dollar tab! Refused to help and tried to give me a brownie like that was going to make a difference. This shop Taylors to everything else. Very unprofessional and refused to issue me a refund. Avoid this place like the plague!!

I have purchased from almost every smoke shop in Melbourne . I think its fair to say this one is my favorite. Every Puff bar and BD Stick has worked perfectly with a variety of flavors. The glass work is excellent, I have purchased 2 and 5the art work remarkable. They have the best Kratom and CBD available on the market. Worst smoke shop in the area! Do not buy here!They were rude, and not cooperative. I tried showing him a picture of what I wanted and he said “I dont do internet, I’m not amazon, I dont even want to see it”.Probably one of my worst experiences buying anything in my entire life. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

There was a kid inside that belongs to the owner! Who would let their children around that stuff. The prices were ridiculously high. Lady selling products had no idea what she was talking about and she doesnt use the products herself. The majority of the store was for drug users drug users.

Met the owner and he was super nice! Really knows how to sell and connect with what the customers looking for without pushiness...enjoyed the atmosphere and good vibes here I’ll definitely be coming back !!

Was in town & stopped by for some CBD and it seemed like it was all outdated and resused product.I would NOT RECOMMEND buy from here. Very rude once I asked how long they have had the product and told me well dont buy it! Nice store but wont stop by when Im in town, EVER!

The gentleman in the shop helped me get what I needed, with many options to choose from. Volunteered a price fluctuation when buying multiple items.As far as the previous review that spoke only about not getting prices over the phone... typically smoke shops for competitive reasons will not disclose over the phone because they can work with you on price.

Nice store mostly Chinese glass and capes. So if youre interested in high end glass this Isnt the best place to go. You need vape oil you can find it here...

Basic smoke shop with stuff the clerk barely knows. Tried going in for a atomizer for my vap and the guy tried to up sell me on a whole new vape the whole time. A bit annoying.
