They were amazing!! I called in last minute, they had room and got me in.It was the best massage I have ever had!Highly recommend checking them out!!

I took a couple of girlfriends for foot massages and they got all three of us in. The massages were super relaxing and comfortable. A little deeper would have been nice, but I didnt ask. Theyre always kind and accommodating

I just took my mom here to get a massage for her and I. Let’s say that we will not be returning. Not only was a deep tissue massage NOT a deep tissue massage what so ever. The ladies felt the need to keep putting/running/ rubbing there phalanges up in our cracks, which was very comforting to say the least especially when they tell you to get completely undressed. 😵‍💫🫠Spoke very little English and also thought a funny conversation during our very relaxing massage was very much needed as well. $140 well spent on a chatty conversation with some side laughter was just perfect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend treated me to a 1 hour foot massage. We went together. It was not a 1 hour reflexology foot massage. They poorly attempted to do a full body. They put cheap stinky oil on my face and scalp while my legs dangled off the edge of the bed into a dollar store laundry basket lined with a bag. My 1st masseuse started face and scalp, followed by a painful attempt at reaching under my shoulders to massage. This was done without oil or lotion and she had long fingernails. She proceeded to use this same theory of a dry skin massage all down my arms and into my hands. The massage was not a muscle massage it was more like stretching and pulling my skin apart. Finally, to the foot massage we paid for. She loosely threw a towel over my eyes and used a bath towel to cover my body and left. She went to dump the bag of cold water and left my legs cold and wet. She came back and got me situated properly with my legs (no lower back or knee support bolsters). Then, she left again and I notice my foot was being rubbed by my friends masseuse. She was working on us both at the same time. My masseuse finally returned and continued to basically stretch skin. There was little to no muscle or tissue work done. Then, a man appeared and removed the towel off my eyes, threw down a face pillow and paper towel for my face to lay on and told me face down. So I rotated and again had the experience of the opposite of a massage. His time was spent grinding into actual bone instead of tissue and rubbing me in a way that was basically rocking my body back and forth. It was terrible. It was not what we paid for and when it was over, my friend and I sat up and looked at eachother in shock as to what just happened. We were trying to stretch our back out when the man, speaking poor English, ushered us along and then continued with stumbling his words and understanding ours. Thats fine I thought, he was foreign. We did not leave a tip and suddenly he spoke English just fine. We walked out and will never return. In all, I was handled by 3 different masseuses in a 1 hour period. It was an hour of torture. Had I known my friend felt the same I would have stopped 10 minutes in and left.Learn to massageUse better quality blankets, creams and everything elseIf you advertise a 1 hour foot massage, then do the service that was paid for by the client.Cut your nails please - no one wants to feel the pointed tips of your nails dragging across dry skin.

Gave this place a try during a work trip as I was staying at the hotel next door and it was exactly what I expected! People giving the place bad reviews clearly haven’t had their fair share of massages. It’s efficient, the massage is great, and the price is perfect. This place is exactly what it needs to be and if I ever come back to the area I will be returning.

Will not give any stars to this company. Went for my appointment for two, the girl that was there did not know about my appointment, could not speak any English. She got the owner or manager on the phone, she spoke very little English. Did not knowabout the appointment. Then the girl put us in a room then left, and didnt not give any directions to us. There were three girls there, no one spoke any English so they could not help us. Didnt look like they were professional massage therapist. We left and will never return and suggest that no one else make an appointment and go there.

As most massage therapists know, you should get a history of your patient before ever touching them.Sunshine Massage was extremely fast at taking my wife and I back to our massage room. However, in doing so they never asked for a medical history or anything more than our first names.Our massage therapists were experienced in their profession and extremely quiet.The really bad news about Sunshine is you should expect to spend a lot of money after your done. They will pressure you to tip more than what you feel is appropriate. I tipped what I felt was appropriate, but then the front desk lady said it wasn’t enough and I have to pay more. In fact, I had to double my tip to appease her.Overall, good quality of massage for the price; not the best quality of professionalism or customer service. My suggestion, pay the extra $5/hr elsewhere for better quality.

One of the best massages Ive ever had. The pressure was perfect, I havent felt that relaxed in years, and very professional. My back has been hurting for weeks and it all just vanished, I feel 17 again! Thank you so much Amy!

