This place is very expensive and are not sanitary at all I went in and waited 20 minutes for someone to start the service when there was multiple people free. I also asked for the pedicure that would clean up my dead skin and she only soaked my feet without cleaning anything. Besides that I asked her to cut my nails and she only filed. Worst place

Where should I begin? I typically refrain from leaving reviews for businesses because I believe that my unfortunate experiences shouldnt reflect on everyone elses. However, the staff and the nail technician were incredibly impolite and exhibited racism towards both me and my sister-in-law. We drove for 38 minutes to this establishment solely because they advertised a 20% discount. My advice is not to fall by this offer. They tell you its 20% off, but when you arrive, they overcharge you first and then apply the discount.We were there for pedicures and a full set of nails. The ladies who performed the pedicures were pleasant and treated us kindly, but the girl who appeared to be the manager and a man who went by men were rude. Initially, the girl was doing my nails, but she left my hand to attend to another customer. The guy took over and was extremely rough, nearly causing me to bleed when he forcefully removed the nail extensions the lady had applied. When I told him it hurt, he responded, Its supposed to hurt when we do our job. Later, he worked on my nails and saying my fingers were crooked, not the nails. Ive been getting my nails done since 2009, and no one has ever told me I have crooked fingers. It seems they started to blame me because they couldnt perform their job properly. I will also share pictures to illustrate my experience.Following all of this, my sister-in-law decided to double-check because she had doubts that the job wasn’t being done properly. when we checked my nails, we saw that half of them hadnt been properly dipped in the powder, the nail color had smeared all over my hand, the sides of my nails were messy, and my finger cuticles looked unclean. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience Ive ever had.To make matters worse, when I informed the girl who appeared to be the manager about the guys behavior toward us, she began defending him. He even sat in front of us with an attitude , as if he didnt care at all. Im not one to typically leave reviews, but I dont want anyone else to go through the three hour worst experience like us. They completely wasted our time and money. When I initially raised the issue of his rudeness and poor work, she could have taken action at that moment, but instead, she waited until the last minute and said, I see that, let me fix it. As if we had all day to spare.

I usually do not post reviews but most unfortunately, I had to speak about my experience here. I do not recommend this place. My dad and I were charged for services we were not notified for beforehand, only after we were paid. We went for a basic manicure and pedicure. I was not informed that gel would cost extra. The lady who did my father’s pedicure asked if it was his first time. He said no. Then she spoke in another language other than English to her coworkers in front of us. On the bill we were charged extra and we weren’t even notified beforehand! Totally unprofessional. The lady who did my pedicure took an extra 30 minutes and clicked her tongue in irritation and moved my foot angrily. She was rude and unprofessional. If she wasn’t confident, she shouldn’t have been doing my pedicure. There is no transparency about the services and its cost. The menu we were shown did not include the cost for manicures. They are not upfront or clear about their services. I called the store requesting to speak to the owner, and I was quickly brushed off by an employee. I am sure you can get better service and professionalism for a more affordable cost somewhere else.

Overall, my experience was pleasant. I first came for Mother’s Day and came back a second time. My nails were decent and I really enjoyed my pedicure. The only thing that I can say is they are pricey and there is no disclosure on charges other than pedicures. They can be a little pushy with upselling. I am still trying to figure out how a basic pedicure and a refill equals up to almost $90.

Good service.. only took me an hour and 15 for a full set .. decently priced .. lots and lots of colors to choose from, as you can see I couldn’t decide lol….. updated picture five days later still going strong!!!

Rush through your service. I ended the service with gel glitter littered on my jacket and purse and messed up nails too. I brought it up and they could care less. I was looked like an aggressive customer then one that just spent more than $100 expecting more professionalism. Also, I requested a wax before my pedicure but that request was blatantly ignored. Will not be back.

Extremely clean , peaceful, patient, and offered drinks , pillows, super attentive all around , many many variety’s of colors

I do not recommend this place, check your receive before paying; they add me more service on my receive. Also I asked for a regular acrylic nail with a French. The technician recommend me to do it with powder and she said it will be more expense with powder but it will last more, so I agreed to get that. After they done with the nail I asked where is the French color, they told me I have to pay more for the French and the quality look bad.

