I am absolutely obsessed with my injector, Nicolette!! I have now gotten my lips done twice and refuse to go anywhere else. I drive 4 hours from Ohio just to come to her. She is truly the only one I trust with my face!🤍

I had an absolutely wonderful experience w Shaina the nurse injector! She was thorough and informative about the different options for treatment and took extra care w me as it was my first time having any injections done! I experienced literally no pain from the injections, Shaina has an extremely precise, steady and gentle hands. I wanted to make sure everything looked natural and did not appear obvious and she accomplished just that! I had filler done in my lips as well as some in my cheeks to add shape and filler in my marionette lines as well. I love my results and recommend her to everyone! I cant say enough positive things about her!

My husband received a facial from Temple Collective in November for his birthday. This was a surprise to him, I had just given him an address.I had called Temple Collective to let them know that my husband was not aware of what his services were going to be, as well as letting them know that he had a rough day and it was his birthday. The staff then proceeded to have a small cake, macaroons, and balloons when he arrived! This was something that my husband and I will NEVER forget. The thoughtfulness behind making a new customers birthday so special was so heartwarming.After my husband received his facial, he was very satisfied with the facial as whole. We will definitely be coming back. They now have two dedicated customers!

I just have to say Nicole does amazing work, I asked for a full set of volume lashes and she did exactly that plus some. She was super friendly, outgoing and when she was done I was so pleased with my lashes. I go to her only now and she does my fills. The whole experience at the med spa is great!!! 10/10 recommend.

I called for a lash and brow tint and they got me in the same day, the spa is adorable and the staff were friendly and personable. I immediatly felt like family.Angela absolutely knocked it out of the park. Words cant even touch how good of a job she did. She gave me a much improved brow shape and nailed the color. I couldnt recommend her enough!

Shaina is hands down THE BEST injector! From Botox to lip filler! I finally after years of debating decided to get lip filler to make my lips look more rejuvenated and she nailed it! The after photo is immediately after, so there was a 20% decrease in swelling about a week later and my lips look PERFECT!!!!

***Update to my prior review- it has been almost 2 months since I asked this business for my medical records to know what I was injected with. I have asked in writing at least 6 times. They will not provide them. As soon as I asked for them the owner became extremely nasty to me, which I have on video. I have had to make state and federal complaints for information blocking. The owner (who is not a licensed medical professional) typed up a few lines of incorrect information and claimed it was my “record.” When I pointed out it was incorrect she then edited it. Even the second version is not the treatment that I consented to. It is not signed by the nurse who treated me. The nurse who I consented to perform procedures different than what the owner now claims. So either they performed procedures I did not consent to or they provided false information. After many requests I cannot get anything that is signed by the nurse or prescribing doctor. The prescribing doctor is out of state and has no real oversight into the practices of this med spa. They will not let me speak to him and Sherise even refused to give me his name so I had to find it out myself. The person who runs this business has no medical training. Three days before my initial visit Sherise posted on social media a photo of an email she received from people offering her counterfeit Botox, claiming her moral high ground prevents her from buying the counterfeit products from them. However, based on my lack of results, her inability to provide my records and the way she has treated me, I firmly believe does buy and use the counterfeit Botox she is solicited. I have had 3 visits at another med spa to correct what this place did. I had to dissolve the lip filler because it was so poorly injected and get all new Botox done.***I really wanted to love this place but words cannot describe how bad my experience has been with them. I paid $1727 for a botched job of likely counterfeit Botox and sloppy incorrectly injected lip filler and I now have to pay someone else to fix it. The owner Sherise is unwilling to provide treatment details. The nurse injector Shaina lied to me to cover up her obvious mistake. They are withholding my medical information that I have requested numerous times. I have concerns their product is counterfeit because they will give me zero information or explanation as to why I was injected twice, both times the amounts greater than what I usually get somewhere else, yet have had minimal effects. This a nightmare. I had my first appt 3/3/23. Women were actually great(as scammers usually are.) I didn’t know it is a training facility but I was told my injector was an “experienced national trainer.” I left there telling my friends they were so amazing. Then a few days pass. My Botox had zero effects. I had a weird valley and two huge bumps in my lip injections that were not going down when the swelling did. I contacted the owner and she had me wait 14 days and come back to be reinjected because she claimed I got “a bad batch” of Botox. Literally NO EFFECTS. I was reinjected with “Botox” (they claim) and told the void in my lips was my fault (a dermatologist later confirmed it was injected incorrectly and not my fault.) It is now two weeks after my second time getting injected with who know how much of their “botox” and 28 days after my first injection of supposedly over 80 units(42 in my forehead) and I have minimal effects that are asymmetric. These photos are my embarrassing “after” with obvious lines and my left eyebrow that moves much more than my right. I will now be getting it redone elsewhere and having my lip filler dissolved so I can fix the obvious injection mistakes. Maybe after this review they will stop playing games and give me my medical records I have requested every day for over a week now.

I had Botox and lip filler a few months back- Rachel the RN injector did an amazing job shaping and plumping my petite lips! I had no bruising after, and the swelling was minimal! I had a great first time experience, and will be going back again!

I never thought I would use a med spa in my life but after meeting Sherise and her amazing staff and having a discussion about how their services could improve my situation I decided to go for it. BEST DECISION EVER!! I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism they showed, taking time to explain and answer all of my many questions.I am so happy to have come across Temple Collective, they have a client for life.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Rachel was my injector and I will absolutely be her patient for life! This was my first time getting Botox (forehead) and I loved her “less is more” attitude and approach to the whole process. I was so nervous my face wasn’t going to be able to move but she executed it in such a way where everything looked very natural and mobile, but the wrinkles were gone! She’s the bees knees. (And possibly he legs and arms as well)The whole staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and answered all my questions. Adorable atmosphere and incredibly clean! So happy I found Temple Collective!

Very unprofessional facility. Had a meeting at 630 with the owner and confirmed the morning of and she didn’t show. I wouldn’t trust this place with anything if she couldn’t keep an appointment. Very disappointed and disorganized.

I have followed Temple Collective Med Spa Milford from the beginning!! I could not wait to meet these people women and have a few beauty regimes done!!Sherise, the owner is a fabulous person, her knowledge of her Med Spa is outstanding! Her personality is over the top infectious and the smile of welcome is like none other!!Her nurse injectors are people people as well! They are so knowledgeable of the procedures they each perform. I have every confident in them when I’m having a service done!!Less is more is there Montra!I seriously will never frequent another med spa.As for the Spa itself……it’s amazing, warm, cozy and ever so welcoming!!

I tried to go in today to buy a gift card for my wife for Mother’s Day but I heard shouting and the employees arguing with a customer. It was very uncomfortable so I just left. It is not the peaceful place you expect from a spa or really any business for that matter. I don’t know why it’s called a spa. It doesn’t even have real walls. It is behind a partition in the middle of a drab and dirty building. She is getting her gift card to A Fine Line instead. Much nicer facility. I would have been embarrassed to send her to Temple Collective.

Inquired about a spa party, no response. After reading reviews did my own dd and found no current business update on state website, not sure who the medical director is or credentials of owners??? Education background????Always do your research, i could find nothing. I used another great place with an actual doctor and my questions were all answered up front and i am pleased with their services.

I have been going to see Nurse Rachel for facial rejuvenation at Temple Collective since it opened. Nurse Rachel went out of her way to know my skin history and answer all my questions and concerns with honesty and compassion (something that is lacking in many within the industry.) She also provides follow up appointments to insure satisfaction. I would highly recommend Nurse Rachel and all the delightful staff at Temple Collective!
