Mid South Vapors - Memphis

Nice place with good selection just beware of their prices. I bought something for $65 that I have found online at least 5 other stores for under $30.

Great place! There was a slight issue with my long awaited mod but the guys helped me out. Im very grateful and pleased. Swiss Beats (brightness) , Kendrick Lamar (aka-still your fault,) and George Carlin (Manager) thank you 🤗** names were changed to protect their privacy.**

This place is amazing. The staff are all wonderful and informative. We bring in our puppies almost every time we go in and we end up staying there for an hour talking to the employees. Very friendly. The prices are fair as well. They have a great selection as well!

Visited on 9/26/17 in the afternoon. The employee that was there wouldve probably been more helpful if he wasnt high. Thats how it came off to me. Even if he wasnt thats not the service anyone should get sober or not. Do yourself a favor and drop by any of the Avail vapors instead, super friendly and informative over there. Been to several locations and theyre fantastic. Also I went to the Memphis location off of Winchester.

I have been helped by several employees here, and they’re all super knowledgeable and nice. Jason is usually working when I come in, and he always answers my questions and has solid recommendations. I’m so happy with the service and prices here! Love this shop and the employees!

One Sunday night I found my self dry on e-juice and I was not aware that such a nice shop was near by. Mid South Vapors is now my regular shop due to the cleanliness of the store, the kindness of the staff, and the large [enough] selection of juice, good mod kits, tanks etc.. Say less...Seriously, there are so many vape shops around town, one must decide if their go-to shop needs to have an overwhelming inventory, so large it Creates-a-Headache, or if the opposite is true and the choices are limited by inconsistent stock and nealry 0 variety. This means a wasted on a trip to the store, or one is forced to settle for a random, unknown brand of poor quality juice! Not at Mid South Vapors! My choice to return to this location was influenced by certain things this⁵ particular store does better than its competitor(s). Normally, its the prices, customer service, employee attitude, etc.. , etc..One can find pretty much ANY accessory for ALL types of vaping. They stock well known brands at fair prices, so dont be hesitant to shop here. The real hook for me was the sleek interior layout and uncluttered product displays. I can tell someone put a fair amount of thought into the interior space planning. Its nice to see someone change things up while remembering who their customer base is, and what the actually want and need. They arent a vape shop copying Fruit-E tech store fostering elitism and claiming genious status, (its just Ohms Law), nor are they packed wall-to-wall with useless poducts that no one likes or buys. TL:DR- Whatevers your need, be ye a wizard or clown, even a regular person with head in the Cloud, 9 minutes away, vapes n vibes can be found. Get the juice that you want, and leave the others behind. Create-a-New approach -thinking outside of the box. Maybe I just was happy they were open? Nah... its a solid establishment. I

I was satisfied until I bought a cool fire mod with a battery leaking corrosion. The owner/manager must approve returns - I offered to buy the next more expensive model but to no avail without owner/managers approval. Plus, he is rarely there and the worker will not give out his contact info.They have most likely lost a great customer.

I walked in a few months ago knowing nothing about vaping with the goal of getting a vape to quit smoking. Upon telling this to the person working the counter they immediate began helping me choose a starter kit that was right for me, taking the time to show me how to use and care for it. They didn’t immediately reach for what was most expensive or flashy in an attempt to swindle me out of money. They genuinely care about their business and customers and are knowledgeable about what they sell and understand that giving a customer quality products, information and good experience leads to repeat customers. I have only once had less than optimal service in the 6 months I’ve gone there which was due to them being extremely busy and I think the person I spoke to was new, but they were more than happy to rectify the situation. They have fantastic selections of liquids, kits, and accessories. All of these at a competitive price point, especially if you frequently buy liquid and use their rewards punch card. I cannot recommend this store enough.

My first visit was the best at this store! Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products. He helped me pick the perfect vape mod kits since I was a beginner without trying to make me go broke like other stores I visited. Ill definitely be going back!

I have been here several times and the staff is absolutely amazing. They provide the best customer service and listen to any issues or concerns you may have. They also provide me with juice recommendations when I ask and so far each juice choice they have provided has been great! Needless to say Ill continue to give them my service.

Went in this afternoon really just to find out if they were knowledgable. Im trying to quit smoking and have tried everything else. Keith walked me through his top suggestions on boxes and was able to pinpoint some e-liquid brands that I would like. I even purchased some local liquids. They have a clean shop, with a ton of liquids to choose from. This will be my go-to store from now on!

Excellent selection and ambiance. Jason was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us as beginners. We live in Oakland but if we make it back out, itll be while Jason is there.

Ive been shopping here a few months now and everytime its been a great experience. The employees are very engaging they are knowledgeable about the the products I tend to stick around and converse even after making my purchase. I do recommend other vapers to shop there. I was looking for something to help with anxiety and stress. Something to just take the edge off. As a former smoker. I did not want to start smoking again. I came in the shop, looking for answers, Taylor helped me out. He was very knowledgeable. Schooled me on everything I needed to know. Found what I needed. Will definitely recommend Midsouth vapors.

Ive been going here now for years. I really enjoy how these guys really know their stuff. The only problem for them is the internet will go out, which makes it cash only. Super helpful staff though.

Bought some coils and juice and juice didn’t have any flavor and coil didn’t fit in my tank, guessing because of threads on coil. Tried two coils with the juice also and got no flavor from juice. I take the juice back in to see what I needed to do and the guy tells me after 3 minutes of looking at the juice and tells me there’s nothing he can do.. no cut me a deal on the next juice I buy or anything. Definitely will not be back here anytime soon. Place is overpriced anyways. 40 bucks down the drain. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Shop will not replace faulty broken disposable e cigs,it’s a know problem with disposables and ive always been able to return them and get them replaced ,store manager would not replace anything after it leaves the store,so do not buy from mid south vapors they have horrible customer service or just don’t buy multiple disposables at once! Because a day later when u open your second or third one and it’s broke your stuck with it...

This was my first time visiting the store. They had a great selection and Jason was very helpful. He recommended different juices based on what I already liked. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

I went there for the first time today and picked up some flavor and also a charger. Jen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. This is my go to spot in Memphis for all my vaping needs.

The quality of your experience will vary significantly depending on who happens to be working. Most employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but some are almost pointedly indifferent to their customers.

I came to get a new battery for my vape. Which I hadnt used in a day or two.I got the new battery and some pods for another vape. Then walked out to my car. When I got in the car I realized that my vape was no longer working. So I went back in to get a refund on the new 26650 battery I had gotten. Because i no longer needed it. And was refused the refund due to me leaving with it. I was in the car for maybe 5 minutes. And I had just purchased it. That is unacceptable that I wouldnt be able to return something that I had just got that was 100% unused due to my vape being broken.

Shouts out to my guy Jason, he was very helpful, and informative about the vapor um now using trying to quit ciggertts, he was very positive about me kicking the habit, I really appreciate his words of encouragement, I will MOST DEFINITELY, visit MID SOUTH VAPORS again, thanks Jason keep up the good work!!

In from out of town when my vape went down. Was cool enough to let me borrow some tool to get going again. Looks like a well stocked clean shop. Would trade with them regularly if they were local to me.

Prices are way too high, they sell old juice that should have already been pulled. Juice selection is lacking and recommendations of juice are always flops. This store is sad. They are alike vaporwize but not a good juice selection.

I recently moved to Memphis & Ive only been vaping for a cpl months (so idk wth Im doing 😂). I googled vape shops after having a horrible experience @ vaporwize by my house & found the WONDERFUL, HELPFUL vape shop!! The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable & helped me with all my questions & needs! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
