My wife and I have been members for many years. From the front desk staff to all the therapists, they are kind, courteous and helpful. It does take some time finding the right therapist for your specific body type and preferences in massage, but that would be true anywhere. Prices are fair and reasonable, and I really like being able to visit other Massage Envy locations when Im traveling. Highly recommended!
All I can say is …..wow! Had my first 90 minute massage at the Milford location with Ray! The staff of employees are fabulous. I booked my second massage with Ray. He is truly amazing !wen in there with pain in my back,not to mention alot of stress tension knots . and left feeling very relaxed and sleepy, possibly one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time.cant wait, To go back! 🙏🏼🙏🏼👏👏👏

I have had many, many massages in my life at various venues. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I felt man-handled, rushed (the client before me was late finishing and my session started late, but ended right on time- ie not the full hour). Will not do this again! I could.not wait to leave! Waisted my husbands money.
Ive been a member since 2018 and for the most part am still very happy with things here. The only thing I would change is there have been issues with last minute cancellations from staff but we are all human. Major shout-outs to Cecily and Ashley for their talents, not to mention all the other staff as well. Keep up the good work everyone!-Thomas Alexander
Ive been a ME client for 8 years. Ive had more cancelled appointments at this location than all of the others combined. 4 of my last 6 appointments have been cancelled because the therapist isnt feeling well. And even the rescheduled appointments get cancelled!! This is the 3rd time this month. Disappointed.
The employees at the Milford location are always extremely friendly and welcoming. They care about how youre feeling--It makes me feel good about being there! Caitlin is very professional and is great at answering any questions I may have regarding products, therapist, techniques, stretch vs massage, differences in facials, etc. I signed up for my membership with Caitlin and she explained the entire membership with me in full detail. She has always been incredible at helping me find a therapist and/or esthetician who matches what I am looking for too. She asks the right questions in order to pair me with the correct person. She is honest about each individuals technique, which is incredibly helpful! I highly recommend visiting this location!
I have been a member on and off for years and I love this clinic. It’s always clean, efficient, and the services and staff are wonderful. Caitlin and Sarah at the front desk were extremely helpful with my account changes. They both have also provided me with great suggestions for therapists that fit my specific requests. Very happy with this Massage Envy.
I am a full time healthcare traveler and have been to Massage Envy locations across the country. This location is by far the best I have been to. I cannot say enough good things about Massage Envy in Milford. From the receptionists (Brittany and Rachelle) as well as Bonnie for massage and Gina for facials. Stellar services all around!

