This smoke shop was one of the best Ive ever seen & so visually stimulating I couldnt stop looking at everything. Their selections were phenomenal, organized, & the top brands for reasonable prices. I had to look at EVERYTHING & GET MY NOW FAVORITE SMOKER UTENSILS, HANDS DOWN! The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgeable & went above & beyond! Must see to believe!!!

Definitely one of the better smoke shops in the area. Theyve got a pretty good selection. Their prices are good especially compared to other shops nearby. And the staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. 10/10 will be back for sure!

Go somewhere else for you smoke products don’t support these miserable people. Came here before work to grab vape juice and the cashier is being incredibly rude because I’m taking a second to look at the flavor I wanted. I get it if he had customers but the only other person there was a lady looking at incents. Then while confirming my flavor and paying he wants to continue talking in a mix of African and English under his breath. Disputing this transaction and won’t be coming back

Not a bad selection but no rewards program so that’s a bummer. Support my addiction please 😂 The staff is always chill and helpful for finding new flavors and giving recommendations.

It was really busy a bit of a wait. The clerk was amazing at his job no doubt. They didnt have exactly what I needed but he helped me come fairly close and it did work for the moment.

Sold me a cracked tray then refused to let me return or exchange it (still in its box, with the proper receipt). The clerk was kind to me at least.

Disrespectful staff. Was ignored in the store, watched 3 people be assisted before me when I got there before them. I get in line, ask for something to purchase, and the staff complained and asked if I can wait so he can assist others. NO, service costumers as they come, not by the easier task. Dude had an attitude the whole time, mouthing dear lord and so on. Never coming there again

One of the greatest smoke shops in Minneapolis, came from a different state to visit. Was visually attractive from the front and once inside were many variations of smoke products neat and organized. The man was freindly, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I would say my top recommendation , must be checked out.

These guys have everything you need and their quick to attend to the customers. Great customer service and their pens are always $5 cheaper than the next spot.

After years of buying my vape products on my way home from work, the City of Bloomington kept adding more restrictions on the vape store owners and I found myself in need of a new store to purchase my devices and juice. After a trip to Pepitos I walked down the mall and found Mpls Tobacco and Vape. That was over a year ago and I won’t go anywhere else. I have purchased various devices and he always has the inventory of the pods and coils I need. He has by far the best selection and prices for the Kratom I use. It is always an added bonus that he simply knows the products that are in the store. It’s always a fast and efficient visit even if there are people in line. Customers seem to be repeats, he knows me by face and remembers my purchases. Very community feeling…..so I am super glad I found this store; also great selection of Delta 8 products for my sister when she is in town.P.S. the more recent female worker is a really good addition as well.

Its okay to get to get basic cigarettes they do not sell inscemt burners but they do sell torches even though they hardly last so its a rip off. If youre looking for anything else they pretty much carry it cigars, wraps, glass bowls, incense, grinders all kinds. I know theyre not open that late not sure the exact timing.

As soon as I walked Into the shop I was welcomed by Freddy. He made me feel welcome instantly. The store was very neat and orderly. I come in regularly and I always receive the best service and always get quality products from here. This time I was looking for a knife with my fiance. Freddy was eager to help and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We didnt plan on buying anything today, but we left with a brand new knife for a cheap price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks Freddy!

Man everytime I come here its always a warm welcome and the employees are just so chill and down to earth by far they have biggest vape pen selection and there glass products are just a work of art I definitely recommend stoping in if your in the area to check everything they have out

Clerks dont seem to know the products and wont show you options or tell you the prices. One guy just sits on his phone and ignores you, totally lame.