I’ve been coming here for over two years off and on yet after today i’m going to try to find a better nail place. My pedicure was phenomenal, unrushed, and very relaxing. My nails on the other hand were done by someone I believe not proficient in doing full sets - the shaping is okay, my cuticles look terrible, and the skin around my nails is somehow stained yellow? Its very obvious, yet the nail tech did nothing to fix it but wipe my nails with alcohol. I went to the sink after I was finished and scrubbed them with a brush and soap yet my fingers are still stained. The nail techs aren’t well enough trained and I’ve decided it’s time to find better nail shop. If you don’t like your full sets a particular way coming here will work for you, but if you like good, high quality, detail oriented nail techs I wouldn’t recommend this location. This is no fault of the other employees - they are so friendly and the atmosphere is very nice.

I went to get a full set done on Tuesday, by SATURDAY 3 nails were lifting like cheap press ons. I have never had nails this terrible no matter where I’ve went. Not even a week in and they are lifting so what will all of them look like in a week? TERRIBLE.They are not even shaped correctly yet I was charged EXTRA for shape. The nails have to be shaped regardless so you’re charging extra for part of the necessary process anyways.I came in to get them fixed today and was asked to come back. Very unprofessional. So now I am in an almost 25 minute wait, still waiting to get my nails repaired.Would not recommend and would not have returned if I didn’t already waste my money with them.

Really lovely nail salon. Massage chairs, friendly staff, we went in on a slow day and were able to stay long after they were done with our nails and werent rushed out at all. Only 4 stars because I got the basic manicure and I think the work could have been better. Otherwise a definite recommendation!

Im only giving 2 stars because the pedicure was out of this world. The man who did my nails was supposed to do thin squoval nails in a Minnie Mouse theme for my Disney trip. Wrong color, wrong shape, and wrong design and the nails were thick and uneven. He wasnt open to anything I said and acted like he did me a favor. I ended up going somewhere else to get my nails done properly. I might consider returning for a pedicure but theyll never touch my nails again.

The only reason I gave one star is because usually when I get pedicures here they have been good. But tonight I was completely dissatisfied with my service. Sometimes I come in to get my polish taken off and will also get a pedicure. The technician that serviced me tonight rinsed my feet with the same dirty water that my feet were soaked in. She didnt turn on the hose and rinse them with clean water. I dont know if she just did a careless job because I didnt get any polish. But I still paid for a full Pedicure and I still tipped her, (because I dont want people to think I dont like to tip.) But I feel that she should have done a thorough job on my pedicure.

Excellent!! My first time here and was treated so well. The color I had initially picked couldnt be found but its okay, they found something very similar, probably even better. Love my nails! My nail tech was also the best, sadly I didnt get his name. :(

Every single time I come here, I get the best service and results.But today, I went with my husband who has never had a pedicure in his life.After convincing him, he gave it a shot and really liked the experience.I love this place so much.Their attention to detail is amazing.The man that did my pedicure is always so diligent in the process.I can’t wait for my next one!

Such a great experience! Went to get a pedicure for the first time since I’ve been pregnant.. I was a bit nervous with all of the nail chemical smells but they ended up giving us the private room to help minimize the exposure and gave me a mask since I did not have one. They were so very kind and thoughtful! The best pedicures we have had by far! We will be back for sure!

Update 2024: Super Hand Pedi Spa is most definitely the best in this area. The owner, Jacquelyn, and the entire crew are friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and has a very relaxing ambience. This place’s vibe is very chill, like me. This is the only place I will go for my pedicure where I never get an accidental cut on my skin during the cuticle removal. My “go to” is Mary :) All the technicians are very gentle and the foot and/or hand massages included in most of the packages are awesome! The manicure treatments also are top notch. I usually come here every two weeks and highly recommend this place.Older review from 2019The staff is super friendly and love the detailed care the technicians have always been giving me whenever I get my manicure and pedicure done. Tammy is also great with the facials/skin care services. Love the new reorganized look inside!

Visited this spa with my mom yesterday. I am very pleased with the experience we had. The manager and staff were very nice. The salon was clean with an inviting atmosphere. Our services were not rushed through and our nails were done so well. They’ve, definitely, gained two new customers. :)

I keep coming back. Each and every time i very content with the stupendous work they do. This is the 4th time...My mind is blown away each time. Words cant express how happy i am. Great Job and Awesome Staff.

I have been coming here for years and always loved the service. I never leave bad reviews but feel very upset about today’s experience. I went in to get a pedicure & manicure for a wedding I’m in this weekend. The guy that did my manicure dipped my nails and shaped them. He did the bare minimum and acted in a rush the whole time. Upon arrival I was told the color I picked could be matched for my toes & fingers. The guy went and picked out a different color for my nails and told me they couldn’t match the color on my toes after the fact. He did not do my cuticles, left my hang nails, and I had to ask for all of the polish under my nails and around them to be removed before leaving. No lotion/massaging.. nothing. I will not be back anymore due to this experience.

