This place has excellent customer service. I only get out this way about once a month and I find myself finding reasons to come back to this shop. In particular, Nicole has just been awesome the last couple months. Last month I just so happened to come in on 4/20. Much to my surprise, Nicole informed me everything I wanted was 50% off. She had such an infectious smile, happily offering me that discount. I come in today and shes still wearing that beautiful smile while handling two customers and the phone. You folks need to clone her because thats how you want your business represented. I leave every time with the same smile that I caught from Nicole. if youre in the area and need a smoke shop, I highly recommend this one.

Purchased a banger and within 3 days it cracked right down the middle from heat! I went back and owner had no intent to exchange. Instead he offered me $3 off a new one. I will not be going back Unfortunately. Poor quality glass!!

I like this place, and I like the fact its only 30 seconds from my house. They have 4 locations, I believe, and they fairly priced, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They ALWAYS have a sale on 4/20 - and all the stuff in the store is 50% off on that day. Free burgers/drinks/T-Shirts for all that go! Dont miss it!

Conveniently located and easy to find because of their signage. Pleasantly surprised to see many items on sale, and the store was filled with a huge variety of things, from hookahs, ashtrays, incense, backpacks, body jewelry and t-shirts. The gentleman behind the counter, Moe, was friendly and knowledgeable. I walked out with several products heavily discounted. A gem of a place for desert smokers!

This place is great priced. A vast selection and if you need a little break in price they dont shy away from being able to help if they can. Owner is a super cool guy very knowledgeable with tobacco.

The damn sexy gentleman working behind the counter was extremely helpful and attentive even though it was right before closing time. Google reviews is asking me to post a photo...hell! I SO wish I took a picture!

I showed up on Black Friday with my husband. Everything was 50% off!! We ended up with so many Xmas gifts. They sent us over to their other location on Val Vista and Broadway. They have a huge selection of Silicone bongs and rigs. My husband is done shopping for me!! Im excited😊The staff was really helpful and chill!

If you go here for vape stuff, dont expect them to have any juice in stock. Ive been going in about once a week for the last 3 months and they still havent restocked their vape juices. All the nasty flavors that arent popular are still sitting on the shelves...

Went in for the 420 sale and as always looked for brewer. This guy is amazing!!! He always listens and is extremely knowledgeable about the products. The store was clean and organized even though it had increased traffic. All in all I drive from Florence to go to either mesa store to get what I need because of the way brewer treats me as a customer

Went there today and got a pack of 4 pods and a vape juice. When I went to the register the guy said the total was $48 and some change, which seemed like a lot but it was $6/pod plus $20 for a juice. Okay, adds up, expensive but fine I wont come back. Register said $29 something, thought that was odd but didnt think anything of it. Paid with my card but wasnt offered a receipt (my mistake here, should have asked for one)Get home and check my bank statement and Im charged $78.01. I guess somehow I was charged the $48 plus the $29 but I dont have a receipt so Im not even bothering to go back. If the charge gets corrected Ill update the review.

Ive been coming to this place for a couple years now. I used to live behind them and now I live in North Scottsdale and still choose to come here above all others. Since then theyve changed management but even now The customer service cant be beat. Alan and his staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable about their products and always take great care of their customers Im always happy to walk in and see them at the end of my work day. The shop is always organized and they have alot of great sales frequently. This is a smoke shop above the rest. They will always have my business.

Bought 3 lost Mary vapes. The guy told me to try it before I left the store, but I didnt. The vape was bad. I will definitely try my vape in the store before leaving. The other two were fine. Ugh.

Very good service and friendly staff. Owner is always there helping customers, he makes you want to come back! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because vape prices are a little higher then elsewhere. Roughly $8 for coils with no pack discounts and $15 for 60ml juices. That said the convenience and customer service balance out the price. Great place!

I came in yesterday looking for a new Nectar collector and was introduced to the Seahorse by Shayanne! I wasn’t sure how to use it at all and she was very informative and helpful. Totally sweet girl. My card was having issues and she was patient with me. She also informed me of their 4/20 sale coming up and I will definitely be back to spend some $$$$. I was happy to learn that they’re now open until 1am as I usually get off of work myself around 11. This shop is great. Fantastic employees and an amazing selection of anything you would want. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite vape shops in the East Valley. The employees are knowledgeable, dedicated, and extremely friendly and the selection of juices, coils, mods, tanks, spare parts is very extensive. Theyve helped me repair a tank, find obscure coils, replace glass and recommended some stellar juice that fit the exact flavor profile I was searching for.Keep up the awesome work!

My boyfriend and I have been going here for two years now and it used to be great, we loved the staff and they were very accommodating whenever we weren’t satisfied with something. It was the same staff for so long, everyone was very nice. About a month ago, the staff completely changed and so did the overall feel of the shop. Most of them are rude, not very knowledgeable, and just not inviting at all.

