I actually got my first vape here about a year and a half ago! We came back and got my husbands second vape this visit. They have super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They have a large and varied stock of vape mods, tanks, and juices! My sister in law and her wife visit this store all the time and they love it too. Stop by and check it out!!

You’re better off throwing your money straight in the trash. The “sales associates” are extremely rude and will tell you that an item can be returned if you find it unsatisfactory just to make a sale, when in all actuality they wont, make a return or even exchange. Awful experience. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I went to this location on poplar Ave yesterday and was lost as to what I needed. I recently just got back into vaping. The staff immediately began helping me the second I walked thru the door. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and to make sure any questions I had were answered. They treated me with the upmost respect. I left the shop knowing that I had found my forever home for all my future needs. Thank you guys and girl for such wonderful service.

They have one blend that I love. I travel all over U.S. And have them mail my order to me. Usually things are great but not so much any more. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still no package. They forgot to mail the first time. So they said they would overnight it. It still hasnt come. They mailed another order on Saturday and it is now Wednesday and guess what... Still no order. By the way.. They also forgot to send my order a couple months ago. Really. You dont want repeat customers? OK.

Excellent knowledgeable staff! They go out of their way to answer any questions you may have, allow you to smell the fluids before you buy them, and set everything up for you before you leave so that you understand exactly how the particular unit works, and how to change out parts if needed. They sell a large variety of excellent quality juices, all of the newest vaping units and accessories, and all at reasonable prices. They frequently have good sales and also have a pretty cool incentive program. By far the best vape store in Memphis!

The staff were super nice and very informative.Im giving them 4 stars because they have a great selection and were very informative over the phone and answering my questions about the CBD products.I took off one star though because when I went back I felt a lot of pressure to buy the most expensive juices and a mod when really I just wanted a pen and I had already found a brand of juice I liked. They kind of made me feel embarrassed for not wanting something lower end.(I still spent double my budget. )Id say if you are an experienced vaper and you know what you want this is a great store, but if you are newer then be sure to do your homework.They do have CBD products which is great, but they are cash only, so be ready.

I bought 2 1000mg KoI CBD Tincture from this store and both products were old. The tincture was grummy in consistency. I was told that the product could not be returned because I had opened the bottle. Store owner/sales person suggested that I take the product home and warm the bottle and shake well. I followed these instructions. Consistency remain gummy. The flavour was very strange as if the product was spoiled. I have same product ordered directly form KOI for comparison. I will never shop at this store again. The product can be bought from the dealer with 20% discount and free shipping for orders over 50 dollars. They guarantee there products also.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgable! They have sales all the time and birthday rewards if you get the app. Ask for help with the house blends and they will custom make you an awesome flavor every time.

Since the day I first walked in here back in 2015... Ive never smoked another cigarette! They helped me slowly lower my nicotine levels the first year to zero and now I just vape for pleasure. The guys in here... especially Drew...are always do helpful and informative. Best vape shop anywhere!

In my opinion this is the best vape shop in town they have more than one location but my favorite is Midtown on Madison. Extremely great service very knowledgeable about all products they carry and more extremely helpful. I had a certain problem with an alien unit just needed to be reconfigured Metal Mike took care of me and explained to me how to do this for myself next time it happened. Would definitely recommend this vape shop to family and friends and actually have. My cousins that used to smoke now Vape same with my nephew

Went in today to get some n80, juice, and cheap clone rda, and ended up with a pleasant surprise, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The juice is amazing, Definitely the best b&m visit Ive had.

Very knowledgeable staff, a good selection of both in house blends as well as low and high end name brand juices. The only thing somewhat lacking is an advanced tech who can do high end builds. There is one guy that is good, but if you want the best build for your rebuildable atomizer check out Chase the Vape, otherwise Create a Cig is the next best alternative.

I absolutely love Create A Cig every person that works there is so friendly and helpful! They all take pride in their knowledge of vaping and making custom juices! I wont go anywhere else for my vaping supplies.

