I just recently came here for the third time and every time I walk out very happy. The pricing is decent and oh my gosh I love Betty. She is incredible and never lets me down. This last time I went in I had about 7 inches of roots growing out... Each time I go I do my hair Platinum get a trim and sometimes she Stylz it. I always walk out of there feeling like at least one of the hottest chicks in the parking lot LOL seriously though I always feel incredible when I leave there. And every time I walk in Im always greeted by the front desk and they are also just as great when leaving. If youve never been here before I highly suggest it.

We went here about a month ago for our nails (my mom, sister, and I), and loved it! We each got gel nails and their newer tech did a great job on all of ours. I asked for it to be not as filed down as usual so it didn’t ruin my nails and she did just that. Turned out great. It’s also a nice cozy environment compared to other nail places, it’s more spa like. I will say the only thing is they never seem to have much staff for nails, which I’m not sure if they just want certain people or need more so we did have to go back to back. But we made it fun and we enjoyed it!

The biggest rip off. My husband and I went to Inspire separately and both got manicures and pedicures. My manicure was decent. However we both had similarly bad experiences with pedicures from 2 separate women. They do not take off the dead cuticle or clean under your toes. Every salon ive ever been to did that. Also she painted and cured gel polish on my skin. The gel wasnt filed to smooth side either . We feel scammed.

Ive had many massages in the last ten years. And today I had one of the best ever from Colleen. She has wonderful awareness and was amazing. It was very relaxing.

I’m very disappointed because I didn’t get to experience what I was looking forward to. I booked a facial & massage in advance & I was looking forward to it as I’ve had a stressful couple weeks. I showed up 15 min early and they told me the person who was suppose to do my services car broke down and can get me in another day. I really didn’t feel any empathy in the moment I was telling the girl working front desk I was really disappointed as I don’t have time to come back and scheduled this at a time that works best for me. I understand things happen but some feedback from the manager or the person proving my service would have been nice.

Absolutely love this day spa and definitely will be back! Booked a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Each technician had deep knowledge of their craft and truly cared about my experience with them. Inspire has roomy locker and changing rooms, provides slippers and bathrobe, and bonus - has a lovely room with couches and pillows for waiting between procedures. Exactly what I hoped to find in the Valley, and super affordable too. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Betty is the BEST with whatever you need she’s amazing at it all!! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!!

This was my first time getting acrylics and my nail tech Kaylee absolutely went above and beyond my expectations! she was so kind, funny, and easy to talk to as I am pretty particular when it comes to my nails. I am definitely coming back :)

Ive been a customer of Inspire for at least 2 years, maybe even 3 at this point. They used to be amazing, but Im not sure whats happened recently. The weekend before Thanksgiving they cancelled my pedicure an hour before I was supposed to come in, due to a staff emergency, which I totally understood but they never offered to reschedule. I made another appointment last weekend for tomorrow, Monday the 5th. Yesterday I again received a message stating they will have to cancel my pedicure. At least they offered to reschedule this time but I dont think Ill be returning anytime soon. I dont like having to jump through hoops to get a pedicure and a brow wax on a regular basis.

