Wont let me and the service animal into the store. EVEN though ive been in the store atleast 7 times WITH my service animal recently!!! ROBBERT was very rude and wouldnt even let my friend go in to buy anything either, he said it was because it was my friend. And wouldnt let my friend hold my dog outside while I went inside to buy something. Robbert wouldnt do any service with me or my friend!?!? This guy was very rude. And absolutely pathetic.

This is a big shop in East Mesa with a large selection of vapes and other products related to smoking. Its fairly inexpensive for a smoke shop. It was two for: $35. I bought the Geek Bar Pulse Vape with 15 puffs. Its pretty dam good.

High priced smoke shop they do have a vast selection and offering upto 35% off on larger glass currently. Alot of China glass though if your into vapes they have decent deals 3 for $50 on Geekbars so its not horrible. Alot of torches. But they are on the higher end of smoke shop prices though.

I really like the owner and bought all my vape supplies here for at least four years. Then, they stopped stocking my coils. I would be told they ordered more and would have them in a couple of days, but they wouldnt. This forced me to go to another shop and even online. Im glad I did. Everything sold here is overpriced by outrageous margins. For example, I bought a vape kit here, and even with the discount, it was twice the prices of everywhere else in the valley. I paid 44.99 for a 19.95 product. The coils, pods, and juice are also so much more expensive. I understand you need to make money on margins, but the wholesale cost and MSRP would have sufficed. I tried to be a loyal customer as I believe in supporting our local businesses, but now I just buy wholesale from the manufacturers.

We stopped in for the first time this past Saturday. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and organized.I was looking for a new product and was recommended the Swordfish Lookah. I love it, its so much easier to use. Also found an amazing new bong which is now hands down my favorite.These folks are not my closest smoke shop, I pass three others to get to Waves, and Im perfectly okay with that. I have been there multiple times and have had a great experience Until today. I bought 3 for 60 deal for vapes and just opened one of them and it is NO GOOD. Went back and was told ALL SALES ARE FINAL and they Would not do anything for me. I have sent a lot of people there BUT not anymore. Not happy with their customer service. This individual that I spoke to was rude and I will not go back. And yes these Elf bars do fail and for 22 dollars they just lost a lot of business. Good luck.

Every time they have not worked, they have exchanged them for free with no hassle due to the fact of me listening to their rules and trying them in the store. Bought 2 devices from here, both were terrible. Customer service from the young lady there excellent but whoever was working 8-28 at 3:19 pm... awful... just bought the baton the day prior, it leaks and they set it up for me, it tastes burnt, its the worst, and defective. His solution... you call the manufacturer, not our problem and assumes I could have dropped it in water. Argues the whole time, when I simply want to have a device that actually works after spending the money. Not happy

Its always a pleasure to visit this store. They have all the vape products I need and for reasonable prices. They be keep their products in stock and carry a wide variety of all kinds of vapes, eliquid, torches, tobacco and glassware. The staff is nice and most of them are knowledgeable of the different products they carry. Today was the only time I didnt leave smiling. Not that I was unhappy just that the girl there wasnt as engaging as the younger guy that rocks the dope glasses. Hes always a pleasure to interact with. Hes always positive and helpful and encouraging. I wish I could remember his name! I do have to give the girl the benefit of the doubt bc I was on a phone call when I entered the store and that it kind of rude. 😒 Either way I will remain a customer here until Im no longer local and HAVE to find a new spot to get my vape products.

I roll my own cigarettes and Ive shopped at many tobacco stores. This one is by far the cheapest, friendliest, and highest quality of all the ones Ive been to, no contest. They get all 3 Gold, silver and bronze medals. Most tobacco shops have stale tobacco that has been sitting on the shelves for a lifetime. Then the other guy will charge you over $30 for the tobacco and tubes. But at this store I bought the big bag of tobacco and 2 boxes of tubes and it was only $27 plus a free lighter and I have never once gotten or even seen a stale bag of tobacco here. This place is the Rolls Royce of smoke shops

Owner isnt very accommodating to their customers... my igniter to my newport torch stopped working and they wouldnt do an exchange.. i bought a new one and it does NOT feel new... there are many other smoke shops around ;)

This is THE place to go for Juul compatible/Juul pods in east Mesa. They have a huge selection, friendly staff that can get you in and out fast and they know their stuff. Prices cant be beat by local competitors as of the time Im writing this. Wish they had rewards program, which is the only reason I sometimes visit a local competitor of theirs. 5 stars for fast friendly service and great prices.

Great place with nice people that can actually have a conversation with you! This is my new favorite place to go to find cigars and other smoking parifinalia. Theyve got good prices too. Not to mention, its Kinda nice to see smiling faces behind the counter rather than some hairy dude that looks like he hasnt showered in a week and smells like a wet ashtray. Oh and there are no creepers sitting around smoking in lounge chairs watching you brows. Enjoy!

I let it go on the cheaper ones but a $50 machine should not be broken on DAY 1 !!!! And if it is you replace it..If you feel like throwing your money away you should give them a try..

Okay well Im not happy with them at all I bought something there that should have been returnable the bottom half like just the lighter part of it and they wouldnt take it back. Like oh well then we have a broken when Im like well why should I have a broken one I think theyre jerks and they can take the loss better than me equipment was defective the stuff I bought was defective and they wouldnt take it back or exchange it which would have been nothing to them nothing but everything to me

This has become my go-to spot for Kratom, I was actually scared to go in at first lol, because I haven’t really been in many smoke shops but I needed to get some Kratom.
