Trying to quit smoking cigarettes?Cant seem to get over the hump?At least come into this shop and get a vape. Theres different options, different prices.They have standard juice options or they will even mix up a batch of something customized 😎Its an option for NOT smoking 🤷This is a small business, locally owned. Its not a cooperate big wig place. *Which makes it the best kind in my opinion*

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and a clean, neat shop. They do their part to educate customers on products, and furthermore, the regulations that are coming down the pipe from state and federal authorities, so that each customer may do their part to fight any unfair regulations.A+ business. Ill be back, for sure.

Rude owner and employees. Mixed my juice wrong and made me sick. Quit using them. Update... I received a rude IM yesterday from the owner about my review. I am currently searching for the IM that she sent. She stated that I never used to go there. Well I have statements that prove otherwise. Going to post IM as soon as I can find it. It will prove how rude they are.

Sam has the best customer service Ive experienced in quite some time...... show this guy some love and go check some of there products best in town, And wait best of all there a small family owned business..

Horrible company. Called to find out if they carry Mr Vapor Glows and she told me um...we dont carry Mr. Vapor. We ONLY carry quality goods and hung up on me!!!! They may have issues with a certain vendor, but if they want good quality service, treat your customers with respect. I have nothing to do with their problems.

They have a great selection of house juices, flavor is great, and they vape smooth. However, the customer service is severely lacking. I have visited 4 times, and experienced 3 separate employees. Every single time I visit I feel like a mom trying to get teenagers to clean their room. The employees all uugghhh over any question you ask them. They huff and puff at everything. Its insulting. I probably wont be back until I need a reminder of what my kid will act like in 10 years.....Its a shame too, living in Midland it would be nice to have a good vape shop in town.

I have to say I was really surprised with this shop. I judged it originally on face-value, assuming that if it was shady looking on the outside, then it must be scary on the inside. Turns out I was completely wrong - the shop is clean and well organized, it smells nice (probably because of the candles and the incense), and the music is delightful. The homely wood-carved decorations are also a nice touch.It is my pleasure to say that this has quickly become one of my favorite shops in Midland. They have an excellent assortment of flavors - most (if not all) of which vape well and taste great - and they have a nice staff. I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone interested in vaping.

I was in the shop no more than 10 mins and got exactly what i wanted and had a short amazing conversation with one of the employees. granted i have some vaping experience so it was a little easier for me. but the employees were both extremely helpful and the flavors that my friend and i brought home were absolutely amazing. anyone who has a bad experience with thos shop went in with the wrong frame of mind. i highly recommend this shop and would definitely return to the shop again in the future.

Im a little torn. I love the fact that they make their ejuice in house and its all delicious I havent been disappointed but Ive experienced 3 employees and I dread talking to anyone but Austin. I feel like a bother when anyone else waits on me. I see similar complaints in the reviews about this and Im wondering why nothing has been done about it. I really love the ejuice but the customer service isnt worth it. I will drive the extra 20mins to go to smokin vapor in Bay City or Vaped ape in Mt. pleasant just because the customer service here is horrible.

I love coming here, but lately the quality of the e juice has went down. My watermelon doesnt taste like watermelon and they got rid of snozberries NOOOO!!!... I like that the prices have gone down. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They usually have all the newest modes and tanks... I recommend this place to anyone thats interested in vaping... Best deals in town... You guys (Cig Free Vape Shop) should develop a website for online ordering, itll help your sales tremendously...