My sister and brother purchased a 200 dollar gift certificate for my adult daughters birthday gift. She scheduled for the first time to have a massage and when she drove in from kuna was told they had an employee issue and she would have to reschedule. She did reschedule and showed up to the male employee telling her the masseuse had family issues and had to leave early. She could reschedule or take a shorter massage from someone who wanted to leave as soon as possible. She asked for the cash to be refunded for the gift certificate because twice now they canceled on her and was told they dont offer refunds(even though the gift certificate doesnt say no refunds.). Also when it was issued the salon put the date of the purchase as the expiration date. My daughter was very upset and the mas was yelling at her. So she came to me. I called and spoke with a nice lady who explained they fired the first masseuse on the day of my daughters first appointment and the second time they canceled was due to the masseuse having a family emergency. She told me they dont even do hair at this point. Then offered a free massage to compensate my daughter for the inconveniences... she reluctantly agreed and on the day of that massage was told , while in the waiting room, that the masseuse was running late from another appointment and would be 45 minutes late to take her. She gave me the gift certificate and told me to just get product with it because she will never go back. I went in today and took up 5 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Explained to the man I had 200 on a gift certificate and needed to spend it. None of the bottles were priced. The too large ones were 30 each ,He told me, but after ringing up the two smaller ones (one being the small pump version of the large refill shampoo) told me I was at 197 already.. I put the last bottle back as he bagged up my 4 bottles and he never included a receipt. I feel he just stole over 100 dollars from me but hope no one else makes the mistake of going there to experience the unprofessional and frankly criminal behavior. For 200 dollars we only got 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 of conditioner. One large refill and one pump bottle each.

Betsy is so amazing. She is one of the best cosmetologist that I have had. Highly Recommend!

By far the best massage I have ever had. Ive had my fair share of massages at other day spas around the Treasure Valley, corporate chains, all over the U.S. and out of the country. Janaye did an amazing job! She is the epitome of a wellness THERAPIST! Definitely will be returning and sending others their way.

My husband and I went in for a couple’s VIP massage and it was AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with Joy and I couldn’t be happier. She was so kind and made sure I was relaxed the entire time. Her technique was new to me but I absolutely loved every second of it. My husband got to work with Sonja and he said he loved his massage, she was very kind. We will definitely be coming back and requesting both Joy and Sonja again.

I love this spa. I’ve been in for hair, nails, and massage, and I’ve never been disappointed. Kristen did an amazing job coloring my hair - it’s beautiful!

Really needed my Brows waxed and was leaving area in a couple days. They were able to schedule me at 4:00pm that day !! Mia took care of me and was funny, personable, courteous, and did excellent work on my Brows ! Thank you !I would Love to come in for the July Facial BUT..I live in Oregon and have returned home ! I do go to Meridian a few times a year as my Sister lives there...so I will be back ! Thank you & I really enjoyed Miah !!!

Went in for a prenatal massage and all of the staff up front was very nice and offered me something to drink. My only problem was with their newer hire Theresa S. I was told she had performed prenatal massage before but didnt seem to be ready when I arrived and I needed to help her put the pregnancy bolster in position. After everything was settled and I was on the table she left the room again and didnt close the door behind her. Having had several massages before I wasnt super impressed with the massage I got. I also had an issue when towards the end of the massage she went to flip me over so I was lying on my back and insisted on taking the bolster out from under me, reaching under the sheeting exposing my top half in doing so. Overall I just felt very stressed and uncomfortable by the end of my treatment. I tried to get ahold of management to let them know how not okay all of these issues were and the woman at the front desk did what she could but I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

Candice is amazing! She gave me the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommend her! I talked her ear off during the session, (which I know I shouldnt have) but she never once got irritated. Which is awesome. The staff are all super friendly. The prices are perfect. Youre missing out if you havent gone yet!

This place is great!! My bridal party and I spent the day here getting pampered for the wedding day and the staff was AMAZING! Made me feel extra special on my day! :) I will be coming back!

Amazing experience. I have gone to inspire for massages in the past, and my wife has had her hair done there. My last experience blew me away. I had tried to use a product for my feel to help with the calluses on my feet. After 4 days my feet were try and were peeling like crazy. I couldnt take it anymore and walked in to get a pedicure. The staff was great as always and was able to get me in in less than 10 min. Melissa was the unlucky one to deal with me and my lizard feet. Throughout the entire process she was kind and informed me of everything she was doing to help fix my feet. Through the entire process she did not get frustrated or want to give up. Her positive attitude was amazing. We had many conversations about many different topics and she smiled and transitioned fantastic through all of them. When she was done my feet were 1000 times better and she was still smiling. This wasnt a normal pedicure for sure and it took longer than a normal pedicure would. Through all of the service and conversations I couldnt be happier with the result. I highly recommend Melissa for any of your pedicure needs. She also does hair! I cant wait until my next visit with her.

