I have NEVER left a negative review before. However, never, in recent memory, have I been treated so rudely by staff. My husband and I came in looking for a replacement part for his Vape. He purchased this mod kit 2 weeks ago from Wild Bills. The enclosed system included the battery with the mod kit. My husbands previous 3 vapes all included batteries as well. After explaining the part we were looking for, the employee kept looking through coils (we werent looking for coils) and saying they didnt have what we were looking for. My husband said he would be willing to purchase a new kit then if that was the case. The employee then tried to clearly upsell and lied to us saying mod kits do not include batteries. Me and my husband both explained that wasnt the case and we had purchased one as little as 2 weeks ago with the battery enclosed and clearly included. The employee then began yelling at us that someone lied to us then and we need to buy these separately. Immediately me and my husband looked at eachother. Told the man we didnt appreciate being yelled at and left the store. We were willing to spend up to a couple hundred on a new vape, instead here I am writing a negative review. I have never been yelled out of a store in my life. We were quietly browsing asking to see different models of vapes. Uncalled for, rude, and entirely unprofessional. I understand trying to make money, but dont scream at your customers if they arent buying what youre selling them... literally!

By far best vape shop ive ever been to. Great knowledgeable staff, clean, friendly, respectful, nice small-town feel. I went there for my first time today. I will never go to any other vape shop. I thought my Lookah Swordfish vaporizer was broke. I bought the Lookah Seahorse today and not only did i buy a great product they told me exacy how to fix my Lookah Swordfish. My cousin who has a closed head injury told me about this place. When I went in today they knew exactly who he was and they always take care of him. Couldnt have been more impressed. Thanjs.

This is by far the best vape store in Oakland county, amazing customer service with amazing workers who are able to answer any questions I ask, They have an amazing glass selection and what not. I recommend coming here for any vape store needs over bills. Cant beat the deals and prices they have here.

I never leave poor reviews but I cant belueve how we were treated. Went in to look for a replacement part for my vape guy didnt even look or try to understand what I was looking for. Began looking at new vapes if I couldnt find the part was going to buy a whole new rig. I was ready to spend upwards of a couple hundred bucks, the guy behind the counter was very confrontational and began yelling at me out of nowhere. I was simply quietly looking at new vapes. Once he started raising his voice I told him Im not going to be yelled at grabbed my wife and left. At no point did he apologize or even try to help Me he just decided to start yelling about batteries. Way too many vape shops out there to put up with that nonsense Ill take my business and money elsewhere. My argus pro by voopoo and my luxe 80 both bought in the last year have internal batteries that cannot be bought separately. But never evenArgued that. Guy just wanted to yell and be unpleasant.

Sells defective products. Has a hangup with batteries. Very rude and disrespectful. Wife and I couldnt believe how this guy (owner ?) Just flipped on me

Stopped in before work to get some pods and some cbd. They had a huge selection and The cheapest prices I’ve seen! The guys there were fast, friendly, and know their stuff. Definitely my new go to spot. If you like to save $$ check them out.

Great selection and best deals around. All workers I’ve dealt with were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend for newest disposables and many other products.

As always I had a great customer experience! The young man that waited on me was so helpful and has a great attitude. Not sure of his name to be able to commend and give him proper Kudos, but I stopped in on 9/29 between 7:00-8:00 pm.

Best vape store in town

Friendly service great selection of vape and glass. They even had some CBD for my mom! Highly recommend if you want to save some money and get high quality products. Oh yeah and they have a rewards program to help save us even MORE money!

Made a 20 minute drive just to see this place just because all I do is hear about it. Walked in and instantly felt welcomed looked around and felt like I was in a candy store full of Vape needs, along with glass and CBD. They even have a rewards program! Defiantly worth the drive

I drive 30 minutes to come here and purchase my vape products the owner is very nice and knowledgeable about all the vape products. The store has a great selection of its vape related it’s most likely available at vapes r us. I highly recommend this place for all your vape needs!