First trip in Early October was mind blowingly great. Got set up with a Kangertech Nano and several good juices. Amazingly, I was able to stop smoking after 30 years.Second trip in early November, not so much, and not just because of the new regulations. I wanted to upgrade my mod and was sold a Cuboid 150w for about $150...cant find my receipt at the moment.. Now granted, I should have done my homework but after my first trip I sort of trusted them. They are all over the web for $50 and under. I also got a Crown 2 tank that I believe they just wanted to be rid of because of the bad reviews its getting. Mine is not as bad as some have described but it does leak.The person that helped me the first time wasnt there the second time I went in. The group of kids that were there the second time probably juat saw an older person coming and took advantage. I should have been more wary and I should have pulled my cell phone out and showed them I was able to google.Anyway, while I am grateful that I was finally able to put down the cancer sticks, I wont be returning to this shop and will probably be doing the rest of my shopping online. Its a shame really, I liked having a B&M available to me.If I was basing this review on my first visit, I would have given 5 stars easy.Update - January 2017: I did go back to the store in December, mainly because I did some thinking about the lousy FDA regulations and the taxing they have done to the brick and mortar stores. Their prices cant possibly compete and I do want to support them. The guy that helped me the next time was much more pleasant and helped me correct a newbie mistake.However, I bought a house juice from them the first time that was delicious and they mixed me up a new batch (bought a big one because of my previous experience) and it is terrible this time. I think it is getting worse the longer I steep it, not better.But I have made peace with my Crown 2 tank after 2 and a half months. I figured out why it was so leaky after some research and it FINALLY has stopped tasting like I am vaping motor oil.To sum it up, I am going to still purchase from them but I will supplement those purchases with online ones so as not to completely break the bank.

My 1st visit to the store was on the 7th of June, 2017 and I have to admit I was very pleased with the service I have received from drew. He gave excellent customer service and wealth of information anyone can ask for. He answered all my questions and then some. I have visited another vape shop in Memphis and I will not be going back there. I recommend anyone in Memphis or driving through Memphis to visit the poplar store, if you need to learn about vaping or need supplies. Just heads up, they will be moving to a new location on Friday on June 16th, 2017. The new store is located at 2889 poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111.

Spent damn near 60 dollars on juice and coils and the bottle they sold me had a defective cap and I asked for a better bottle and they tried to sell it to me like I get the FDA rules but its literally just an empty bottle this use to be my fave vape shop to go to in Memphis but most of the time the new staff just acts like they dont want me in there little do they realize Ive been coming to this store since they opened so I guess I just wont come back not that they care anyway

This place sucks, their over priced and they dont help you get what you need they suggest stuff just to make a sell, I went to buy juice and they didnt have some of the ingredients to make it so it was unavailable after the salesman convinced me that I would like the juice but ended ended up not being able to make it, this has happened on several occasions, I asked them for a mod that would have a better battery life than my istick 40wtc which has 2600mAh and they told me that the smok 80w had a bigger battery at 3300 mAh which wasnt true it actually has only 2900mAh battery I paid over a 100 dollars for the mod for an extra 300mAh which was a waste of money, the salesmen are clearly just trying to make a sale, I wasnt able to return or exchange it even though they lied to me about the mod, I would never shop there again, I wasnt going to buy a mod just looking to see if they had anything with a bigger battery but the guy swore that it would be much better than what I had, which my istick last at least 6hrs before I have to charge it, the smok 80w they sold me didnt last 3.5 hrs before I had to recharge(I always vape at 25-30w) and it take the thing 4 hrs to fully charge smh, if your looking for a specific item or an upgrade this is not the place to go they will try to hound and pressure you into spend money and you probably wont get what youre wanting and looking for instead you will go to the Internet or to another shop just as I did just a warning dont buy it until you have searched the Internet or other store create a cig is a rip off

I purchased a vaporizer yesterday just for the bigger tank, I was told that this particular model would work with my pico istick in which it didnt. So I then called the store to exchange the device for something that will actually work and she started talking about federal regulations because its a tobacco product they cant help me. Keep in mind I brought my pico istick in the store with me while I purchased the other vape and drew langston said that this would work. Smh I most definitely will not shop at another Create a Cig again.