I got my hair colored and cut by Bethany and she is simply amazing! I wanted a complicated color and she listened and exceeded my expectations! It turned out beautiful! Im thrilled. She gave me so many reccomendations on how to care for my hair too. All the staff was very nice as well. I left there feeling like a princess. I will definitely be going back.

Went in for a facial with Courtney today and couldn’t have been happier! I left so relaxed and pleased with the results. The customer service from ALL employees was exceptional. My daughter was a walk in with me and was not able to get in for a manicure so they gave her a free chair massage. We will be back soon. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere - very caring staff. The owner took the time to give me a tour of the spa before introducing me to the nail tech, Alyssa. Alyssa gave me amazing gel manicure and was fast and professional - plus she was fun to talk with! I will definitely be going back.

Wife purchased manicures for the two of us for our anniversary, We arrive only to find the staff saying our appointment was canceled. Apparently if they are overbooked businesses do this without calling you and telling you its canceled.When companies do this, they lost my business. I will not be returning and I will try to talk my wife into not returning there as well.If your appointment is ever canceled please remember this as you have become a victim of their greed.

Pedicure was nice and relaxing, however, we will not return. We were charged for the hot stone pedicure to be 73 minutes. Although hot stones were nice, we were out of there (checked out and all) in less than 60 minutes. Worker couldn’t wait to be done which took away from the experience paid.

The couples massage is amazing. We’ve been a few times now and each session has been great. The massage therapists are professional and courteous. They have a short questionnaire before the session to get to know what areas are needing attention as well as personal preference (deep tissue vs moderate pressure, etc). Their facility is clean and very inviting.

Rose was absolutely amazing! BEST massage I have had! The entire visit was perfect. They were kind, helpful and eager to please. Rose was running a few minutes behind, and everyone was very attentive, checking on me several times and even brought me a glass of wine! I am very impressed! I will be back-already looking forward to my next visit.

All areas of the salon were clean. Everyone was wearing masks and I felt very safe. Alicia did my pedicure and it looks great! My appointment started on time and the experience was relaxing. I already made an appointment for next time.

They basically do not have the staff to get a pedicure. I would not recommend buying a gift card for someone here, too challenging to use it! Girl answering the phone could care less about getting you in .

Sage is fantastic! Shes cut both my daughters and my hair and she does a great job. Shes a great listener, a pro at what she does and really fun to chat with, too! Highly recommend Sage and Inspire Salon & Day Spa. * PLUS theyre super accommodating with their schedule and have great communication. They were able to fit me and my girls in last minute.

I scheduled my day with a brow wax, massage and facial as prep for my wedding day. Everything was great, massage was just right on pressure, atmosphere relaxing. Facial was nice and relaxing as well. My only complaint is the chocolate peel. I agreed to add it on and understood it would tingle a bit, but it was definitely more of a burn. I have a bit of scabbing on my cheeks and forehead today from that part. I think if I hadnt agreed to the add on I would absolutely give a 5 star. I still have about 3 weeks before the big day and am not too worried that my skin will be fine by then, but that stuff burned my face a bit.

I took my daughter in to get a manicure who dreams of doing nails. The technician went above and beyond to make the experience special and taught her lots of great things while she did her nails. She did so many great things I can’t begin to list them all. The technician was extremely talented and professional. Thanks Taresa and the staff at Inspire for a memorable experience.

Spoiled my mom and I for a couples vip massage, we had Stacey and Sonja. THEY WERE AMAZING! We have done massages before at a different location and the one we had today was by far the best. They were very professional and worked well with what your body needed. Very reasonable prices for the massage experience we had here, I will definitely be back again! Thank you Sonja and Stacey :)

Ive been going here for over a year and Ive had a number of services done and have always been happy. Its always so clean, calming and staff is very welcoming! Courtney does all my services and shes fantastic! Ive referred several people who have also been very happy with the service. In each area that is designated to a staff member, they have their licenses hanging on the wall which is reassuring someone who knows what they are doing is working with you.

