Milford Massage Spa

Its a nice and comfortable place to get a message. However the rooms are open type rooms where the walls dont go to the ceiling so you can hear the other people getting a massage which is very strange to me. I would still go back and not that effect how I feel about the place. They do good work.

It feels like dishonest, half-baked service thats greedy for money. I said I wanted a massage for my neck, shoulders, and chest. She began by doing my back and legs, so I just assumed she would get to it later, but she never did. She also started rubbing heavily around my private area and butt for a long time which is awkward and intrusive. When I asked her to move somewhere else she worked on my arms then just said its over 5 minutes later. She never even hit the areas I asked for. I told her this and she just said, come tomorrow and pay for a full hour then then asked me for a tip. The owner is so rude and dismissive if you express any problems with a gruntling, hostile death-stare.Last time I was here the massage for my back was PHENOMENAL, but this time was totally different. I would not recommend here...

Took my sister here for her first professional massage experience. Ended up getting myself one too. It was worth every penny spent.

Have had a great experience every time I have been. I have been going about once a week for the past few months! They will get you in anytime you need to 7 days a week.

Very great massage I got today she did a fantastic job with making sure she got every inch of my muscles definitely going back my new favorite place!!!!!

Sunday September 10th: absolutely rude woman with horrible attitude. Upon entering, she says, “60 minutes?”I said, yes.“Pay now”That’s how it started.It’s so strange. They also ask for a tip BEFORE the service is rendered, which is weird.Massage was average. Not deep enough. Nothing special.

Probably the 2nd best massage Ive ever had in my life. I was lucky to have the manager Summer do it for me, she doesnt normally do the massage herself unless theres overflow, but it was slow and she came in for me. Excellent massage, I feel 100 percent better.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I TIP BASE OFF THE SERVICE, 1) She made me pay before the massage weird. 2) I paid $10 extra for the body scrub she only put on my back, 3) she did maybe 1 minute on my face, and maybe 2 min on my front side, At the end she basically was trying to tell me how much to tip her, she expected a BIG TIP for horrible service, I was going to leave her at least $5 until she started yelling and screaming and demanding a big tip and since she was being very rude she didn’t get a tip at all.

The massage Lulu gave me was such a wonderful experience. My muscles were extremely tight and sore . She gave a great deep tissue massage . Would recommend to anyone .

Have been here many times and gotten wonderful massages by who I assume is the manager or owner. Today was someone else and it was horrendous. Despite asking for her to massage harder, there was barely any pressure. She used so little lotion and was just rubbing back and forth so aggressively that I felt like my skin was burning. There was no actual focus on muscles, just random rubbing. Plus, pulling my underwear all the way down and focusing a LOT of time on that area to the point of it feeling awkward and not relaxing. As I walked out afterward she yelled at me and said pretty rudely, “No tip???” I left her $10 but doubt I’ll come back after that nonsense.

I went to Milford massage oh, I had been in agonizing pain all this last week oh, it was amazing the stretching techniques and how they worked all the knots & Kinks out of my back I was snapping and cracking and popping all of my muscles were horribly knotted up oh, I have never treated myself to a massage before it felt so good, I did not get in this shape overnight and I do not expect to get completely healed overnight, I am going to go back and I am going to go at least once or twice a week as this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had, it was painful for me because I was hurting so bad. Buy they definitely made me feel a hundred percent better but I need to continue feeling that way , I have had so many nights of lost sleep from the agonizing pain and I have found this to be my only relief both physically and mentally thank you so much for your professionalism and clean establishment. My only wish is that you opened up early so I could get massaged before I went to work !!A chiropractor does not even come close to the wonderful massage that i received .I didnt catch the ladies name , but I will find out her name when I go back and you can better believe that I will be back on here praising her amazing work !

My first visit was enough to warrant a second trip, but I was very disappointed my second visit to have a massage therapist who was texting on her phone throughout my entire session. I’m sure she thought she was hiding it well, but it was very apparent. I wish now I would have said something to clear it up in the moment, but I was genuinely baffled by the unprofessionalism. Had there been a family emergency or something that required her to be on her phone, I would rather have not been scheduled (it was a last minute appointment) till someone was actually available, even if it were a day or two later. I won’t be returning.

Flat out worse massage ive ever had...obviously not licensed proffessionals...fully exposed my man parts.Did not focus on any muscles,instead just lathered me in oil. When complained about the massage the masseuse became argumentative and refused any kind of refund or apology. If you have a need for a real therapeutic massage this is not the place

Had a couples massage at Milford Massage Spa, and it was a delightful experience. The therapists synchronized their movements perfectly.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. Atmosphere was calming and facility clean. I opted for the 60 min massage and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep during the massage. Masseuse was able to release the knots in my shoulders and calves using a variety of techniques and stretches. I’m glad I found this gem in this lil town. I will definitely return in the future.

I recently visited Milford Massage Spa, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was soothing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

Just had a 1-hr massage with Lisa. She was phenomenal and helped get many, many knots relieved in my upper/lower back and under shoulder blades.Price was very reasonable and I was happy to tip her afterwards. I paid cash but they do have the American Express sticker on their door (no Visa/ Mastercard stickers, though). Also, I dont think FSA money can be used here--I dont know if they are LMTs. Regardless, Lisa was very polite, professional, and expertly utilized Chinese massage methods on me. Ill definitely go back to her!

I kept noticing that she was often only using one hand/arm during the massage and being distracted. Halfway through I Finally lifted my head up to see her using her cell phone. Said she needed it for making appointments and then denied it afterwards when she asked for a tip and no tip was given.

The lady at the front counter suggested that I leave a bigger tip and told me that my tip of $15 was not enough of a tip. I dont HAVE to leave a tip on top of my $140, so how rude of you to say that tip little, more. The massage was great though.

If youre in need of a good massage in Milford, this is the place to go. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free.

The place was clean and professional and my masseuse was very good, however, I paid for a 60 minutes massage and only got about 45 minutes with a couple of interuptions. I will give it one more try.

It was outstanding experience to went Milford Massage Spa, it is my first time in this place and I will surely repeat.

Place is a joke. Doesnt even know how to schedule properly. Made my original appointment at 10am on a Saturday. We get there and the girl at the desk has to call someone else on her personal cell phone. She hands it to me and begins to tell me it was for 11am (even though I had put in my Callander 10am immediately after scheduling). She then tells me that she can do 11..... Almost 1 second after saying that Im told she has to do 1130 because of another client. We left and will go somewhere else from now on. Not to mention jazzercise next door blaring music that can be heard through the walls. Laughable.

We called ahead so see if they had time for me and my partner and they said sure come at 7:30 but when we did we were told they don’t have time for us both just one. We decided my gf should get the one and then the lady said no we don’t have time for anyone you need to leave. It was confusing and a waste of time.

Had great experience at Milford Massage. Plenty of parking, clean and well lit , reasonable pricing.. Masseuse skillfully made the tension in my back melt away. Looking forward to next visit.

We showed up at our scheduled time, 10am. The receptionist called the persons doing our couples massage, and they said they might be able to get there in an hour and a half. Its a joke.
