Danielle was great! And they have been nothing but super nice and helpful. They are doing amazing with rec becoming legal and not having people wait hours. Still in and out in under 30 minutes! Second time this week and i will be back again. Product and customer service 10/10

Even tho it was the first day of recreational in Ohio, and I was a new customer, it only took me 10 minutes to get in the door and back to my car about to pull out! Very organized and fast (especially considering the day it was!). My cashier Dustin was very nice and talked about how the strain I got was one of his favorites as well, and told me some other ones I may like to try in the future if that one isn’t available.

I’ve never visited a dispensary in my life before. So this experience was new to me. I walk in and they ID me; to be expected, and then I fill out a paper with some information and sit down with a buzzer like a restaurant. Once it buzzed, I walked through a door, it was a sealed hallway about 8-10 ft long. At the end was another door I walked through that took me into the room with the people helping customers. They had tablets with more options of products then I was able to comprehend. After scrolling for a moment; I just went with the staff pick. A hybrid 25% as I was there for recreational. I was pleased with the outcome of the product, the experience, and will be returning.

Uplift is by far my favorite dispensary in the Cincinnati area! The atmosphere, staff, and products are top notch. The weekly deals are always very appealing, and I’ve received some incredible recommendations from the staff. In particular, Addison has assisted me a few times now and she’s never steered me wrong. Overall a fantastic place to get your medicine. Highly recommend!

Uplift is my go-to for dispensaries in the Cinci area. Even after rec use became available, there wasn’t much of a wait. Online ordering is super easy, too. Staff is very knowledgeable and Danielle answered every question I had in perfect detail. The building itself is always very clean and inviting as well.

Bad experience called to get situation resolved. Management line goes to voice mail and they dont return calls. Wont return and wouldnt suggest them to anyonePlease note: Jeremy called after the review was left. He has satisfactorily rectified the situation. Ill give them a 2nd chance to see if they can do better. Upped review to 3 stars

Loved this place. I have been a regular repeat patient since the doors opened on day one. But on a certain day I placed an order on line. The app gave me my total and I went to pick up my product. When I got there to the milford store i was told that the sale price I was given on the app could not be honored due to the sale is buy five 2.83 grams of flower for $125. I ordered 2 not knowing about this sale or the rules of the sale and on the app it let me order just 2 and gave me the price of $50. The girl working there told me I needed to buy 5 in order for her to give me that sale price. I asked for manager and all she was willing to do was 15% off which in the end I ended up paying $10 more. Im sorry but if your app is going to let your patients order 2 out of 5 for the sale then you should honor the price given to the patient by the app. Otherwise you could just change the price whenever you want. And also need to train new employees on not being rude to patients.

I love Uplift! Theyve been super friendly since the day I started coming here. The prices and sales are always good and I LOVE their last call sheet, it makes it super affordable for people like me to get medical marijuana. Theres a couple people there that are always nice to me whenever I come in, even if Im not being helped by them like Allan and James. I really appreciate the care you guys put in to this place. Danielle helped me today and gave me the professional run-down on edibles since Im new to that world and was incredibly kind. I dont know the door guys name, but he is also super sweet. Appreciate all of you!!

First time at this location, very quick and easy purchases. Staff was knowledgeable on products and recommended me a live resin cartridge and I got one that I’d had my eye on from their website, both are amazing 10/10 and a fairly reasonable sale price, will be back.

Terrible product, I got 14gs of lemon dosidos from buckeye relife. As soon as I opened the bag it smelled like wet grass and the flower was extremely wet feeling and spongy. Possible mold/mildew contamination, made my lungs hurt and taste terrible. They charged me $130 and I will never be back unless they make it right. Ive been smoking for 20 years so this is the worst Ive ever seen.

Nice shop. In and out in 10 minutes. Larger selection than most other Cincy stores. Better prices. They accept military veterans discount, 15%. Friendly and knowledgeable reps.

Danielle was one of the best bud tenders I have experienced since Cannabis became legal. She was knowledgeable and very kind. The products were fire. Between the live sugar, carts and bud that we got, it was all very tasty and i dont think I have been that high in 20 years.

I decided to come back a a few hours later, and got back in line. Medical patients ARE prioritized over recreational in line 👍 so I will still be back, this is my main dispensary. In and out in a short time despite the recreational being in the first day of sales. Looked fairly organized to me and staff still was smiling and trying their best to make it a pleasant experience for everyone there.

Quick despite there being approx. 20 people queued in line. Very friendly staff, and great deals and prices! Will be shopping here for the long haul.