Do not go here. THe man who works there is terrible. When I asked for what I wanted, He told me what he was doing was better. I wanna acrylic he gave me dip powder. When I made several observations about the filing, Shave, service his tone change could be very considered aggressive.I shared with three people that I was not satisfied with my service, None of them said how can I help what was wrong. You pay a hundred dollars for a service in your not happy with it.Go to fair ladies nails up the street, they speak english and do better.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! came in for gel refill and gel pedicure and after 2 days, already had 2 broken nails, and 2 chipped nails...went back and was charged $15 for fixing 2 nails....they also charge a $1.75 for using credit card....horrible customer service!!! I used to come here before and they were pricey but good. I moved away and now moved back and decided to come back but WILL NOT BE BACK, which is too bad gor them since i usually spend over $300/mo on nails and feet if not more when i bring my daughter and granddaughter!! I would give 0 stars if i could.Response to business:I did tell all 3 of the women who kept asking me what i needed done and kept trying to as me if i wanted a pedicure ($$). I explained repeatedly i had just been there 2days before.I also asked to speak to the manager several times-never happened! I ended up spending almost $200 on basic shellac pedicure and shellac refill due to your techs!!!! RIDICULOUS!! Just like all those nail salons being exposed on the news and on facebook where they overcharge clients! I will drive farther but go back to my place!

My wife and I get spoiled here at least once a month going on over 6 years, love the people and the service.

I visited this place the night before Father’s Day. It was my third time visiting since they opened. As far as my pedicure it was wonderful. The gentleman that did it was very nice and pleasant. But with my nails, the workers were having an argument over who was going to do my nails. The person who lost, was very upset. He was very rough with my hands. He never asked what I wanted, he matched the acrylic that I already had on and that’s what I got. He was angry. I wanted a design on one finger, he told me that I should come back the next day for a design. This guy, I remember, has worked there the longest. Customer service is everything. According to the reviews, I must have gone on the wrong night. But I will not continue to spend money in a place that does not deserve it.

I went there to get ombre full set.the service was pathetic. They didnt know how to do ombre or nail art, although the pictures in their website showed many ombre nails!! When she was done, the nails were all uneven in length and thickness. It looked super thick. I was tired of sitting there and explaining to the nail tech the lengths were all different, and she replied she knew how to do her job!! I wanted to do my nails for my brothers wedding so I just left with however they finished it without saying anything. Then I got it corrected in another salon for extra 25 dollars. Unlucky day, it was.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I’ve been a customer for over a year and if I cannot make it in for whatever reason, I will never go anywhere else! The customer service is exceptional and everyone makes sure to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Whatever nail design, shape, or color, my needs are always met and I always love my set! The milk and honey pedicure is so relaxing. No matter how busy they are, they always take their time. Very fair pricing and a wonderful color selection. I always try to get everyone I know to come here!

My first time here and it’s so nice! The workers are friendly. The lady who serviced me did such a good job. She was so nice and the price for the pedicure that I paid for was a good price it was the best first visit I’ve ever had. I probably will be returning back and hopefully I can find someone that can do force it on me really good there. So happy with my visit. It’s a cute little place. I was taken care of very well.

The two ladies who did my nails had wonderful and very positive attitudes. Just an average pedicure and refill , with the exception of one missing nail. Thats it. $83.00 was waaay more than what I imagined spending there. Now I know shouldve asked what the cost was for a refill , but $45? I never in my life paid that much for one. Not to mention the lack of customer friendly service from the receptionist was definitely not worth me spending that type of money. From the time I came in, it was more of a dry hi, sign in and sit. Also when it was time for me to get ready to pay thats when I grew irritated with her towards me. Im waiting to pay, she doesnt acknowledge or at least tell me one moment. Yet another patron came in and she acknowledged that person before me and began helping her find someone to do her eyebrows.. yet I havent even been helped yet. She could use a few tips in being a little more courteous towards others.

The staff here is amazing. They always make you feel at home. The owners are so attentive and funny. The employees seem happy, and the owners seem like they care about their staff (very important). Most of all, the quality of their work is consistent (no matter who helps me); and the online coupons keep the prices competitive, which allows you to put the money you save from the discount toward the tip. The shop looks fancy, but it has a friendly and down to earth atmosphere.

