i40 Vape Shop

Excellent products and very kind and friendly owners! Its a bet that every time I visit, Ill be treated with respect, and theyre never too busy to actually talk to me or make me feel welcome. I know they appreciate my business. Every penny I spend on anything here is well worth it.

My husband and I visited earlier tonight. Got our first vapes there. The gentleman that took care of us was more than amazing. Genuine, courteous, and was very informative. I will say the customer service was up to par!!! Will be visiting there anytime we need juice or anything else.

Superb customer service!! The staff members were super friendly. Im not a local, Im just visiting, but they greeted me like I had been going there since they opened and I was a good friend. The prices are reasonable, and the products that I tried are high quality. Certainly higher quality than the prices would suggest. Thank you for a great shopping experience :)

Got so much to pick from. Im like a kid in a candy store but its vape juice instead. Mix flavor. Love it

I came in having leaking issues with my tank. The associate on staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in explaining how to solve the issue. He was very informative and I was not pushed to buy anything like many other vape shops. Definitely my new vape shop in town. Wonderful service. Great staff who really know their stuff. Highly recommend the i40 vape shop.

I just have to brag on how amazingly helpful this shop was!! I was in a difficult spot, stuck in Memphis away from home (Texas) broke the glass on my vape and after two other shops being downright rude to me and no help at all I figured I’d give this last shop a chance!! The man working was not only helpful but he was extremely pleasant and nice to deal with!! He definitely knows his vape supplies and helped me get back up and vaping again!! So thank you sir for all your help, like I said in the store…you are one of my new best friends lol :) Seriously though, thank you!

Best Vape shop in Memphis!!! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Hes a family man with 3 or 4 cute little girls and hes opened up a new shop in Millington that is also a bar/restaurant!! Definitely someone youd feel good about doing business with....

I just moved here from Miami FL so I’ve had to visit a few vape shops to figure out which ones are good.After trying a few I went to I-40 and I’m so happy that I did. They have great value, a pleasant manager ,and a knowledgeable vape person. I always feel welcome and the juices are carefully and thoughtfully chosen, they have the most eclectic variety of juices I’ve come across in this area so far. Highly recommend

Best vape shop in Memphis. My only problem here is they have so many great juices every time I stop in I have to buy juice even if I dont need it. Lol Ming and his employees are great with all aspects of helping the customers needs and questions. I just need Ming to show me his secret fishing hole now for 100% customer satisfaction. :-)

I was recently in Memphis and found my juice stash was running low. I usually DIY my e liquid, but since I was far from home, that option was not available to me. It was a pleasure to find I-40 and their custom mixes. The staff was friendly and helpful and the menu selection of flavors had everything I needed. Fair prices and if you ever wondered what something like cinnamon,banana and whipped cream might taste like...these folks can mix it up for you. Its worth a visit.

The prices are decent, even frugal vapers such as myself can find great products here without coming out broke. The customer service is excellent and the environment is just perfect for new and pro vapers. Easily one of my fav shops in Memphis now.

Love I40 and the crew is very informative. Willing to help and they know their product. I have been going to this shop for about 6 months or so now. I drive almost an hour to go see them. Excellent vape shop to go to for it ALL

They are always nice and happy to see me when I walk in. Keep a steady supply of vape juice and Delta 8 products. Sometimes they do giveaways or discounts.

Im a newbie!! 2nd time at I40 vape. Today Jimmy took care of me by teaching me about my current smok setup. If your young or old to vapeing stop by and see them. Gotta say both times in this shop I had questions answered and great customer service by all that was there.

Obviously my Kanger Tech vape pen was, according to them, out of date here. I didnt find the coil I needed. The staff didnt even bother look before telling me they didnt have what I was looking for. Let alone its hard to see anything because it was so smoggy in there.

The only decent vape shop in town with interactive & knowledgable employees. Prices are on the higher side but I rather condider this like a convenience fee.