My wife and I tried Inspire Salon & Day Spa for the first time to get a Couples Massage + VIP package. Ive had several massages in the past, but this one was easily the best. The facility is beautiful. The staff is awesome. If you just need to de-stress and feel great, I highly recommend Inspire Salon & Day Spa.

So this is the place to go, hands down no better Spa in all of Idaho. I was able to fit in a 2h session the day before a Saturday, with a special birthday request. The staff was so helpful and nice, and the performance was amazing (according to my wife). Its definitely a bit pricey, but for the quality and service, its well spent money! They also do a ton of other services, and has a great shop up front as well.

Im very happy with the one hour massage I got there. And a good value too. I expected to pay twice what it actually cost.Walking back to the waiting room, I noticed Inspire had all the best equipment, had hardworking dedicated staff and was well run.Inspire is the kind of Salon and Spa that you hope to find when searching the listings on the internet. I will continue to go to Inspire from now on.

I love this salon. All the staff are amazing. Their prices are comparable to other salons, but with a much better atmosphere. They make you feel like a friend and not just a customer. I highly recommend their massages and if you are looking for a nice Mani/Pedi service, this is your place! Alicia is your gal for anything hair!

I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage, and Allie did a fantastic job. I left feeling so much more relaxed, and my sore muscles were basically butter by the end of 90 minutes. I appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness, and small touches like the to-go water after my massage.The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, and the hot towels in conjunction with the mild aromatherapy did wonders for my breathing (seasonal allergy sufferer here). Above everything else, I was so impressed by how communicative Allie was throughout the process. It’s clear they hire wonderful people who care about their work.

Do not buy gift cards from here!! I’ve tried several times to book a massage with a gift certificate I received. They’re so booked out they can’t get me in and then was told they don’t know when they’ll be offering massages again. They refuse to refund me even though they can’t get me the service the gift card was purchased for. I used to love this place it’s really gone down hill the last few years.

I recently received hair coloring services from Sam. I must say that I see a great future in her beauty career path. She would do what’s best for you without compromising or deteriorating the health of your hair. She also has high ethical standards and she will give you her honest opinion. I highly recommend her!

Sonja gives the best massages! I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed! As a hairstylist myself, my back is always in constant pain but she worked out my knots! Out of all the massages I’ve had, she used techniques I’ve never had before and it was very relaxing! I’ll be going back and I highly recommend her if you have any body pain or just need an hour to relax!

This salon has a beautiful interior that makes you feel special from ththe moment you walk in. I had my haircut by Bethany and loved how well she listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She gave me natural looking layers that blend with my wavy hair, she did not take too much length off and she styled my hair to finish helping me to leave feeling fresh and beautiful! Upon leaving, she showed me the hair products I was interested in without pushing me to buy. I will definitely return to Inspire Salon!

Nora was not only very friendly and chatty, but highly professional! She made me feel like the most important client she has. She showed genuine desire to teach me how to care for my hair and not just about the task. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she coached me through how I can achieve that look. Yay!

I love this salon! I popped in two years ago needing a quick brow wax and fell in love. They do it all; waxing, hair cuts and colors, nails and massage. They have later hours and are always prompt for appointments. Courtney is amazing and my go-to girl for EVERYTHING!

