Curiosity killed the cat! First time at Twisted Mist, I purchased 2 bottles of vape juice that Ive never tried before. Asked the lady behind the counter about the flavors I was interested in. She had to flip through a book to tell me the flavor profiles and I let her know I didnt like the menthol/ice flavors but, with one of my flavors she didnt mention it was menthol. If I had known it was menthol I would of never bought it. I wasted money but I will never waste my time there again.

Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and the employees here! Just moved here and needed vape supplies, this was the first one I found and refuse to go anywhere else. Employees are very friendly and helpful, and I love the fact that you can mix and match to create your own flavors and prices are affordable. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Great vape shop. Very good prices. Most shops are much more expensive than online, but its competitive here. Lots of juice flavors too. Great service. Got that small town feel and theyll be honest and helpful.

Bought 2 Hyde puff bars here. Clearly fake, no scan code for authentication, and the flavors were so burnt they couldn’t even be used. As a vape shop, product authenticity should be a huge factor in sales. Very disappointed, gas stations have better quality vape products than this place.

Over priced! The Mod I wanted is $55 online with tax, free shipping and battery.They want $105 before tax and no battery included. Everything in the store is over 100% markup. Im all for supporting a local business. I understand they have overheadcost but carving 120 dollars for a 50 dollar product is highway robbery

Best coffee in town. Friendly staff. The only vape shop in the area that does custom mixed juice. I just wish theyd chill on the pricing of house juice. Im not used to paying a premium on house juice, even if it is custom.

Excellent customer service. I came here to pick out my vape and wound up buying the SMOK CUBE II. Very pleased with this product. A young woman helped me pick this out. I think her name was Megan. I was very impressed with her product knowledge and customer service skills. When people ask me about where I buy my Vape products I always tell them to go to Twisted Mist. Ive been to others around town. The one in north hills left a really sour taste in my mouth, so you guys are the only ones I will come to. Awesome store! Coffee, candles, vapes and cbd products with knowledgeable and professional staff on hand to answer all your questions. Laid back atmosphere and even a comfy couch to sit on and enjoy your coffee and conversation.

Seemed like a great place until I had a product failure. The store policy is 14 days on returns regardless how much business you do there or people you refer to them. Sorry they treated me poorly,since I will not go back now

Of all the vape shops Ive bn too since I started . These guys hooked me up.. not looking for a big mod to carry around I just dont get enough outta my mini. Instead of just selling me another coil that I dont need. They turned me onto a new tank setup.. now Im getting awesome flavor and cloud. If I ever decide to up grade these guys are my first choice..

The prices arent my favorite but the service from Patrick is the best. Best and most helpful person met working at a vape shop. The others working there and the owner are pretty good also.

Great hospitality and youre treated like youre family. The way it should be. All around the lowest prices in the Meridian area, as well.

In there to get some coffee and the blenders were really nasty and neither one of the clerks came to take my order or speak to me after five minutes so I left. They were just standing there watching other customers vape.

Very nice Vape shop that mixes ur personal flavor requests as you chit chat with the staff. Its like a snowball stand for Vapors with the flavor bar.

Their house liquid is terrible! It turned brown in my tank.. I thought it was my coil but I put in a brand new coil and same thing..
