Wose place to buy from🙅🏾, they production still long in the shop till it doesn’t work or taste good, the ones that we eat still vary long in the shops, i bought battery and mike Tyson vape and they where horrible, the one online or another shop is much better and they look angry no sign of good customer care, I thought I let your know what I experience with them🙏🏽 And the don’t gave receipt !!!

Bought a vape here that worked for the first 4 hits (one was in the store before I left) then stopped working. I took it back and they even tested it and they too saw how it didn’t work and said they can’t do anything. Just don’t trust this store and go to hideaway!

Amazing person that always greets at the door. The person working there is always willing to help out in whatever I am looking for. The one thing I look for when I try new places is seeing how their customer service is. As soon as I enter, I received a warm welcome!! After a couple of minutes of me searching I was asked if I needed any helps or recommendations. Not only is the person a great person to talk to, he makes his customers feel welcome, we were all talking to one another and all looking for different things, learning what one customer liked and recommended. It was amazing, especially during this crazy time our nation is in. Thank you sir for all your help!!

This shop not only lives up to its name but the owner is such an honest and fair person. He tells you all the right information about all of his products. The owner takes pride in his business and seriously. He even packages most large pieces in the original box! Not just bubble rap and tape he really takes care your needs. He’s extra careful and very welcoming. If you haven’t been to this shop I suggest you check it out before overpay somewhere else. Anyway this is my new #1 smoke shop. The first thing you should know about this place before you even arrive is that they answer the phone! Which I really appreciate because I call before I arrive. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming “Hello!” I appreciate great customer service more than anything.The store itself is so clean and organized. Things are put into sections so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. It’s a great addition to the community and a good way to support local! I will definitely be stopping by from now on.

I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE! The moment i walked in my jaw was on the floor. It was so clean, so organized, and the warm welcome at the front was the cherry on top! The staff seems a little bit inexperienced or lacking in familiarity with what they carry. Ive only visited once though so it could just be an individual or simply a wrong impression.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought some juice and two refill pods for my Nova3 e-cig and was sold the wrong ones. I went back to return the pods ($10 value) and the clerk refused to return them. I’ve been a regular customer since the first day they opened and instead of just giving me a messily $10 back, the clerk asked me to put the new pod in and prove it didn’t work. So I showed him that there was no air flow and only got a SMALL hit after sucking so hard my cheeks hurt. When he saw smoke he said, “It works”. I explained a new pod doesn’t require ANY effort to take a hit. He smirked and again said, “It works”. I explained that they have a dozen different pods that will FIT this e-cig but not all WORK. This store doesn’t keep the boxes the pods come in, instead they cut them apart and have the individual pods in their tin foil wrap with no description. DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible service bought a e cig Friday and nothing worked so I went back and they told me I couldnt return it until Monday (and had also said I had a recipe so I WOULD be able to return no problem) I just went back and he told me he cant do anything for me even though nothing worked. Wont be back.