I do my best to be fair when it comes to local businesses, but this place could really use some work when it comes to customer service, pricing, and professionalism!This was the first place Id bought a battery and tank and for what they are, I am somewhat satisfied. Sadly, I had to almost pry info about the products I wanted to buy since I was only being shown $100 + systems and getting almost no response when asking about a more reasonably priced set-up. With more than 4 cases worth of product, Id thought they had more than the iStick and the Atlantis tank, which seemed to be the only products the sales person wanted to speak about.Having done a little research on batteries, Id decided to go with a small kanger evod battery and and their no name $25.00 tank to try out, but was surprised when the salesperson failed to mention I would need to regularly replace their coils and that the tanks regularly leak on the battery connection. BTW kids, they say no returns what so ever outside of manufacturers return policies. Apparently they dont believe in their products either.Summing this up to a busy sales person and an ignorant new customer, I came in again to check out some different juices. When asking about a particular lemon flavor, I was told they only have that flavor in VG and would be very thick compared to a PG juice but I could try it and see if it works. TRY, as in buy a $14 dollar bottle of it without any idea if it would work. She then paraded into selling me on another $100 + dollar system that would work with that juice. (Really Guys?) To which Id said, The pricing Im seeing on the internet for Sub Ohm and drip systems are much more reasonable and asked if theyd be able to work with me on prices for a better system.Rather than a simple Im sorry, I cant really do much on pricing, or hey, lets take a look at the ones that arent $100 or more, Her voice raised about 4 notches and started yell-lecturing me on small brick and mortar businesses and how they just cant compete with the internet and all she hears is internet, internet, internet......In the middle of literally being yelled at like someones stepchild, I stopped the conversation and said, OK, so how much is this juice then? I was told $14.00. Very surprised by the price, I then asked if they had a smaller bottle like the hundreds they have on the shelf and was given a confident and well-polished NOPE!!!. Since they make their own juices, I assume she was simply unwilling to mix one for me, make a sale or retain a new customer at that point. Feeling Id had about all I could take, I said, thats OK, thanks anyways, and was given a snide GOOD LUCK on my way out, adding the final garnish to a very bad experience!I cant say Ive ever been treated so poorly by a small business.Id say more (yeah....more!), but according to the last few poor souls that gave a review, the owner might start slamming about me and my wife in their response. Ill just go somewhere else. Vape On!

Prices are outlandish. I understand charging more to keep the shop open, but I shouldnt pay over double what I pay online. I bought a mod and a tank. $200 dollars. Same set up online. $85 dollars. I understand overhead, but that is robbery. You dont need 120% profit for overhead. Not only that but 3/4 of the staff is rude and ill informed. Not the welcoming atmosphere you would expect from a vape shop. Greet me with, what do you need? Lol, nothing anymore. Now lets wait for the salty response I get about the Internet. Just like how you wont give prices over the phone. You said it yourself, your prices are your prices, why hide it? Because you know nobody would show up if you were upfront about your prices, thats why.Edited for response: This has nothing to do with that. But I no longer have to hold my tongue now that said employee doesnt work for you. I purchased my setup from you long before they even worked there, so dont get it twisted. That being said, your response has nothing to do with the things I said. So unless you can justify your price gouging to me, or form some sort of legitimate response, dont bother to respond. Lol

Edit to add: Cig free continues to disappoint, called ahead to make sure they had a specific brand juice, was told they do, when I got there they dont have that kind, but something just like it keep up the awesome Job 😂Prices are so-so, as far as best price in Midland....when you only have 1 shop to compete against, its not competition. The owner is EXTREMELY arrogant. The staff doesnt have basic knowledge. Was sold one item and told its the same thing but different. When I called to clarify, and switch products, I was told he wasnt part of the family and to call tomorrow because he cant do that.But my review wont matter, because he doesnt want people like me in his store.At least the owner is mature, am I right? ;)

Ally, Jeff, Bridgette, Greg and Josh are all amazing. Even if Im in the area and not busy Id stop in to talk see whats new and fun. Prices are comparable for brick and mortar small business. Theory for the nay-sayers keep your money and help support your community compared to a big box distributor. That way the staff can make over minimum wage and be more likely to go in and do a good job. Plus Im not the type to wait around when I want a new mod or tank or rda or supplies. Very nice line of juices and only place you can go to locally that mixes their own juices in a certified clean room. A definitely place to stop into if you in the area or are looking for vape supplies.