I cant wait to go back!!! They treated me like a queen!!! The quality of work is very precise. Cody & Cathy took their time! This is one time i can honestly say i got more bang for my buck! The manager Jacquelyn is super involved, very sincere, and very friendly. My experience was perfect! I believe i will become a regular here.

Had a terrible experience!!!! Asked for a full set with dip. The tech seemed inexperienced with performing the service. Very sloppy and uneven. When asked how I felt about it, I let her know that I didn’t like it, she became very rude and dismissive. I asked her to remove the little work she had done, she proceeded to cut my nail (very painful) stating that I was wasting her time and yelling out dollar amounts that I had to pay if they were to undue her work. I remained calm the whole time, never raised my voice. Other staff members had to step in. Everyone else was very understanding and helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone! But if you do come make sure to request anyone else!

Tried this nail salon last year for my birthday last year on a whim since I was shopping at Kroger. I only got shellack but they were so pretty. I loved their service and quality of work. I live closer to Fort bend tollway so I visited two other nail places closer that were “luxury” but all times my nails were not done properly and they had so many people that they were inattentive. One time my dip powder was done so thick that it actually hurt to be wearing it. Other times the quality was not great. I went 2 weeks ago to get a mani and pedi to ready myself for a friend’s wedding and I told them I looked up a nail color scheme I saw online and they found the colors that matched perfectly by just looking at the picture. My nails were gorgeous. I will from now on drive the extra miles to come here!!

Received really poor services. I used to come here under a different owner. I will never return.I was going to get my nails taken off and redone however I did not. After staff roughly took off my nails (no soaking involved) AND laughed at me because I was obviously in pain.They also tried to overcharge for the takeoff. I will be finding a way to file a formal complaint.

I have been here a couple times so far and each time they have made me feel very comfortable and have been helpful. This last visit I had Annie, she was great. She and I had a great conversation which never happens at a salon.(for me anyway) She made she my nails fit my lifestyle. Love love love this place.

I have been coming to this salon for years, since back when it was AgeLok. So clean and professional. The ambiance and decor is beautiful and soothing. They got new owners and a name change a few years back, with a few growing pains but they still keep me coming back. I dont want to go elsewhere... and I have tried several places over time. The owners are friendly and know their clients. I bring my daughter, they have kids chairs, and they love her too. Ill be honest, not all the techs are on the same level... but I feel like that happens everywhere. Ive got my go-tos for sure. Mary always does a great job on my feet and takes her time. Ivy does my dip, and I always get compliments on my nails. Ive recommended friends and cousins here, so its our spot.

I have been to many nail salons in the area. I really like Super Hand Spa. The techs are very professional and friendly. Most of all...they all did a fantastic job. This will be my one and only to get my nails and pedicure done. See you in 2 weeks!

Tl; dr: great pedicure! Good value for relaxing and quality pedi.I was able to walk in, midday on a Monday, less than 5 minute wait. I got the orange Organic Fruit Pedicure from Linda. She was quiet, pleasant, professional, and did a great job on my feet. The foot and leg massage is not deep muscle, which is better for a pedicure, and felt lovely. I got a better experience from Linda than I did from a rather fancy spa I recently was at. I dont live in the area, but come here for a medical appointment; Im glad to find this place! Average at best. Pedicure was relaxed and was done well. On the other hand, the manicure was extremely rushed and both the shape and length were COMPLETELY wrong. Had to have it fixed at the end and the ombré effect was completely taken away by then. It was also 70 dollars and wasn’t worth the price. Manicure tech who I believe was named Teagan wasn’t very precise and careful but rather very much in a hurry. Didn’t seem very skilled with acrylic nails. Disappointed! There are better nearby nail salons in the area with better techs!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over a year now and when I heard there was going to be a management change I was a little nervous - I loved this place! But the new management (Tom and Mary) is absolutely fantastic - they are such warm, kind people and the techs are great! I truly did not think this place could get any better but the new team blew my expectations out of the water. The attention to detail, care, price, and friendliness are the best in the area.

My daughter and I love coming here! We feel so pampered our skin and tummies! They make sure you have snacks (which she loves as an 11year old) and my wine glass is never full. My nails are complemented for weeks. I get filled nails which last me over a month and still look brand new when I need to get the growth fixed. Look forward to seeing their happy faces and they always remember us!

