One of the best smoke shops in the area. They have great quality products. You’ll I find better stuff here compared to other places. They aren’t a quick stop smoke shop vibe.Today i was having some issues with a battery, I was so upset cause I just bought it. I was told to stop by the store and the guy (flaco) helped me out. just completely shocked me and fixed the problem. no hesitation , simply just being a good person . Guy legit had me tearing up at 10:00 am on a Monday .

Let my phone on accident. They lied and said they didn’t have it. Called phone several times used my iwatch to track and let them know that was the noise coming from back room. They pretended not to hear it. Fun stuff. White and black guy on late shift 9:30ish Wednesday.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I purchased a vaportech vapo 1500. I opened the package a few hours later to try it out. After 5-10 puffs it starts blinking. Its dead. I called the shop to discuss my options. The manager told me he couldnt do anything for me other then a discount on another one. I told him this purchase was almost $20 and it did not work properly. He said since I didnt open it in the store and try it there I cant get a refund. I responded with the fact that I wasnt given that option or made aware of that. Then he completely lies and said he did tell me that!! If that was true I would have opened it to make sure it worked properly in the store. It was acting up from the first puff till it started blinking. If a store is going to sell an item and the item fails to work I feel the it should be replaced. Especially if the customer was not told to try it before leaving! You can clearly tell it hasnt been used and i am a regular customer!

I have been here several times recently getting some CBD gummies. They were great. I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but they do give a Veteran’s discount with your ID card. Every little bit helps.

I’ve literally wanted a bong like I got today, my whole life!! Came to check it out for the first time Friday, was so pleased with the customer service and low prices I have came back every day since (its now Sunday lol). Josh, a worker here, gave me some of the best customer service i have EVER received. If you need someone knowledgeable in glass and has a great attitude; ask for Josh!

Justin was polite & quite helpful. He gave me a sample of a cream to rub into my sciatic nerve, hip to ankle. I believe I will be going back soon to purchase this minty cbd cream. It didnt fix the pain but it was sure nice to have some brief moments of relaxation?! Thanks man!

I will never come back to a RIP off of a place. I went into buy a 30 ml juice. Same time last year it was $6.99 they tried to charge me over $15 before tax when he quoted me $10. So in a year it more than doubled. What a major price gouge. I will never come back and I urge everyone to go with caution. I live just a block away but I will happily go 3 miles down the road where the price didnt jump drastically.

I like this place. They have some really great glass ware at some really great prices. The guy who works there all the time is polite and professional. Good service, good products.

They sold me a defective Vape, I brought it back the next day to show them that the coils werent lighting up and I couldnt use it. I had the receipt from the day before and was told there was nothing they could do even though they sold me a defective product that didnt work. So glad I had to throw away a brand new $50 vape to find out never to shop there 😧

Don’t buy from here. I bought a torch lighter and went to use it the very first time and did not work so I took it back into the store and the kid who sold it to me looked like he was concerned as for the other guy I am thinking the manager he looked at it for a few seconds and said “yep the spark mechanism went out” then he tells me that there is no Warrantee on torch lighters I told him I just bought it like two minutes before he said store policy I told him what you going to burn me for 20 dollars he said store policy. They know nothing about business or customer service they are criminals who needs to be put out of business. I will not stop until I tell every one and do what ever I can to take business form them.

Honestly never been a better shop with better service!Always have what you need as far as glass goes, and being a medical patient giving us the discount is always dope. Be back in next week!

I come all the way from San Tan Valley because I havent been pleased with other smoke shops. I continued to buy items from here. But in the last 4 weeks Ive had to Vape pens for Med use. And my pen keep dying first one I was like ok probably just the pen because I smoke to much. So I bought another one. And with less then 2 weeks of purchase the pen does not work again. I went in asked if they could do anything and said no. The guy knows me cause I come in all the time. No refund or exchange by any means!! Not fair that one can come be loyal to a company and you would think that they would take care of me. Needless to say I will be without my meds till I buy another pen!!! $95 down the drain!! I hope no one else goes through what I did.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Very nice people but No Customer Service at all!!

Always have good experience when I go in, very down to earth vibe with a variety of glass pieces to electronic devices. Price very fro 10-800+ but take a look for yourself 🌺

We come in this location all the time. Iet it go the first time with faulty product. Noy letting it go this time they sell faulty product that will last 2 weeks and then nothing. And its not cheap either. And then tell u o well. U would think that they would do something to help especially with a loyal customer that goes in ther 4 or 5 times a week and i dont live close. Well guess ill go to places that are closer to home

Best variety of anything you need for your body or to smoke CBD oil, wraps, blunts, anything you really want to smoke with. And products that will mellow you out cleanse you out and just get you right.

You dont understand the quality of a great smoke shop until you have been to a few terrible smoke shops.