The bigger guy with dark hair had awful customer service the two times I have been there. Asked him what the cheapest vape was they had. He proceeded to show me one. I pointed to another vape and he told me the price and it was cheaper. I simply stated oh so there is a cheaper one and he responded rudely and told me only by ten bucks. Then my friend who accompanied me in the store asked him about the price of a necklace and he told her five or ten bucks. She specifically asked if he could find the price and he would not give her a definitive price. Also, told me some incorrect details about a higher priced vape in attempt to sell it to me. I asked him about the vape I was comparing it to and he kept changing up his information. I ended up leaving the store and purchasing my vape at Billy’s Tobacco. Much better customer service. They gave HONEST advice about each vape and did not make up information in attempt to get me to purchase a specific one. They lost at least $130 from me today. Will never go back!

Once, I was being waited on and then the young dude working went to the back and left me standing at the counter for a very extended period of time while i waited to check out which was absolutely ridiculous. The one mod I bought (for more than double the price its worth mind you) is falling apart after a little over a month of use yet when purchasing said mod i was told because of the price it came with an excellent warranty so I had nothing to worry about YET come to find out its just a basic 7 day warranty so I feel as though I was completely screwed. The majority of the staff can never answer any questions I have asked which is quite an inconvenience when you are a beginner vaper. The house juice is gross. The prices are completely ridiculous. The shop is a joke. The staff is a joke. Everything is just one big joke. If you find my review to be so immature, maybe its time you educate your staff a bit. Love this place. They are very knowledgeable clean friendly and very helpful also cannot complain about the prices. My favorite flavor is 2 Mix Aurora and krystal best flavor ever. BEST SHOP IN MICHIGAN

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!The price for a 120ml bottle is $36 for juice that they make. I went to Onyx e vapor in saginaw and paid only $15 for a 120ml bottle of juice. When i mentioned the price of their juice is a bit steep the OWNER lost her cool and started screaming at me. I peronally thought it was funny but really really poor customer service. If you are new at vaping do not go here i promise there are way better vape stores that will lead you in the right direction and give you a safe and fun vaping experience.

My husband and I are newbies to vaping. Jeff walked us through all of the options, all of the juices, and all of the components of our new unit. He made sure both of our units were working properly before we left. We knew we would have to pay more than if we had ordered online. This is a brick and morter store so that is understood. The price difference was well worth it. We learned a great deal about how vaping works. This was the experience we were hoping for.

They are the friendliest people and very helpful.Their juice is the best quality.I can only vape the highest quality juice.I have tried other places and had bad reactions.I will not go to any other place to my vapor supply.I highly recommend.

I was hospitalized many times with pneumonia, and acute chronic bronchitis before I started vaping. Since Ive stopped smoking by using my vape, I havent had any of those medical problems. I tried EVERYTHING to quit smoking. Vaping is the only thing that worked. The products at this store are the best Ive found. Im so glad they make their own vape juice. Great flavor, and less side effects.

Terrible customer service. The owner is ice cold and neither her nor the staff care about retaining customers. I had a defective product and she only had excuses, and legitimate lies, about why it didnt work.They have great juice? I wont support a family owned company with this kind of attitude.

I will start by saying i have been visiting this shop for some time now and have no complaint in the service. They have always showed that they provide the best product at the best price since they opened.I have been to many vape shops around the united states some great some not so great. I return to this shop with the knowledge of what makes a great shop. They show their customers the upmost respect when they shop for their vaping needs. This is my true hometown shop and i will never be able to go anywere else and get the great service and respect i get from them.

This is the best vape shop in the surrounding area. It has an awesome assortment of juices and flavors. The equipment they sell is all top of the line. I read a review left about how online the same setup was cheaper. Ummm do some research before you try to bash a good business. Go ahead and buy that setup you seen on line. 9 times out of 10 its from over seas and isnt the real deal. It may say its the name brand you are looking for. But track the number on it with real company. I bet its not really one of theirs. The cig free vape shop has good people working there. Regardless of any situation. They will help you with any problems with your tanks or mods even if its not warrantied...i have suggested this shop to all of my friends and to those looking into vaping...they are helpful with any questions you may have and its a great atmosphere...