The staff are kind, engaging and professional. The atmosphere is serene. Its relaxing and clean. The nail technicians do not converse to one another during your sessions. They are very respectful in providing a spa atmosphere. They offer cold drinks and snacks. Ive patronized many in the area but Super Hands is now my fave and one and only. Stop searching and go to Super Hands!!!! You will not regret it...!!!

Updated review: My daughter enjoys her pedicure/manicure, however, the price has gone up twice. It used to be $25, then increased to $30 when we went in the spring. Now it’s $35. She enjoys it but we’ll be exploring other options. I understand there is inflation currently but that is almost a 50% increase in price 😳

Came in with my mom and 2 family friends. Called the morning of at 11am to schedule all of our appts at 4pm. Took us in.We got the private room away from the main area. Beautiful environment. Super friendly technicians. They are very detailed. Will recommend and come back.Victor & Karen were great!

Loc was very professional and my nails were perfect. He knew how to do my nails without my saying anything. The quiet calm atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. I recommend this spa salon highly. Excellent job.

First time here and I must say John did an amazing job on my nails.. I wanted ombre coffin with design and he nailed it. Very professional and skilled artist.. I also love that its a one stop Spa , massages, facials , eyebrows and lashes and more. Drinks and snacks are a plus. I Definitely will be making this my new relax spot.. I was treated like the most important person in the world when I walked in today without an appointment. The ladies who work there were so warm and welcoming, and they made me feel at home right away. Annie did a fabulous job on my manicure and Ming was a master pedicurist. I very much appreciate the time they spent making my nails beautiful and pampering me. I will definitely be back. Highly recommned!

I am from California and had a hard time finding someone to get a mani and pedi that remind me of home. Finally after months of searching and accepting mediocre services, someone took their time and cared about the outcome of their work. She performed both services for me in a timely and professional fashioned. I will be returning for her particularly. Highly recommended 👌

Although I wasnt the one getting anything done, theydid an awesome job on my moms nails! Super friendly and awesome! Nancy and Tony did a great job along with the other 2-3 they helped out with her nails and my nieces nails. GREAT PLACE!

Listen!!! I went here before vacation to get a pedicure. When the nail tech pulled her cart to my chair I noticed her foot file hadn’t been cleaned. I expected her to replace it and use a new one. No! She used a dirty foot file on my feet. I wish this wasn’t true. There was someone else’s dead skin on it. And I wasn’t able to stop her before she used it because I wasn’t watching. I was terrified that I would have an infection. Horrible experience. Thankfully I did not have an infection but I will NEVER return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure! It was my first time getting a pedicure with oranges and it was really fun. My skin looks brighter and my feet feel so soft!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and felt welcomed! I did mani (dip) and pedi and was assigned with Linda and Anna who were the best! Anna did an amazing job at making my nails look very natural! I was extremely satisfied with their services. I definitely found my new favorite nail salon!! Victor and Hhannah are great. Second time Victor did my nails and they look great. Hanah did a great job with my toes. The manager and staff are very accommodating and concerned with their service. Been going here for 9 months now and never disappointed.

The techs are very attentive and did a great job! I took my Grandaughter and she loved her nails. I did get my eyebrows microbladed, it did not hurt one bit. I loved the experience very much. Very nice people! Would go back if I lived here.

I have taken my wife here twice now. First time was for a pedi and she had such a great experience. Second time was last night. We did not realize it was close to closing time and they did not turn her away. She got a mani done (which she absolutely loved) and the service was as awesome as the first time. Will definitely keep going back.

Staffed by lovely, attentive people and I had the best nail tech ever. He took his time and paid attention to the smallest detail. However, my topcoat started peeling in 2 days and my color dip starting cracking and breaking soon after. Nothing against the employees, I just think they use inferior product.

My wife Jiny reserved a pedi and massage for my Man-day. Ivy was nail technician and she was awesome and very attentive to my pedicure. Tammy was my masseuse and she was very communicative and attentive professional all of the above. She took my stress pain and tension out of my back, also great atmosphere. Owner was very pleasant and professional. Definitely a MAN spot. Dont be ashamed!

The absolute worst pedicure I ever had. She simply rubbed the product on my legs I do better when getting myself ready for the day. Can’t believe I paid $80. No cleaning under my toenail, polish needed so many layers and still looked bad, toenails not cut straight, and others was offered something to drink but I wasn’t. I won’t be back!

Best Pedicure I have ever had. I got the deluxe and it was amazing. My feet and hands are perfect. Victor was gentle and did great quality work. Will definitely be returning.