It pains me to leave this review because up until today I have received nothing but top-notch service from Inspire Salon & Day Spa but todays experience was beyond acceptable. I have been a client here for going on three years--even when I lived two plus hours out of town, this is the place I came to get pedicures. I scheduled my usual pedicure with my usual nail technician several weeks ago and earlier this week received the usual text messages asking me to confirm said appointment, which I did. I even received a reminder text a couple of hours before the appointment. I walked into the Salon a couple of minutes before said appointment and told the receptionist why I was there and who I was there to see. She was not particularly friendly, but I really did not care at that point. However, it soon became clear that I did not have an appointment in her computer because the person I had scheduled with was no longer doing pedicures. I watched as she asked someone behind the counter if she could take me (after I told her I was not interested in having someone else do my nails at that point and that I wanted to speak to the manager--clearly I was not going to get any help from her because she was new). The manager was unavailable to speak to me but said she would call me, etc. etc. etc. however my full name was not taken--so I am really not sure how that was going to happen since they clearly had no idea that I had an appointment and I assume they have other clients with my same (common) first name. All that said, what made this whole experience so completely unacceptable was that the receptionist and the technician who had been behind the desk said to me that I was called and told that the my former technician was no longer taken appointments. I was MOST DEFINITELY not called--if I had been, I would have questioned the text messages I received, and I also would NOT have walked into the Salon and asked for my former technician. This situation was absolutely 100% not my fault and the behavior of the staff members indicating that it was my fault is shocking, upsetting, and just plain unprofessional. I seriously doubt I will be back.Update: Thank you for your response; I appreciate the apology and the situation.

Purchased a $100 gift card to use towards a massage for one of my wifes christmas presents, and when she went to book an appointment, they said they wouldnt have anything available for months due to employee issues. When we requested a refund, they refused. Shady business.

I received a gift card for this salon from my in laws, and decided to use it on nice hair products. And WOW they are expensive! I did get some smaller trial bottles to try and they are great quality. I just dont know if its worth the cost of the larger bottles.

My first visit to Inspire was after my boyfriend gave me a gift card for Christmas. I wont go anywhere else now. Katie is wonderful! Very attentive and fun to talk to. So glad I found this salon!

I was in town for the weekend and really needed a haircut. I looked up places near me and called to see if they happened to have any availability. I explained that I just wanted a trim and maybe some highlights. I told her I like natural looking highlights. I ended up with stripy highlights - which I cant stand. They were also brassy, and she said that is what caramel highlights look like. She also seemed to not understand how I wanted my hair cut. She was very nice with a sweet personality though. The biggest disappointment was what they charged me - I have short hair above my shoulders and was charged more than I paid for a full head highlight and haircut and style when I had long hair. I would have been able to accept not being as happy with my hair if they had not charged me $130 for it.

I have been going to Inspire Salon for over two years or more. I have a wonderfully talented knowledgeable stylist. She is top notch and she keeps up on product, style and what works best. I highly recommend the salon as they have stylist that fit your needs, amazing products and a very well run salon. You cant go wrong!Jeri Corrie

Kristen C was AMAZING! Seriously one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She walked me through everything she was doing and using and why, so I wasn’t left in the dark. Very personable and very kind! Not to mention she gave me exactly what I wanted and more, and my hair has never looked better!

This place does an amazing job! The stylists are super nice. I went to blond hair from a dark plumb brunette, and Sara was able to make sure my hair stayed super healthy! I have sent all my sisters their direction.

I went in for a haircut today at 2:45. I had a picture of how I wanted my hair cut (showing both sides and the back) and plenty of length to do it. I called earlier in the week and asked that I be scheduled with someone who could make a big change and wouldnt be afraid. The person on the phone said she did all of the hiring and any of her stylists could do it. When the 1st stylist was about half way through my cut, she left the chair. She came back and told me she had never done a cut like I requested and would I mind if her friend helped. I said fine thinking that it would be okay. I showed the 2nd stylist the picture. She asked if I wanted it the same length as the picture to which I replied yes. She went to town. When she had finished the left side of my head, it was at least 2 inches shorter than the picture. She asked if that was okay. I told her it would be in 2-3 months. At that point the other side still needed to be cut. I asked her to just make them the same. She couldnt even do that. She kept saying that it wont be even with a razor cut. I have done enough hair to know that the ends will be textured, but overall the cut should be even. After and hour and forty-five minutes, I left. I have been a cosmetologist for 30 years. I have never had a haircut this bad. I had to go home and cut 1/2 inch off the right side and even out the layers on both sides and the top as well. I couldnt really do the back, but it seems okay, just too short. The worst part was that I was charged the full price for the haircut. I paid it because I didnt want to argue. If you dont know how to do a cut, you should say so at the beginning. I would have waited. The second stylist just didnt listen when I told her the length I wanted. She was too busy thinking about her next appointment. Now, I will have several months until I can have the style I wanted.