I would like to hop on here and share my wonderful experience that i had today.I walked into the store i had an online order. Once i got to purchase my order, Danielle was the clerk to check me out, and she started showing me all the deals that uplift was offering! So of course i was interested! Lets just say Danielle was such a great help in helping me get the deals and i walked out of the building a happy camper with more than i expected going in for. Danielle was very nice and really cared a lot to make my experience the best that she could!I will be sure to always go to uplift in milford to get the best service I can!

Pretty standard layout for dispensaries, clean and nice. After I was helped through picking what sorta items I wanted (Thanks Dustin!) ended up having to spend 10+ minutes getting one of my cards to go thru since I recently had gotten new ones (Thanks again for your patience Dustin, sorry). Prices were way better than I remember them being, that may be standard nowadays or maybe this place just has good prices.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but Danielle’s charisma and enthusiasm persuaded me. Visiting Ohio from Jersey for the recreational launch was perfect timing. The first day had a long line, so I came back the next day and had a great experience with no wait. As someone in the cannabis industry, I love seeing how different states handle things. Ohio was a bit different from New Jersey, but it was a nice change. The budtender, Hippie, was fantastic!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. Staff including the front door guard are always friendly and professional. Never ever had any issues with service or product. I do have to give props to Danielle, always on point with insightful recommendations based on what I use daily and keeps me up to date when my go tos are in stock. I’ve been to dispos all over Ohio, Uplift, Milford and its team are top tier for the tri state area and would recommend them to anyone.

Well you dont get to actually see the product they have, it is all pre-packaged. Which I dont understand. Then they charge you $6.50 more if you use a credit/debit card. Thats sneaky/greed if you ask me. Like there isnt enough greed in this world.The company should tell you that on their website. But they dont, so if I return I will bring cash.I guess it is best to visit their website and place an order, at least you get to see some of the product on there.

I absolutely love Uplift in Milford! I have never had a bad experience there. The staff are always so helpful and polite. I always get an awesome deal, and they are so fast with timing. I would recommend this facility to any qualifying patient. Thank you for being so awesome!

Place is nice and the people are very nice, but the prices are insane. Charging more then street value is getting a little carried away. I can buy 2.83 grams there for $55, or I can buy the 3.5 grams of the same stuff on the streets for $30. Pretty easy choice.

Price increases keep me from coming back. When this place had $60 to $80 half ounces I would come here every month. The new prices of $125 or more halves has priced me out of my meds.I wont be coming back until they carry products I can afford.Have also doubled the price of carts so my second affordable option is gone. I feel like they are making med patients pay higher prices to offset the cost of the recreational launch and its not fair to patients.

My first time there and it was great. It’s a very easy and fast process getting what you need. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

James always makes sure to greet me by name at the door and has my buzzer ready by the time I reach him. Destiny is very knowledgeable on her product but not as much as Taylor. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Props to this place its completely awesome and welcoming and always great. It was the coolest thing walking in and seeing the general manager was mopping the waiting room himself this was the rarest thing Ive ever seen.... when the owner gets up and does the dirty work too. Refreshing and just another testament to how great this place is. Undercover boss has nothing on this guy!

I went last week for the first time. Beautiful stand alone shop. Very nice and clean. I was referred by a colleague about this place and its fair prices. They did not disappoint. Danielle was very helpful on my first visit. They were low on stock and informed me about specials and ordering online. I put in an order the next day and was very pleased with quality and price. Kevin was very cool when he helped me on my second visit. Uplift is one of the better options in this area of Ohio.

I recently visited the Milford Uplift Medical Cannabis dispensary, and just like the Mount Orab location, they were very professional. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Uplift Milford location is a smaller dispensary, but it is probably the cleanest and quickest one in Cincinnati. The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and will get you in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Youre kindly greeted with security for an id check before you get too far past the threshold. The friendly front desk staff gets you a coaster buzzer after processing your information. When your buzzer goes off, youre sent to The Inner Sanctum - its like an MMJ Roadshow of products.Hand over your buzzer and get down to selecting your goods!(On my most recent visit, my Budtender was Dustin. Aside from the nitty gritty of vape cartridges, he was easy to speak with and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about the products.)Now that youve completed your order, theyll provide you a total. Theres an ATM on site, but they also currently accept debit cards at the register. There is a $3.50 service fee.In the back, theyll finish packing your order for you to review with your Budtender. If it all looks correct, theyll put it in a non-descript, yet colorful, bag. You pay, they hand you your products, and you walk out excited about the pain management utensils you just purchased!Seriously, this is my favorite dispensary in our area. Its not far away, the staff is great and the selection is always amazing. Never had a bad experience. They truly do a great job!I highly suggest Uplift in Milford for a great MMJ experience.