First time coming here. I have read only great reviews but I did not have the best experience. I went to get my eyebrows and lips waxed, and they didn’t do a very good job. Plus, something was wrong with the card reader. I had to swipe at least five times to end up paying in cash. They have reasonable prices tho.

I have a particular technician that I like to use will call her Mary, I made an appointment to see Mary. When I arrived they brought forth another girl and I said I have an appointment with mary, and they told me this is mary, and I said well are there more than one Marys and they said no this is the only Mary and Im looking at her and knowing doggone well this is not the technician that I normally use I have only been in there five or six times but I have used her every single time and she was an older lady thinner taller there was no way in the world that this person they were presenting was mary. I went ahead and got my service she did a pretty good job but it still wasnt quite what I was used to and what I normally get from Mary I will go back one more time with an appointment for Mary and if I get shuffled to somebody else that will be my last visit

Always the BEST customer service!! My daughter & I finally found our forever nail salon!! Mani Pedi & many other great services. FREE Water, soda, wine & snacks!! Mary runs a 1st class shop with uniforms & new beautiful chairs & equipment! Love!!!!

Terrible service. To start, yesterday I went in to have powder dip removed due to an upcoming medical procedure. I asked for a regular manicure after that with clear polish. I also asked for my nails to be cut down just a little. It was horrible. Both my thumbnails and nails and on little fingers dont even come close to matching. The nail next to my little finger on left hand has been filed down so thin it looks like it will break almost half way down anytime. The nail next to my thumb again on the left side started bleeding about 2-3 hours after I left and looks like it is broke halfway down.Then to make matters worse due to pedicures I have received here I have fungal infection on all toenails on both feet and had to get my large toenail completely removed.I will NEVER go back to this place

It was my first time at this establishment. Very professional and clean. Foot massage was relaxing and the pedicure made me feel good. Will come back for sure.

Came in with daughter, said we could be seen (walk-in), a nail polish color change takes no time... were seated after waiting in lobby for some time. No big deal. Expected. Seriously, 20 mins later. Still no technician to start on us, then they took the nail polish I picked out for us off of our table! Lol. Went to Maui after calling them at this place...where I never have an issue and they took us right away five mins later after getting up and leaving. Always in this shopping center so I thought I’d try it out. Never again, too many options close by with better service.

Anna and Angel were fantastic. It was my first visit and I will be back. Finally found a place that gives u your moneys worth. Highly impressed. The interior is gorgeous as well. A lot of attention to detail for both the interior as well as towards thier clients. I highly reccomend.

I went to a place previously to here on the same day. I needed someone to fix what had happened. They were so kind and fit me in. I love my nails. I’m coming here from now on.

Awesome pedicure! Ask for Mary, she is excellent. Used sterilized tools, most important. Very good foot and leg massage! My new go to place.

Terrible service!!! Very rude and racist. The nail tech yanked my hand the entire service. I could tell she did not want to provide service to me. The tech also slammed my money down after I handed it her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Seen two black males turned away during my pedicure. One had an appointment. The lady FILED my cuticles and used the cuticle nipper to scrap underneath my toe. Had to tell her more than once that she was hurting me. Very disappointed in the treatment of customers and the careless if tech.

Great Staff. Wonderful service. A bit pricey but not cutthroat. I usually get shellac done they do a good job with minimal polish getting on my skin.

Got this done on Saturday. This was my second time giving this place a try.My cuticles have been stinging since saturday. The guy that did them kept going at my cuticles with the drill it was definetly an unpleasant experience. The color started peeling the next day. Definitely not satisfied, but I am most upset at what they have done to my cuticles! I went to ask for my money back but its against company policy. No person should pay to get a painful and poor quality nail experience. Im in tears! I cant belive I payed for this!

Customer Service is always great with these guys. At some point during the visit you are asked if you are being served well or if there are any other services or comforts you might need. There is a follow text after as well . I like that.

I came here with a reservation but got late for 10 minutes. The guy asked us to take a seat then after 10 minutes he told that it is closer to their closing time but he took a walk in customer that was behind us which was so unfair!!

Came in to get my nail redone because guess the guy was rushing 🙄 and now I supose to wait until he comes in customers services is someone fixest it specially if you have a receipt and they are seeing the problem. Poor quality service.

The massage chairs were great, everyone was friendly and professional but my polish on my pedicure was lumpy and looked like it melted and then hardened. Disappointed.
