Love this store it the best tobacco connection there is cleanest, and best appealing on the eyes staff has been the same people for a while so it like visiting a friend

What a terrible experience. My husband and 18 year old son went into the store. Both were carded (which I understand). My husband regularly purchases bulk high end cigars. He wanted to try a few singles to see if he wanted to purchase them in bulk. The sales person refused to sell my 42 year old husband cigars because my son was with him. Huge loss for this business because of an ignorant sales women.

Great customer service! Theyre very patient, helpful and just wonderful all around. Pleased we have our own Tobacco Connection in our neighborhood. Long time coming but so worth the wait.Theres a wide variety of smoking items.Rolled, roll your own, cigars in a wall humidor, all sorts of nice accessories and gift ideas too. Check them out when in our area. Something for everyone even ice cold beer! Whoohoooo!

There was only one cashier but she got through the long line quickly and was very friendly. They had the product I came in for which hasnt been easy to find lately. The store was clean and everything was easy to locate.

Im out 15 buck for a pen and another 35 for the cartridge it burned through when it defaulted after two weeks. Was told there were no exchanges after I purchased the pen and should of figured it was faulty due to the raggedy box it came in. I was told that if it didnt work to bring it back that day, and then listened to the ladies whisper as I walked away. Wont be back Im afraid.

I love this store. The cashiers are very friendly. I always feel welcome. The manager is very friendly and professional.

Definitely quite the rude employees or maybe the company itself. Wont allow a person to bring in a baby to make a simple single transaction, obviously they would rather a child be in possible danger of being kidnapped by being left in a car. Shame on you tobacco connection

They have what I want and usually at reasonable prices... They have since moved to the old Payless store in cherry plaza. Bigger store, more items, same prices.