The only smoke shop I’ll visit. Super cool staff, that is always right on it when it comes to answering any questions or asking for help. Allen gave me an awesome experience today, on 4/20 at that. Yeah they were busy, but they still took special care of me. Thanks you again Allen and crew.They always have some great deals too!

Loud blonde at the register acts like a know it all and just annoys the entire experience of checking out all their cool items. I liked that guy Allen better, he was cool and always welcoming with 1st class service! Need more employees like that guy or the nice mixed (part Friday American I think) pretty chick!

Honestly the best smoke shop chain in The Valley hands down! Great vape selection and wonderful glass selection too! Oh, and cannot forget the amazing customer service who will do anything to make a customer happy!

This is my go to smoke shop! they have the sweetest people working here, i never fail to have a fun and fulfilling interaction. i deeply appreciate the kindness and consideration they give to me every time i go in. especially alan! he is the manager of all in one and he does an amazing job and cares greatly for his customers.

Id give a 5 star but with 2 times of not being able to exchange an item, I can only give 4 stars. Im a regular of the shop, and most employees know me. All staff is very friendly and willing to help out with any questions one may have.

Everytime im in town this shop is one of my first stops. This last visit was extremely disappointing my favorite employee the manager Allan no longer works there he was the reason I liked stoping in he was always friendly knowledgeable and his upbeat welcoming personality was very much missed at my last visit 😞the place wasnt the same without him. Unless Allan comes back I wont be going back the girl who helped me was not friendly and seemed annoyed that she even had to help me or anyone for that matter not sure of her name she was a blond idk but the atmosphere is not the same all I have to say BRING ALLAN BACK OTHERWISE I will spend my money somewhere else.

Definitely THE BEST smoke shop in Arizona!! The employees are AMAZING and always so helpful! It’s always so clean and smells so good every time I walk in. I’m always welcomed by multiple people and they always have all of the answers to any questions I may have! I would recommend this store 10/10!!! I want to give a special shout out to all in one family. Ive never come across such a special shopping experience. They give you a detailed explanation on all of their glass products as well as vape products. I love this smoke shop! They have tons of glass! My husband and I came here for a tank for our vape. Sadly, they gave us the wrong size but luckily it worked for my vape and then I just gave my husband my old tank which I knew would work for his vape; so all worked out. They seem very knowledgeable here except when it comes to vapes. Otherwise, they are extremely helpful in trying to find you the product you came in for. Everything also seems fairly priced. Chances are, they carry what youre looking for.

Sooo, i went in to the store on 3/30/21. Looking for a disposable Vape, looking around i come across a flavor i normally get, but from a different shop. Well i buy it, and go to take it home and hit it... taste awful. and not how i remembered it tasted. i go back the next night and speak with the supervisor ALAN. Lemme tel you he had spot on customer service and amazing in taking care of my problem and gave me a discount and helped me find a better flavor that i would like! i’ll be back, and tell all my people about this place! This place is pretty nifty, the managers are really nice and always take care of me. One of the salesman knows what I want when I purchase a glass piece and gets it right everytime. Their supply of replacement glass for the v-one pen could have better availability but other than that, I love this place.

Both ladies were very polite, welcoming and very helpful. They have me a great deal on a kick ass vape as well as gave me a little run down of the product before payed and left. I have to tell you that I have never in 28 years experience in smoke shops have I ever been catered to. BEST experience EVER! I work in a customer service driven industry and have very high standards when it comes to customer service. I had a lot of questions about products and everyone that was working took time to assist. They made sure the product was right for me before we headed to the counter. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The lady with the half pony tail with very black hair is extremely rude. Everyone else is a sweetheart. Very bad experience.

My long-time friend owns this shop and I would have given them 5 stars, had the young girl not followed me and given me dirty looks while I was picking out incense sticks and it angered me so much that I asked her co-worker why in the world was she doing this - I mean Ive been here a million times with my son Joseph - this is where he gets his nicotine products. If this continues or she repeats this - I will have to let her boss (my long-time) friend know of her irrational behavior; then we will see if she still has a job! I am positive he wouldnt want to lose customers. Normally, this doesnt happen to me and it really offended me.

Horrible manager! (staff tried to be friendly) Retail fraud! If you steel from a retail store, they arrest you and you go to jail....how about retailers who sell you a bogus product? Labels say what it is and how much of it should be there when you buy it...so thats what I expect.Took my familys money for a bogus product! I thought maybe it was suppliers fault so I expected them to be happy I let them know there was a problem, but they were angry! Just because someone is a struggling small business (their words) doesnt mean you can cheat customers! I work in a toiletries and cosmetics lab and this Kratom they sell is no good. Cut worse than street drugs. Will write more later. Horrible place.