Like everybody else they don’t carry Dynavap but hoping they are the first store in the TC to get the product. Today after checking my bank account I noticed that the guy I believe owns the spot chose to just charge me $7 extra for the one item I get all the time. Suffice to say I think he just thought he could get over on me because I was paying with a card and didnt pay attention to him ringing it up. Well he got that extra $7 which I wont bother to go back and collect. Not worth the effort or extra anger. Shameful tactic, shady business. Wont get anymore of my money. EVER AGAIN

Blue Ox juice is terrible and I wouldnt want it anywhere near my tank. Get some other juice brands in stock that are actually good and Ill buy from you. I guess youre a a tobacco store but with a whole wall dedicated to vape products, how do you only have a house brand in shop?

Great spot for tobacco, cbd, kratom, thc-8, rolling tobacco ok fine its a smoke shop right. Now lets talk about vaping.... they have all the mods, carts, coils,juices, cotton bacon,batteries etc so youre set. The owner is great with pricing, knowledgeable and really just a nice guy. Small businesses need our help right now, they dont do gas all they do is give you nicotine and other smokables in one spot and they beat the prices of the fancy vape guys in town every time.

Id rather go to a gas station. The owner Im assuming? Or some guy who just worked there was really rude and on his phone the whole time. We asked a question, and instead of helping us to help answer it and maybe make a sale, he just asked us the same question again then said I dont know...if you specialize in tobacco and thats all you sell, know something about your product.

One of the employees had no idea or wasnt informative on the products and sold me a bunch of incapable products for my vape that are non-returnable or refundable.

Customer service has been outstanding! Even though i moved out of the area 6 months ago, I return almost 3 days of the week just for the customer service.

This is a great shop in south Minneapolis for a number of reasons. One employee definitely stands out: Bilel. He is highly knowledgable in their offerings and products overall. To add, he is extremely polite, personable and does not forget faces. It is a safe location without pestilent loitering. At least one worker at the shop has conceal and is able to respond to disorderly conduct should it arise. Second, though I do not purchase vapes or e-cig products, the set up includes chairs and menus to enhance the enthusiasts shopping experience. The selection of products is fantastic for a small store, beyond vapes. The store is clean and well organized. No minimum charges on debit. 5☆s

Minneapolis tobacco is a wonderful place. I come here often to buy glass pieces of various types, they are very reasonable with the price and always have something that I go home with loving!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but it wont let me. I went there earlier today to buy a disposable Green Smoke e-cig; when I got it out to my car, the light on the end flashed and it wouldnt work. A quick google search showed that it was defective. I took it back in and the guy started yelling at me and accused me of lying and going to my car and switching the canister out for a dead one and bringing it back in. He yelled at me again and told me all sales were final.TL;DR This shop sold me a defective e-cig, accused me of lying and trying to steal from them, and wouldnt give me my money back. I wouldnt buy anything from these crooks if I were you. It seems that they are in the business of stealing from people.

Went by at 8:40pm when they clearly advertise to be open until 9:00pm. Had 3 people just standing behind the counter who just looked me pulling on their locked door and acted like they didnt see me. BP across the street had everything I needed.

Buyers and vendors be aware! I bought an eleaf 50w istick along with other stuff I needed. Worked somewhat nicely for a month until it showed an error saying no atomizer, I was upset. Well after using it and and being some time passing with no reciept, they never gave me one first off and paid cash, and they new it, couldnt get a new one or repair our send it in with a refund. Only aggression and they should just fling s*** at you if you bring something back. paid cash, I was stuck with resorting to various discussion forums, blogs and videos, I tried many things without anything like major tools or opening it up, nothing worked. I bought new tanks and atomizer, still nothing. Been a really bad regret and investment I guess on my part, but do what I didnt, check any reviews on e-cig products, but especially the store... and Im giving this place 1 star because there are no negative stars, for horid and terrible patience, temperament and customer service. And I hope this store one day will consider returns, replacement or repairs, other than that, shut their mouths and yelling over honest people, or at least shut down shop if they cannot maintain a conversation quietly and respectfully and maintain their business without silent treatment and predomitly giving yes or no answers and and acting tough, mean and sticking their chests out and beating their chest over you not choosing quickly.
