Olivia was great! So sweet and my hair turned out beautifully. It always takes me a couple hours to process my thoughts on my hair after getting it done I had a lot of dark roots and got highlights and she killed it. Will def be returning ❤️

My experience was great from start to finish! I absolutely love Robyn. She is so kind and you can tell she loves what she does! I love my hair days with her. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable.

Olivia is wonderful and she was able to fix my haircut from a previous salon that botch my hair. It took a few times to help it grow out. But at least she was able to make it look decent while it was growing out and I didn’t have to walk around with a way too thinned out haircut. Now, I went to finally get a cut that looks like what I wanted. I can highly recommend Olivia at Penton. If anyone is looking for a hairdresser, who was previously disappointed by a previous experience, Olivia is definitely someone who will listen and cautiously approach your wants and needs to make you feel comfortable and confident to trust her. I was very pleased with the service and haircut I received. My barber, Felicia, was great and explained other services the Penton House offers I was unaware of. I also found the atmosphere very calming and relaxing. I even commented to Felicia how I felt so comfortable that if I closed my eyes I’d probably fall asleep. Rachel was so sweet to me when I came in DISTRAUGHT with a hair disaster from another salon. She cared for me more in a half hour than that Salon did in the 4 and a 1/2 hours I was there, Turning into an old lady because they turned my beautiful platinum, blonde hair Gray. By far, one of the worst place for to get a hair color. The audacity to charge me over $180 for it. I didnt even ask for highlights and I didnt get a hair cut. I waited 48 hrs before washing my hair and I dont even know what kinda hair color brand that was used to cause my white tub to have a black rim around it. I been coloring my hair for half my life and never had such an experience before.

I had booked services for my husband over a month ago, and they were all wrong today. I booked a deep tissue massage and an Executive package including a hot towel, hot lather, and straight razor shave, of which none was performed - a standard massage and just a trim as they apparently didnt have a hot lather machine. And to top it off, they referred to me as my husbands mother, which baffled the both of us. Rating as two stars because the services he did receive were decent, but not at all what I had booked for him and not what he spent a month looking forward to.

I absolutely love having Haley do my hair. I always feel beautiful coming out of the chair. She’s easy to talk to and I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my hair. I’m very lucky to have found her.

Candice did a great job! This was my first time seeing her and she made me feel really comfortable and I totally trusted her with my hair.Update as of 6/8/21 since I have been going to Candice for awhile now. Every time Candice does my hair I think “This is the best my hair has ever looked” and then she out does herself the next time. I had a completely new look done on Saturday and she did an amazing job. I asked for something that took way longer than my scheduled appointment time (Ichose the wrong appt type) and she was so nice and professional about it. The best part is how excited and genuine she is about wanting her customer to love their hair. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. She takes her time to make sure you know what you are asking for and what can actually be done and be done the right way. I really needed a self esteem boost and I’m so grateful she is my stylist!

I dont think I have ever felt so comfortable getting a massage before. Lauren was the perfect balance of professional AND personable. Not to mention the perfect amount of pressure. Like no hesitation, she has left everyone so far behind that its kind of like comparing....the perfect, most comfortable evening (think: soft fuzzy socks, snuggly blanket, fire pit blazing, clear skies, cool breeze and only the people/animals you love) to.....wearing sandpaper underwear, while jogging 2 miles in the desert. I have been getting my hair done at this salon by Makenna for about a year now and I refuse to have anyone else do my hair! She is super amazing and awesome at her job!!! I always recommend her to anyone who asks. We have the best conversations every time I visit and she is like another friend to me. I’ve never had such a nice and friendly relationship with any stylist until I met her. I know I can always trust her advice and opinion…she’s also great at getting you the results you want! Today was my first visit with Jamie and I left feeling better than I have in months! She is extremely knowledgeable and has the hands of an angel. I have been to many massage therapists throughout the years, and I can honestly say Jamie is the best! I look forward to seeing her again soon.

Wow. Everything was beyond my expectations. This facial kept getting better and better! Jessica catered to my needs as a pregnant lady. She was able to address my concerns as well as setting me up with a great daily routine and products to keep my face on track every day! 10/10! I feel so pampered and relaxed!

Amanda did such a great job on my hair today, it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! She was so sweet and friendly to talk to. She really listened to what I wanted and walked me through how to style it best. It’s very difficult to find someone who does pixie haircuts well. Amanda is a pixie queen!

I go here for multiple spa and hair services over the years. They’ve taken care of me from needed hair treatments, cuts, bridal hair to prenatal massages and facials. Have not ever been disappointed or treated with anything less than friendliness and care.

I had a horrible experience at this salon. I called to get an appointment to get some beach waves put in my hair for my wedding, I was told there’s only one person available that day and she is a level one. Reluctantly, I did accept an appointment with Chelsea.The following week my daughter came in for an appointment with Angie (regular) we were very pleased with Angie’s work and I told her I was coming in myself for an appointment for a bridal hair with the only person available on my wedding day. Angie took me over to meet Chelsia who didn’t look happy at all to meet me , she had a snarl on her face and I showed Angie and Chelsea a hair that I was thinking of she took a picture. I also told her I had some hair pieces to put in too.During the week I got a call reminder about Chelsia and I asked the lady who called me to please have Chelsea call me because the photo that I sent her I was flexible with the hairstyle , didn’t want an updo but I just wanted to talk to her a little bit more about it the style. At this time I told her I was unsure I wanted to work with a level one stylist for my wedding day. The receptionist assured me that Chelsia was excellent at bridal hair. I never got a call back from Chelsea to discuss the hairstyle further.On My wedding day I arrived at 8 AM promptly for my appointment. I handed the hair pieces to her which she looked at me with a snarl on her face and said I can’t do that. I’ve never done this before, I can’t do it, I thought you meant hair barrettes. Then she recanted and said maybe I’ll have to ask for help. She asked me if I wanted my hair shampooed and dried which I already told that I wanted that to the receptionist when I scheduled the appointment. We get to her chair and I’m friendly and I’m cheerful and I’m talkative. I am kind and very polite despite her snarling face who clearly doesn’t want to do my hair. About 30 minutes into the appointment another girl comes up furiously angry with me and says that she can’t believe I brought this hair in and at least I could brush it for her. She said she does not have time to do my hair with hair pieces and is very upset with me. I told her I did offer to brush the hair for her and she declined my help. With that she stormed off in anger. I sat there in my chair crying with no condolences at all from Chelsia I had to ask for a tissue as the tears flowed down my face on my wedding day!I’m really disappointed in the salon, I’m disappointed with my appointment. I felt like my morning and my wedding was ruined to what was supposed to be such a joyful joyous occasion for me.