I would give this place a 5 originally. My first dealing with this smoke shop started off great. Excellent matter of fact, there are two great individuals that are emp,oyees of this shop: Nate & a Micheal. They both worked really hard to assist me as I was and based on what happened at this place TODAY as of now still on a search to find dry coils.First Nate sold me all the dry coils They had due to the fact no one really purchases the coils any longer and more of the customers go for liquid or was.Im still old school which Nate and Micheal related too and were very sincere in assisting me to purchase all they had at a really decent price. Which made sense because they had been sitting on their shelves for 60+ days until I came into their shop and gave them money for all they had. Nate & Mike offered to order me more since I am a serious buyer OBVIOUSLY.NEVER DID I THINK ID RUN I TO THE PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERD Sunday!!!Lori, would not honor any of the prices that Nate or Michael offered. Then then no asked for the owner Lori came out and said she managed the store and she would be talking to the employees that showed me great customer service because they sold me product that took money out of her pocket.So essentially when I returned I was greeted with this type of service and mentality. I ended up leaving empty handed for product I asked them to order because at the end of the day Lori wanted money over having a customer happy and retaining a customer.Oh well not my first rodeo with a greedy manager who wants your dollar over good service!

Awesome smoke shop they have everything. I left out a star cause im editing a review because one thing they can fix is give the regulars and locals that come in non stop the benefit of the doubt when we receive a broken device and to replace it but other than that best one in the Valley for me

Stopped here for the first time the night before the infamous 4/20. These are some of the nicest people I have ever met and the prices even without the sale were more than affordable. They even let me have my free goodie bag a day early because I ended up getting a bunch of stuff. Came back the next day on 4/20 and the place was great again. The owner I believe his name is Mike, is probably one of the nicest people. And also theres one more guy that works there that really helped me out a ton and I thank everyone there for it. Think Im going to head there right now actually lol UPDATE: went back. Everyone was there tonight and recognized me and gave me some great deals as always. The girl at cash register is always fun to talking to and same with Lori. Had a mix up on product and went right back in and they switched it out again as usually since they are the best. Mike & Lori & rest of team got a 5/5 again! Never going anywhere else again.

Got charged $200 for a $20 vape. Fought with shop owners and bank for a few weeks until I decided they can keep it. Super disrespectful manager & a lesson to be learned!!

This smoke shop is great! A lady named Lori works there and she is amazing. I stopped in one day because I was shopping at safeway and now I pass 3 other smoke shops closer to my home to go to this shop. Merchandise is great! Im ok with the prices they have quality product and I dont worry about getting fake vape equipment.

This place really took care of me. Extremely friendly, educated, and helpful staff. Their prices on glassware is pretty good too. They have a christmas sale right now for a $50 bong. Would definately recommend to anyone in this area.

Rude employees. I had to get their attention to look at a piece and there was 2 employees and I was there only customer. The young man and young lady were so disrespectful when I asked them a question and proceeded to look at me like I was confused. Hopefully in the futute if I ever come back that they have better staff or at least train them to greet customers better or acknowledge the customer.

This is by far the best smoke shop around. The owner we all call her ma haha has been amazing and very informative and is always very kind, she always hooks me up with discounts. I highly recommend this place!

I do not recommend spending $100 to get a goodie bag.! Theyll tell you its a $74 value when in fact the most expensive thing in the goodie bag was a $20 nectar collector besides that I got very old blunt wraps, very old hookah Coles, and a extremely cheap lighter that you can buy a five pack of at the 99 cent store! I am not impressed at all with this particular smoke shop and I do not recommend anyone going here unless you want to get ripped off extremely poor business values!!!

BEST KRATOM PRODUCT IN MARICOPA COUNTY as far as Im concerned. There is NO OTHER PLACE in the valley that has the quality of product than at this store. Not only do they have the best Kratom product...but they took the time to make certain of it! There was one time the quality of the product dropped due to a supplier issue which I brought up with the manager and left the store unsatisfied, but after going around the valley for an alternative place for Kratom I found I was NOT IMPRESSED WITH OTHER RETAILERS. I decided to come back and try a second chance and I immediately noticed that theyd corrected the problem. I am VERY pleased and happy to be back! Thanks to the owner and manager for correcting the issue with the supplier and looking out for your customers.

The amount of time the lady took to verify that my money was legit was ridiculous. I was about to ask do you need me to pay with a card since this is such a hassle for you? Im not the one working at a smoke shop at midnight trying to make a living.