I love going here for my medicinal marijuana products! Always have great deals on anything you need everyday is a different sale! You can also earn points for your purchases. I was like 10th in line this morning i snoke all day for years but just wanted to buyvsome legel weed bought a cart for 60.00 🙄 i thought there would be a display that i can see actual flower up close b4 i could buy it and the price was way up there imo but whoever helped me was super nice and very professional i feel like the prices will drop after the initial surge and people complain all in all still cool to try everyone was extremely nice and well mannered id def go back when the prices match the streets

A great experience here every time - great product choice, fast service, great employees, good location with easy parking, regular sales on brands or storewide. I usually pre-order on their website for ease, but I had no issues when I have wanted to adjust my order, when I got there.Prices are consistent in the store with the prices on their website and they know how to give change. (This should go without saying, but it is my understanding that some of the other dispensary in the area are not always consistent with their in-store / pre-order website pricing or consistent in giving coin change for cash paid.)

Horrible staff is useless and the prices just keep going up this is the most expensive taxes dispensary in Ohio Sunny side or AYR is the way to go it just became recreational and every Half Oz is 140 dollars they have also dropped so many good brands Such as Klutch I will not be wasting my money or days on this dispo and I live 10 mins away I’d rather drive 20 for cheaper better bud

From security, to the front desk people, to Danielle in the back.....everyone is amazing and always nice. This will ALWAYS be my go-to store. I love how they display their menu on the website. Especially the Flower/buds and how much THC is in each package. That way it gives me a idea of which ones I will be purchasing from them when I get my Medical Marijuana Card in about three weeks or so. But until then I have to browse through the website and find the ones I want to get and look at the price tag too.

Staff,product and prices all 5 stars….1 yr later and while we have had 2 new dispos open in our area that are much closer STILL drive right on by them sometimes I even give a lil wave and tell them they should see what y’all are doing right so they know what a 5 star dispo looks like and operates esp BH they are the worst now that S.side expanded and people aren’t stuck outside in the elementsSee y’all there….oh and if you haven’t had the chance to check out spender you absolutely should you get $25 immediately when you connect any card (i used a prepaid card) that is usable in many other dispos PLUS you get double rewards you get your uplift$bucks in store and then every time you spend $100 thru your spender account they give you a second $10 bonus and it just builds from there wish I knew my url link smh

This is a very nice place. The security guard at the front is extremely friendly, he’s always very quick with checking IDs too. “Corn on the cob” (my nickname for one of my favorite employees at the front desk) was there today and as always was very nice. It’s warm and cozy and it smells good, the leather chairs are practically the image of relaxation. And then when I go through the doors I’m always very excited to meet the staff! One exceptionally nice man today checked me out and his name was Kevin. I liked how quick and professional he was while also making small talk with me and making my day a bit brighter. Give him a raise!!! lol. Oh and of course the buds have many different varieties and flavors and smells, I have not been disappointed with anything I’ve gotten from this dispensary but I have been disappointed at other dispensaries. Thank you guys for working and making people happier!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is awesome. The people here are professionals and my most recent visit was no exception.A gentleman by the name of Kevin assisted me with my order. I am still very novice to the medicinal use of marijuana. My recent cancer diagnosis has caused me to branch out and seek other means of comfort. This has caused me to be irritable during most interactions with customer service staff. Kevin, on the other hand, made me feel like a friend- during a time where I really could use a friend, he was there. Asking me about myself and interests during the short wait for my medicine. It was a nice change of pace to the hustle bustle I experience when shopping elsewhere.It seems Uplift values the people and the service they provide. I can’t ask for more- a truly special experience. Thank you, Kevin! I have you in my thoughts, young man, and I know you will continue to do great things.

Danielle checked me out today and was able to answer all of my questions and tell me exactly how to use the patches. She didn’t know the exact answer to one of my questions so she asked someone else which I really appreciate. She didn’t have to do that. Also, after placing my order I got a text within 15 minutes telling me that my order was finished. So if you want to place an order on your way home from work or on your lunch break this is the place to go! They always have lots of new things and the standard favorites in stock. You will not be disappointed going here! (If the owner is reading this please give everyone at this location a raise. The person at the front door, front desk, and those working behind the counter checking you out are always so pleasant to help you. I have never seen or experienced a person at your store in a sour mood or acting like they were doing me a favor by being there.)

First time patient I walked in to a pretty busy waiting area and was greeted and helped quickly by workers. I was on the sales floor quickly even with a pretty full waiting room. Disregarding the fact that i got a 400 dollar dab rig for free for being the 420th customer the building is super clean and the staff is helpful and nice. Teja was very helpful and kind I would recommend going here for cannabis needs.