Had a terrible experience at this salon today. Tried this place for the first time. My nail tech was Tru. Wish I could add a photo of my nails. Made an appt and waited 15 minutes after arriving on time. After an hour and 1/2 with nail tech I left with one hand half done. She must not have properly removed gel so nails were very blotchy, they were sticky and did not cure properly, line for French manicure looked like a drunk person did it. I have cuts on almost every cuticle. Really disappointing. Manager handled my concerns excellent and agreed the nails were terrible. She did try to offer a re-do but I didn’t have another 1.5 hours to fix them. Won’t ever go back.

Woke up this morning very excited to get a couples massage with my husband, the only day we can do it. Had an appointment scheduled for 10am this morning. Set up child care arrangements, went an dropped my son off and was headed to the salon.I get a call at 9:17am telling me that they have to cancel our appointment because they had a staff member call out. Said they could get us in one at a time...thats not what we wanted nor what we were paying for. I probably wouldnt have been so upset had I not already been on my way and sitting in traffic only to NOT get my highly anticipated massage. Not a great way to start a clients morning.*UPDATE*Gen Manager James called immediately back. He was very professional and understanding and rectified the situation.

My favorite place to get a couples massage! Sonja and Courtney are phenomenal. They have great vibes working together and perform top notch service on both my wife and I, who have some serious chronic back issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Update: The manager gave my daughter and 2 free Inspire Signature Pedis to make up for the subpar services we had originally! Thank you!I was in there with my daughter on Saturday May 25th for a pedicure. My daughter got this for me for my birthday and it was the most pathetic pedicure Ive ever had! Both my daughter and I are licensed nail technicians, so we know what a good pedicure is. She paid for the Inspire Signature Pedicure which was supposed to come with a mud mask or paraffin treatment, we got neither one of those services! The massage was basically a lotion application and that was it! She paid $110 for these services and they refunded her $20 because neither one of us were satisfied! That is completely unacceptable! Neither one of us will ever return to this salon and spa! If I could have left no stars I would have totally done so but it forced me to leave at least one! 😡

I have been growing my hair out for a year now trying to do something with my hair and we came across inspire and we had consult with Paige the hairstylist and it was amazing she answered every one of my questions and helped me figure out what to do. I went in yesterday and Paige did such a great job on me my mom started crying lol. But it was above and Beyond what I wanted. Everyone in there was so nice and fun to talk to. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be going back👍🏼

I went to inspire when they first opened and got a wonderful massage. Went back for a haircut and manicure. Haircut was ok but manicure was horrible (nail tech just finished school and nails ended up looking bad and I mean REALLY bad. Owner apologized and asked me to give them another chance but still required I pay full price. I decided not to do back. Decided to try them again, years later .. because they are so close to home. Fo in for nails. Girl takes 2 hours to do acrylic fill. I make an appointment for another fill in two weeks (not feeling great about it but want to give everyone a fair chance). Show up for the appointment, wait 45 minutes and was told she is still another 10-15 minutes from being done with her client. So I reschedule for the next day. As I am pulling into parking lot, I get a call saying she is behind schedule and she needs to cancel. Said I should call to reschedule. At my first visit back, I ordered a make up brush because they didnt have it in stock. I checked three times and they kept forgetting to order it and told me two other places I could go to get it. I got a nice haircut and good service from Rose but Im looking for a full service salon where I can go one place for everything so it sucks that the other areas cant do a better job. I wont be going back. 😭

I received a message confirming my appointment and when I showed up at the confirmed time, and they had changed the time of my appointment without telling me. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my manicure, and once they finished the manicure, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pedicure, even though I had made an appointment. I was extremely frustrated, and the salon was not sympathic to my situation, no one told me they were running late, I was just told to take a seat.