I have very good experience at this salon. Haley have great skill caring hair. I can sense she have fashion to this. Keep up Haley I’ll keep in touch as well.

Brianna did a great job with the haircut she gave me. She explained the process of restoring my dry overly worked hair. She is very knowledgeable and as sweet as can be. Im looking forward to my coloring appointmentwith her in March.[UPDATE] Brianna is a miracle worker! A colorist from a different salon gave me an overworked, dry yellow-ish attempt of balayage. Brianna was able to transform it into a beautiful true balayage that I wanted to achieve originally.[UPDATE]Ive been seeing Brianna regularly for over a year know - she always does an incredible job, be it coloring or haircut - I know I can trust her and she delivers amazing results every time.It doesnt hurt that shes also a wonderful person and I always enjoy talking to her.

The Penton House is an Amazing Salon in Pace!! Most of my family goes there and the results are stunning. We are so pleased our Stylist there. She is amazing! Anyone of the girls there would make an Amazing Stylist for you and your family. They carry and use some the best brands like Pureology. There is a mask requirement to go, but its completely worth it. The chairs are set a good distance apart as well as the color bar, if your needing a change in all this gloom were going through. Thats what I did as you can see in my picture. Love my new look!!

Molly was amazing! She gave the best hair washing/massage I’ve ever had in my life. Also, she knew exactly what my hair needed and I put my trust into her. I was not disappointed! I will definitely be coming back for her services.

Excellent service in a luxury environment. My hair can be very difficult to manage as it is long and thick. Melissa C did a fabulous job and was quick. Honestly, I will go back just for the time savings. I am used to spending 5-6 hours getting my hair highlighted, cut, and styled. She did it in just under 2 hours. And she was pleasant and professional! Would definitely recommend.I have also used their massage and facial technicians and had a positive experience with both. The facial did feel a bit short but was still relaxing.

As always, Heather was perfect and awesome!My one complaint would be the new “towels” being used. They really don’t qualify as a towel unless you mean paper towel. They’re thinner than a sham-wow we use on cars 😬 definitely not a comfy experience at the sink for my shampoo. After hearing about the pricing going up, I wouldn’t assume the products or experience would go down.Thanks for the great hair care though, Heather!! No complaints about you 🙌🏻

It was fun meeting Makenna. My first time at this salon so didnt know what kind of atmosphere to expect. Its a beautiful atmosphere and everyone is nice and friendly. All the stylists seem to be highly trained. Ive already scheduled my next appointment for highlights.

I thought Holly had given me a great haircut until someone else pointed out my hair was uneven in the back! She was very nice but I wish I had never gone there now. I had to go to my old salon and get them to fix it but she said some parts were unfixable and now I just have to let it grow out before I can fix it :( So Im pretty upset about that because it was too short to even put my hair up so it just looks terrible all the time!

Patsy was very welcoming and we had nice conversation through out my appt!! She asked for my feedback while cutting my hair and gave me wonderful suggestions to make my hair healthier. I will definitely come back to see Patsy!!

She has been taking care of me at The Penton House for a couple of years nowAll of the staff are friendly and polite and interact with their clients wonderfully. Highly recommend them for fantastic hair care.

Wow! Caressa did my eyebrows and a facial! She was very welcoming and easy to talk with! My eyebrows look great and she was very detailed in making sure she got all of the stray hairs and it was not nearly as painful as my past eyebrow experiences! Overall great and clean environment and I’ll be back soon!

Megan made my first European facial a wonderful experience! Plus she had some skincare tips that were very useful.

Beware of this place. I have had several bad experiences. I am a stylist myself and have had to either return to correct botched haircuts or fix them at home myself. I kept trying new stylists hoping to find one that is good at mens cuts. No luck. One time, the stylist I was seeing raised her price and didnt tell me. I found out when checking out after the service. Most recently, they refused to honor the gift certificate pictured for a massage and refused to let me refund it. Now, I have to have my sister (who purchased it for me) schlep over there and return it. The salon is highly pretentious with very little substance or work ethic.

Haley was fantastic with my 9yr olds hair cut today. She was so sweet, made her feel so comfortable and was so easy on her gentle head. Thank you Haley!

I came in to Penton House for highlights and a trim. I have brown, waist-length hair. Anji was superb! She got me the exact results I wanted. My hair looks so much more textured, sunkissed, and ready for summer. On top of that, she educated me on the products she used (which smelled great!) and was able to recommend items within my budget. Will definitely come back!

I workout a lot and was very tight so I appreciate when a massage therapist doesn’t go easy on me, because then I don’t see any muscle relaxation in the follow on days. Jamie massaged with just the perfect amount of pressure and even targeted muscles that I had never felt worked on before! Will definitely be coming back.