All in One Smoke Shop is all about making money regardless of keeping their clientele happy. We bought a mini torch there a week ago today. It stopped working last night. Its never been dropped or mishandled & we used top of the line (Vector) gas in it to ensure we get the best results. We noticed there was a crack where the gas was leaking out which is rendering the torch useless. We took it back to All in One smoke shop only for the guy behind the counter to look at it, acknowlede the defect and hand it back to us telling he didnt know what to tell us. After explaining that we just bought the item a week ago in this store, he then pointed to the All sales are final, NO REFUNDS singage on the front of the counter. All in One Smoke Shop is money hungry. They dont back their products and are ok to indemnify themselves from ANY LIABILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. SMH, we were long time customers (of over 6 yrs) but I can 100% say I will NOT be returning. Theyre lucky to have received one star from as as Yelp wouldnt let me give them ZERO.

Just starred coming here a few months ago for my Djarums. I just wish theyd stock more. I went in once recently and they were out of my milds. Super friendly staff. I bought a lighter that doesnt work. Dont have receipt. Can I get an exchange? Hmmm. Overall great shop!

I wanted to buy a cheaper nectar collector the shop. The guy got me to buy a little more exspensive one, upselling it saying it was a great seller would last for a long time since it had a titanium tip instead of glass. The second time I heated it up the next morning it shattered on the bottom fell down. It burnt a hole in my rug and my finger was burnt since picked it up quick not wanting to melt my carpet more or start a fire. I threw it in the ashtray let it cool down packed it all up and went straight to the store. I thought sinc the guy just sold it to me not even 24 hours ago and it clearly was shattered in a small spot right where you would heat the metal tip not from dropping it.(as the short skinny twerp behind the counter accused me as he grinned and shook his head very child like) I asked if they could just replace it the other gentleman with glasses was at least trying to help with 20% off but I dont want to spend money again on theyre flawed equipment. Not worth the visit on 420, save your money for another smoke shop that cares about customer satisfaction.

Terrible place. Avoid at all costs...Sold me an electric cigarette battery that did not work whatsoever. Tried to return no more than a couple of days after I bought it as I had left town for a couple of nights.... right when I got back try for replacement....plastic still on the buttons and they wouldnt replace it....Terrible business practices... shameful at best.

Go anywhere but here. They sold me a scorch torch branded torch. I decided to check out the manufacturer because I hadnt looked at their stuff before. While on scorch torch s website I realized they dont even sell the one I had bought. I emailed scorch torch and they told me to return the item to the store and where I could go to to buy there official products. So my wife takes it back to be told they dont give refunds and the guy said he purchases them directly from scorch torch. And there you have it; bold face lying to customers about there counterfeit products. Seriously, shop anywhere but here.

Bought a disposable pen with 1,200 hit. I hit it about 10 times and it stopped working. They won’t exchange it even though I bought it this afternoon and spent $24 on it.... pretty disappointing definitely won’t be buying again.

I like this place. I first went here cause it’s close to where I was staying, but I like the variety, the decent prices and the friendly, helpful staff. They have pipes, water pipes (bongs), wife variety of vape products and plenty of traditional tobacco as well.

The owners of this place are clueless as to the products they sell. They have some good employees that do when they are there. I will not be going back due to their lack of knowledge of their products

I go in here often and the guy with black hair, always wears his hat backwards (think his name is Michael) is always super sweet to me as well as the other employees.

All in one smoke shop is a nifty little place on Val Vista and southern it has a wide variety of goods it sells all kinds of vaping utensils as far as mods and batteries and tanks and so on and so forth sure soft drinks serves your classic marijuana pipes and water pipes all around and a nice shop the lady behind the counter was very sweet I would suggest it to anyone looking for a relatively Ford and easy smoke shop for their next smoking utensil all in one smoke shop gets five out of five stars for good customer service cleanliness and top quality

I dont recommend this smoke shop I went here and bought a bag of rolling tobacco. And when I asked them if it was fresh They told me yes when I get home open up the bag and its dry super dry I called them and asked them if they would replace it after explaining the problem .They refuse so they do not get my recommendation

I come in looking for a new vape, I brought in my old one to see if they had the model they said no come back next week.... Im new to vaping and would have bought a new vape, oil, etc. Etc. If they would have taken 2 mins to help and explain stuff.

They had some things I need but easily $2 over what I get mine for in my neighborhood... and other local spots. But it was great other than that!

The gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable and really took the time to help me find a piece that was perfect for me. The selection was fantastic and the service was amazing.

Need Quick Fix? It inexpensive here- $10. Checked the batch # inside the box on Quick Fixs website and it shows that it was good til May of 2018. Legit inventory.

This is my usual smoke shop and I went in this morning and Josh was the worker he was out of the product that I needed but he helps me out find a different product for the amount of money that I had he has wonderful customer service gives a kid a raise thank you again Josh!!!