I went to this spa with my husband and daughter. The therapist that worked on me was very rude, she left me three times to greet walk-ins. The other two therapists greeted walk ins too. Very unprofessional and the didn’t make up the time spent away from me. Also her technique was extremely repetitive on the same spots. When they first opened they were great. I recommended them to everyone. But someone else purchased the business and I will never go back

Nice lady at the front desk but this takes the cake as the worst massage Ive ever paid for. She spent 2/3 the time massaging my neck and back instead of the problem areas like my legs. They also use a towel to cover all the skin on your body which makes for a very lame massage. I always tip huge when I get a massage but this is only the 2nd massage that I didnt tip at all. I wont return.

Clean and serene. Extremely kind and skilled massage therapists. I had just recently undergone surgery and they were attentive and caring for my individual needs. Willdefinitely be back and would recommend to anyone.Update: They continue to give the absolute best service. There was a small mix up with my choice of massage and they immediately attended to my needs.Thank you so much, see you again soon!!

Sunshine Massage is probably one of Boises (really more Meridians) best secrets. The first time I went there, I was anticipating just a foot massage - they will also focus on your arms and neck as well. At $40 for a foot reflexology massage, its a solid deal. Trust me, its worth it.

I have gone here multiple times & every time has been great no matter who gives the massage. You cant beat the pricing & they are amazingly easy to work with regarding appointments. I have 2 other friends who go often & we have no intention of going anywhere else. I dont review often, but these people are much deserving!!!

This was the first massage for both my husband and I, and even though they don’t advertise a couples massage they had a room set up for two people already. We both got the full body deep tissue with oil, it was the most relaxing experience ever. I think the receptionist is new because she thought I couldn’t get the full body since I’m 26 weeks pregnant, but the masseuse seemed very well practiced in the prenatal version. I was jealous that my husband got hot stones, but I couldn’t since I was not on my stomach. The best experience I could have ever asked for. 10/10

Great price for full body massage! Hot stones were incredible, hard to understand directions from therapists but extremely nice! Went during COVID so had to wear mask but thats expected right now.

These guys are really good! Four of us went in together and had massages. You leave your clothes on but it is still a really great massage!

I debated writing this review, since I feel like blame was 50/50 here between me and the masseuse. I went to Sunshine for the first time recently because my shoulders were knotted up terribly, to the point where the constant dull ache was distracting me at work. There was a bit of a language barrier but I told the masseuse about the knots and asked her to work on them--and this is where my own fault comes in, because when she treated my knots by raking her elbow up and down my shoulder blades at the speed of light, I didnt say anything. I had wanted trigger point massage and said nothing, even when I was coming off the bed because her touch was so painful. For my mistake, I just spent a solid 48 hours recovering from the bruising. I was so happy to wake up this morning and no longer flinch every time my man put his arms around my shoulders, that I almost dont care that the shoulder knots are all still there and still aching. In perspective, at least its a dull ache instead of the sharp pain of bruised hip bones, a bruised tailbone, a bruised spine up by my shoulders where it transitions into my neck, and an entire upper back so inflamed that any movement was painful.

My husband and I are visiting Boise. They got us in for a deep tissue. Shop is very clean and tranquil. Staff is very polite and respectful. Definitely recommend and will go back. Prices are reasonable.

Their deep tissue massage was not great at all. Not once did they massage my feet at all and at the end when I got off the table my back hurts worse than when I went in there. Never coming again. The WORST!

Professional, kind, friendly, and a great massage! 60 min hot stone foot massage that includes legs, arms, and hand massages. ($35) We will be back because the quality and price was right.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage so I don’t have a lot to compare my experience too but the place was very nice and clean and quiet and the massage was very nice.

I got the 60 minute deep tissue massage with oil and it was amazing!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’d definitely recommend to anyone. Very skilled masseuse and friendly service!!

Relaxing, but unfortunately not deep tissue at all.

During the massage time. 4 times out. The work was not serious enough, didn’t explain or apologize to the guests. The towels are not changed all at once, smelly and unhygienic, which promotes the virus infection. I won’t go for a massage anymore.

Quiet music and ambiance, good massage and even my toes got cracked (never cracked my toes before, it was an interesting experience). Great staff and clean facilities. Prices are reasonable.

You can get a very good massage here. You can get a bad massage here. I have been several times and it is very inconsistent. The foot massage is more consistently good.