I went in yesterday to get my hair done. Before we did my hair, she agreed to get my hair to how I wanted. If she were to said no, I wouldve left and went to a different salon. I asked for ashy blonde hair and walked out with red hair. She did offer to fix my hair, but mentioned that it wont turn out close to how I wanted. Whats the point of coming back when I cant get what i was expecting. I DO NOT recommend asians coming here for blonde hair because theyre unable to do it properly. Really nice place, really good customer service, but I got a pedicure and paid $60 for a job that should’ve been $12. I got shellac and if I had asked for an hombre I’d be happy but I didn’t. The polish is see through on every nail. I paid and tipped and bit my tongue to be a good customer but I wasn’t happy to pay that much for something I could’ve done better myself for way cheaper.

Im giving this place a 2/5 purely because my hair stylist always did a great job and was super personable.That said, I would rate the operations management of this salon 0/5 if I could. Ive been getting haircuts here for about 5-6 months, and a majority of the time I wait 10-15 mins past my appointment time to get seated. Today took the cake, where I had to wait a full 30 mins past my appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous for a haircut, and I will not be coming back.Apparently the cause was some internal communication error that caused my stylist to have to start another clients pedicure at 11:00 when my haircut was also scheduled to begin. The front desk staff was not friendly, communicative, or helpful during my visit today where I waited 30 mins wondering what was going on.TLDR: Owners stop overbooking your staff on back to back appointments all day long.

Went for an ultimate manicure and pedicure, which includes a massage and paraffin wrap. They filed my nails, but didnt buff them and barely cut the cuticles. The massage was weak and short, and my nail polish was chipping the same night. For the price, I definitely expected better. Much better.

Bethany did an AMAZING job! I had brown/black box color on my hair from 6 months ago and she was able to achieve the perfect shade of blonde for my ombre(without it turning orange or red). The salon is very clean and everyone there is so nice!

At least the second time in a row I was not scheduled with the person I was expecting. Also Last time the quality of the pedi was very shabby and today mediocre at best. The shape of my nails and the paint quality are not great and they were 1/2 hour late starting my pedi today. I was giving it one more chance after the schedule snafu last time because I really liked the quality of the pedi that Alysia did awhile back, and I thought that’s who I was seeing today but it was a different person. The owner gave a discount today for the delay, but I won’t be back and don’t recommend it. Definitely not worth it.

Ive been a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years. Ive tried to get my hair cut by several salons in the area, with no success. So, I thought Id give Inspire a try. Well, I had Tru cut my hair and its the best cut Ive ever had! I have finally found my girl! She did such an amazing job and Ill definitely be back for not only my hair, but nails and a massage! Wouldnt suggest it to anyone, owner has horrible customer service, and the quality work that is put off is horrid... The owner will go as far as to argue with a client and chase them off, and will not fix there mistakes. she has unlicensed staff doing services and still charges for the service which is very illegal. Has the potential to be amazing unfortunately quality isnt number one.I quit there for that reason. Customer service has always been a huge priority to me and finally realized that nothing i did would or could help that place. My sister in law had her nails done there and the were awful, My 6 year old son could have done a better job. When we called to get them fixed the owner was unwilling to fix the issue. I ended up paying to have them redone somewhere else.

I got a 75-minute Swedish massage today from Janette, with hot towels, abrasion, hot stones, and a variety of techniques. It was lovely. The room was calm and the soundtracks created great feelings and ambiance. I highly recommend it.

