Came in with sister week ago and all went fine. Came back today and provided awful service upon entry. Firstly carded as if im 15yr and it was the same woman to sell last time. A mask doesnt hide 😷

I’ve tried going there several times. They always close early. Says closes at 9 845 Tuesday4/23 doors look guy sitting outside in his truck. Tried to call no answer obviously, nobody there.

I love this store! It is clean and stocked with lots of little things to look at. I always spend more than I want or think I will! I enjoy the staff and have become friends with Angie and my first visit was with jules who are employees, and keep me coming back.They are so friendly ...I will pass all other places to stop there and make my purchase. I hope you will as well.I must note that more people would stop if the parking lot had an exit on to side street.Forgive me..but its almost stupid not yo have one. I promise it IS hurting your business.Just my opinion :)

I love this shop! It has EVERYTHING you need. It’s the ultimate tobacco shop. Angie that work there is awesome, polite and informative. She can tell you about everything in the store.Prices are low and they have everything you need

Grumpy lady working there today, wouldnt even say good morning back to her first 3 customers. I mean the customers are the reason you get a pay check. The other lady who works there gives amazing customer service and is helpful. I started going to another place because of this employee. The only reason I went there today is because they open an hour before the shop I like now on Taft, no matter who is working there they are great and a bit cheaper too.

I had been calling around to a couple different Vape shops to see if they had what I was looking for when I called this location the woman that answered the phone did not answer my question and told me that we customers need to stop calling because she is unable to complete the tasks at hand and assist the customers in the store if we keep calling mind you this was my first time calling. I explain to her that I was looking for something in particular and that I didn’t want to drive 4 miles out of my way if they did not have it and was simply calling to confirm and that if she was not able to confirm I would not Drive to make my purchase there. She said well that’s up to you and hung up

Its a great spot has all the smoker essentials. I will be looking forward to some new inventory for some items though. Overall its good shop but the service from the young lady working today made it that much better!!

0 stars. Have bought TWO broken e-cigs from there. Should have learned my lesson the first time. First one I blew off and just didnt go there anymore. After the second one (was running late and it was on my way to work) I went back to exchange and the kid behind the counter wouldnt even get her manager who was in the back. Terrible terrible service!!! Screw that place

I was in town in the area and stopped to make a quick purchase. The sales lady was very nice and helpful. Nice spot for your smoking needs.

With the amount of money we spend with you guys on our vapes and supplies for our vapes, youre customer service today was a terrible enough experience not to come back. Came in to get a replacement smok top for one of our vapes, even brought in the vape that we bought from you guys, and was still sold the wrong one assuring us it would work. Get all the way home and fill it to use the vape and it doesnt work. So back to the store we go, only to have an issue because there is oil in it. (Well....How else do you tell if it will work or not?) Crazy question right. The guy opens another coil because he says its the coil that is the problem... so he tries another coil, still not working. Now mind you, I was only getting a replacement top because the previous one was leaking way too bad for only buying this vape from them 3 weeks ago. I didnt complain about that, I just wanted to purchase a new top. The guy then opens another coil and it is still not working, then says he is not going to keep opening more and that it is just how the vape is going to work.... funny, never had a problem like that with it before. Told the guy to return it and we would go elsewhere with our money, because it was too much of an inconvenience for him to get the right top for the vape stick, and even that was an issue. Done and Done!!! Will take my $ to one of the other 100s of shops in the area lol.

This is my local smoke shop. Love the variety of stock and employees are great. They remember you and take care of your needs accordingly.
