Full disclosure, I now work at Virgin Valley vapor ( about a week and a half now). This review is mostly to defend against Adam Johnstons review.I have been shopping at Virgin Valley Vapor for about 3 years. Over this time i have fell on some hard times and only received a warm welcome from Joe (Owner). He has helped me get what i needed to keep me from dipping more times than i care to admit. Adam was a regular in the shop and was given the same courtesy. I feel that Adams review is lacking in all the help that was received and most definitely understates Joes knowledge on the product he sells. I feel an apology is owed and if Adam feels the need to belittle Joe and his shop, he needs to give an actual review and state ALL of the good Joe does for Adam himself and people and then add his ONE bad experience. If i could say one thing...it would be to come into the shop and experience it for yourself. You will see that Adams review was most likely a half cocked attempt at baiting an angered response due to his own frustration. Thank you Joe for helping all the people you do and giving the information needed to purchase the best kit/tank/mod/juice that is RIGHT for the consumer and not just the bottom line.-Ryan

This was the first vape shop i walked into, and joe gave me a killer setup for a good deal, since then i have been to twenty or so shops and I am disappointed every single time. I wont go to another shop anytime in the near future, Joe is considerate, caring and knowledgeable towards every one of his customers. Highly recommended!!!

We drive up for Wyoming about once a year and this is the best vape shop we have ever been to, Hes not like most shops that just try to push you into a sale.. guy is super amazing and always helpful. I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible owner, cant keep his business straight. Treated horribly by a dishonest, disrespectful pathetic excuse for a businessman. Stopped in weekly to chat and purchase product only to be completely disrespected. Hes obviously hurting for money, as he sold me a tank for $20, he said he got them for free and had no recollection of me paying him. He then stated that 30,000 people in this city are trying to get something from me for free Just a pathetic businessman. I will never do business with this shop again!

Hey man these guys at this shop are amazing theyre extremely helpful they have great prices and product is amazing they opened my eyes too a new age in vape. The store alone had a down right amazing atmosphere very friendly i walked in and automatically felt extremely comfortable in there. The customer service was outstanding I cant say this enough. Normally you walk in too a vape shop and its some disrespectful punk but not at this store even the customers I met were extremely friendly and all out I had an amazing experience at this shop I would love too give these guys a shout out on my YouTube channel with the owners permission ofcourse once again you guys are amazing keep doing what you guys do!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great assortment of juices at reasonable prices. Laid back atmosphere & i always leave happier than when i arrived. So that is a good thing.

The customer service is terrible. The owner will purposely listen to the local transient telling his war stories (when hes not even purchasing items)...While paying customers are made to stand in line indefinitely. The owner is not very knowledgeable or enthused about vapor liquids, and the ones he sells are astronomically, almost comically over priced.

Everything about this shop is great. They carry a large selection of mods, tanks, rdas, wire, cotton, batteries, atomizer coils and everything else needed to vape. They always have the latest and most popular hardware, all authentic. All of this with better prices than anywhere else, including the internet. They also carry an impressive variety of juice. Not just different flavors, but different brands as well. Put simply they have a huge selection of quality merchandise at the best possible prices. If thats not enough, each customer is treated like family. I cant possibly recommend Virgin Valley Vapor highly enough.

Ive been going here for a year now & I really love this shop, has great products, very nice customer service great ambiance and a wide selection of mods/vapors & E Liquids.If you want to quit smoking cigarettes and change to a vapor this is the place to go.

Cant remember the owners name, sorry but he was great. Had the coil I needed and even helped me make them last longer. I will return when Im down south again