I was helped out by a guy named Josh I think. I felt like I knew a bit about vape before going in, but he really taught me a lot about coils and atomizers and so on, even though I didnt spend a load of money. Really friendly and would go back again. Definitely recommend.

Cig free vape is the only place I will buy my juice and accessories from,. you never know what you will get when you order online plus its close by and the owner and their employees are very nice and friendly.

Prices are obsurd (regardless of overhead). Staff is ill informed and beyond unwelcoming.The ONLY thing this shop has going for them is the fact they carry Cuttwood juice.Thats me keeping it short, because you sure dont want me to go into detail.

It has some good priced stuff. Unlike the other vape shop in town, if offers in house custom flavors in a manner not to dissimilar to the old vapor house in the mall before it shut down.

Good selection of juices, although they only sell their own kind. One employee is pretty friendly and knowledgeable (I forget his name), it seems the rest are almost bothered by your presence.

Apparently Im not the only person to be denied service because of an out of state ID; Austin looked at it for a total of three seconds before handing it back and saying, Yeah, I cant take this., citing the Police Department having said something about OoS IDs being used to get stuff, despite holographics on the front and back being extremely hard to replicate. Went to another shop four minutes out of the way, handed my license to the lady behind the register, and even she acknowledged that the holographics were legitimate. Have already told a good ten, fifteen people to avoid coming here on their way to visit.

This is the store i love to go to, friendly staff and good prices!!!! They have a coil builder who is probably hands down the best in midland if not the tri city area. For real if you are looking for a vape shop in midland GO TO CIG FREE!!!!!

The owner showed us how to use our vape stayed an hour over and took her time. We learned a lot and most definitely will come back again.

Wouldnt tell me the price over the phone when I called in and asked. Also kicked my good friend out of the store because he worked at a different vape shop but still planned on purchasing cig frees merchandise. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

We are frequent customers that have sadly put our money into your business. Who tows cars parked for a one hour Santa parade down your road, and leaves families stuck in the cold?? Ill be sure to share this with friends, and family too. Really takes a low person to do that. Wish I could give less than one star! P.s. wasnt impressed with my lack of service last time anyways.

Would be nice if you could correct your times of business hours. Drove 8 miles to get some juice at 7:30 and you were closed. Your google says 9:00pm. Very disappointed! !!

Called for e juice prices and was told he couldnt give me that over the phone. I have to drive a ways to get there I want to make sure Im not wasting my time and gas for something over priced. I went else where. Way to lose business over saying an amount over the phone.

The staff treated me as a costumer not a paycheck. I wanted to start hobbie vapeing and then got​ me straight to the point. They gave me the best deal they had for what I was looking for.

I drive all the way from Detroit to get their Alpine (menthol) juice. Ive tried several other menthol brands from shops around metro Detroit and none of them are as good as their Alpine. Staff is friendly too.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!If you buy something and it breaks they will not take care of you!!! I have friends that own shops and all told me how they exchange faulty products!! Cig free does not honor that!!! I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Im trying to quit smoking. The staff here was really helpful in finding me me a vape that would suit my needs and heloubg me find a juice I love. 10/10 would recommend.

Asked for a crown 2 coil, guy gives me a crown 1, then proceeds to tell me it will work. I called 20 minutes later, talked to Austin and he admitted that the other guy just grabbed one, didnt pay attention then didnt offer to replace it. Wont be back.

Great selection for advanced and beginners. Great selection of Coils to mods to premium juices. Got me vaping on my way home.

The staff is friendly great place they definitely know their equipment and they have no problem helping you set it up and explain to you how to use it definitely would go back there again

If your not going here for their in house made juice you should just go to billys tobacco which is just across the street and has better prices on most things and a bigger selection. still i like to support this local small business that is just getting on their feet.

Dont have smaller amounts of ejuice 60/120. What I got is nasty. They also charge 3.99% when using charge card.I will never go back to the place ever.