I came in for a massage today and it was amazing! Brian’s pressure was exactly what I was looking for and he was great at communicating during the entire session. This was my second massage here and my previous massage was amazing as well!

The Spa took safety precautions to keep customers safe. The Spa was very clean and well kept. Very beautiful atmosphere. Tru did a great job on my pedicure and I will definitely be going back.

The whole atmosphere is calming and inviting. You are greeted with a warm smile the moment you walk in by the whole family and they will go out of their way to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible. This place is a full service salon from getting your hair done, nails done, skin treatments and massages, you name it and they offer it. The salon is impeccably clean! SUPPORT LOCAL!!!! And when you leave you will inevitably return knowing you will have the treatment of a royal.

My issue is with their website. Too many times I have been burned. I schedule, take time off work, show up, and there is no appointment. If you have to call to confirm my appointment every time. Then whats the point of having a website to schedule?

Katie does an amazing job! She is so much fun to work with and she is good at explaining the difference between Pinterest pictures and reality. I had tried a couple of times to get to the silvery-grey that is so popular now and it was always a fail until Katie took over. Cut and color...fabulous!

What a beautiful new salon! I really loved my experience there! I had the opportunity to meet the owners, they seemed very nice and willing to make it a great experience for me! Kelsie took care of me that day and she did a wonderful job!

So the salon is great, its clean the people are super nice. They took me as a walk in for a brow wax. Everthing was going well I was greated nicely and given a beverage of my choosing. I showed the Brow wax specialist a picture of myself in witch I really liked my brows. She did her thing was polite and curtiouse. Hands me the mirror when she is done and I am horrified to see my brows are half there normal width😭 I looked at them for a minute she asked if there was anything that needed touched up but you cant put back the Brow once its gone. Im very dissapointed that she didnt look at the photo better and check with me on the over all shape i was going for. 💔 great place I am sure and i will be back but I will be sure to make my desires VERY CLEAR.And to be fair I didnt say anything right away because i was in a bit of shock but I will speak up at my next appointment.

My husband and I go once a month for massage. There has been the occasion where a massage therapist doesnt show up. The management resolves it by catering to us with add ons to our service and finding a massage therapist to replace the one who didnt show. This is a local family dad a mom and daughters and their sons-in-law supports your local families and businesses

Tru is amazing love our conversations. Would give a better rating but my hair color was a real disappointment. I wanted a rose gold color and came out way too pink. Work totally disapproved had to change it immediately.

I have been trying to reach the manager (Deb) - over 2 weeks now. I responded to a text survey. Sent message via contact page. Left messages with receptionist. No response. I even stopped by. I was not granted an opportunity to speak with the manager. I want to support small businesses and give them a chance to make something right before posting a negative review, but even after explaining this all to Kate yesterday - still no follow up or reach out.

I would be unable to use this business as a friend of mine was completely disrespected and let’s say basically robbed by them. 3 canceled or delayed appointments on the spas behalf. This is not how people treat customers if they expect to stay in business. Huge fail.

I have been getting my eyebrows down by Brooks for 6 months now and am very happy with the results. My previous esthetician kept threading them shorter and thinner. Brooks has done an amazing job at restoring them!

I went to the salon after the pandemic was over, I had gotten my hair done right before COVID-19 started. I notice breakage after I washed my hair the first time the diameter of my hair was felt after it air dried. I wash my hair once a week and use olaplex, I blew it straight before going to the stylist. She said it was ponytail damage and sent me to Salon Centric to buy more products! I am so dissatisfied with the whole mess! It wasn’t my fault, as I said before it was broke off right after bleaching and the whole olaplex system was used . I even have a chunk gone right side not in halo I have now. The hair is always in my face bothering me! I have long hair curly and the broke off hair frizzing up is always in my eyes. 🤬