This was my first time using Massage Envy and I will definitely be back! The girl at the front desk explained everything to me and told me what to expect going in. Lynda, my massage therapist was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. She did a great job of making me feel relaxed and welcome there. I am on my feet all day at work and this definitely relieves the shoulder and back pain I was having. I highly recommend the hot stone treatment!
After a rough couple of months consisting of a great deal of stress and pain, my girlfriend and I felt that it would be a good idea to go get a massage together at Massage Envy in Milford, CT. We made our appointment for 6pm on a Thursday and were looking forward to a nice way to relax together. When we arrived for our appointment, the staff was not welcoming. In fact, they looked confused as if we werent supposed to be there. Turns out, we werent. The woman we scheduled our appointment with made it for the following day. I took off of work for a massage and a way to relax with my girlfriend. Time off is limited for me. The staff was not apologetic. They did not offer any compensations. We left not only unsatisfied but ashamed that this place was still even running. I understand people make mistakes but a massage is supposed to be a therapeutic experience and this company actually created the exact opposite for us. So disappointed in this place. I think Ill be calling corporate.
On December 13th I had a 90 minute massage scheduled with Joe. I received a confirmation call the same day and was asked if I wanted to be charged a $35 cancellation fee or use my free session for the month. At the time I thought it was a no brainer so I went with using the free session. Then days later it dawned on me well how much does a session cost? 🤔 Today I called and spoke with Maddy and inquired about the cost of a session for members. I was told it’s $45. I wonder how much it is for 90 minute sessions - they’re $68. Why would I willingly give $10 additional dollars of my hard earned money back to the company? I was extremely upset and felt scammed that a sales representative would even present me with this ultimatum. I was on the phone for roughly 15 minutes while Maddy consulted with Cathy or Cindy (manager) to confirm they would refund my free session. After a while Maddy came back and said that they would. 🤨 I have received two more additional calls since speaking with these women around 4PM. I’m am assuming my credit card declined for the $35 cancellation fee. I am writing this review to inform you Massage Envy that it is the holidays. Everyone is broke due to this thing called Christmas, ever heard of it? I will have the funds for the cancellation and my monthly fee BEFORE my next session. Please for the love of God, leave me alone and stop harassing me for a $35 cancellation fee. You have done enough to turn me off from any future membership!!Do you know that Maddy called me at 3:32 to tell me my credit card wasn’t working. Then manager Caitlin left me a voice message saying if I didn’t phone back in before the end of business the company was taking it upon themselves to use my free session instead of honoring my request of a $35 cancellation fee. I will not be tipping my masseuse ANYMORE going forward and Joe can thank both Maddy & Caitlin for ticking me off to the point of no return. As a customer to this ridiculous company for over 5 years, I feel disrespected and under appreciated.10:25PM just left voicemail for Caitlin to call me back - please keep the same energy as your original al voicemail.Update manager Caitlin called me first thing today (12/24/20) singing a different tune. She stated the system has to be closed out daily which is why she had to re-reverse my transaction and now I have a 14-day window from Dec 13th to pay the cancellation fee. I am still going to corporate regarding their poor customer service. You don’t call customers and tell them how they are going to use their “free” sessions. Turns out I could have either paid a $35 cancellation or use a free session equivalent to $65 since I was scheduled for a 90 minute session. To say that I am annoyed is an understatement. Moral of the story do NOT spend your hard earned coins on THIS massage envy location.
Ive been going here for 2 years now every month for couples massages and every 8 weeks for facials! Every service is performed with professionalism! Ive always enjoyed my experience from the front desk to my service providers! They always go above and beyond to exceed your expectations!
Don’t waste your money or time! I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They canceled 4 times in different months because the therapists had personal issues! Did absolutely nothing to help all 4 situations. Extremely rude owner and staff members! Only Sara the manager was ever helpful and kind! What an unprofessional location and an absolute joke of a place! The worst massage location I have ever used in my life! Worthless nobody’s!
I really like Massage Envys promotional pricing, its a good deal! It took me a few tries here before finding the therapist that is right for me, but it was well worth it. Im happy to have an affordable place to get a massage. Its so healthy and my various pains have subsided.
Got a massage here with Joe a few days ago. It was really great! He listened and worked on my problem areas. The pressure was perfect. The waiting room is clean and there is cucumber water or lemon water! Love that! I usually go every six months or so. Go and treat yourself to a massage here!!!!!!
I am in absolute and total shock right now over a phone call I just received from a manager at Massage Envy in Milford. Out of respect, I will not post her name here publically. I had a massage scheduled for today at 10:30 and I completely spaced on my appointment due to a family tragedy. I explained the situation and the response I received was as follows: “ Well, since you have some accumulated massages we will just remove one from there versus charging you at this time”. At this point I was in absolute shock for the lack of empathy and not even a sorry for your loss. Who runs a business like this? Having been a long time customer, I am extrememly dissappointed in being treated in this manner.
Ive been going to Massage Envy for years because theyre fabulous. I need deep tissue for dystonia - the brain sends sporadic messages to tense muscles that are very painful. Their masseurs, especially Jonathan are deeply knowledgeable about healing. As the owner of a home care company Ive given many gift certificates for case managers and caregivers because they need the tension relief. Do yourselves a favor and go regularly!

Have been a member on and off for 4 years. Most therapists are great! My all time favorite is Dianne. I have psoriatic arthritis and limited mobility as a result. Dianne is wonderful and understanding to my specialized care.
Have had a membership here since July. I’ve had at least 4 different therapists, but Patricia is my favorite! Don’t expect the most high-end setting, but the price is very fair and quality is good as well!
I had another great facial today with Charmaine. She has helped me keep my skin glowing and hydrated! Val (the best) and the girls at the front always help me keep my appointments on schedule! Love ME Milford and you will too!
Purchased a membership in February and was told that rollover sessions do not expire but surprise they do after 90 days. And amid this pandemic no option to cancel membership without penalty even though I was accommodating and allowed them to charge me while they were closed due to said pandemic.
Massage envy in milford is so unprofessional and this is one of the worst worst worst place have every do business with. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place to get there services, it is so sad that they took175 dollar payment and telling me my membership have been expire i freeze my membership when the pandemic struck. Now they are tell me i have nothing to get back brunch thieves, I have to work hard for my money
The therapists for the most part are knowledgeable and adept, but have had the occasional newbie that truly needs more experience before declaring themselves true massage therapists. The front desk staff are nice and friendly too.
Holly is wonderful however they do not care if you have had an emergency in the family or anything has come up they charge your card 50.00 even if you call them for cancelling your appointment. 50.00 dollars... that is absolutely absurd and I will never return.

Cancelled my 12pm appointment less than 1 before the appointment. Had I done this, I would of been charged a fee but I guess its ok if they do it. Last time my massauese arrived 30minutes late. Poor track record.
The massage team are awesome but their customer is awful. They are rude and nasty. They treat their members like their are not valued. Especially a young lady named Val.
