Woodhouse Spa - Sugar Land

Lacy was a wonderful and super accommodating massage therapist, along with the rest of the girls at the spa! It was my first ever massage and I decided to get a 50 minute deep tissue. I came out feeling tremendously better and it was a great first experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The staff are friendly and the environment is wonderful. I was gifted a message, facial and pedicure for my birthday and was not disappointed. Nancy did my massage and was fantastic and also helped stretch out my back and hips due to carrying a lot of stress there. Jackie I believe did my facial and she was so sweet and had a very relaxing demeanor. Also gave good advice on helping me work to resolve some discoloration on my face. I didn’t get the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but no complaints there either. I would definitely recommend this spa and would definitely go again!

I have been to a few Woodhouse spas over the years. The decor here is very dated, but I did enjoy my services. They have a Vichy shower for body treatments, which is always a plus.

The Service was Amazing! They exceeded my expectations.I was truly impressed with the customer service over the phone, and at the front desk. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.I will return for sure . The massage was the best of many 💙😍 It was my first first there and I must say its my new spot now .

Had an amazing Mommy & Daughters date. What a way to begin & end a stressful work week. The atmosphere was great. Customer service was a plus as well. I definitely would recommend

I set up a spa package for my wife the night before her birthday at her request. I picked the massage, facial, pedicure option as I thought itd be nice for relaxation. This could not have been further from what happened. When she arrived she was notified because we did the booking online and after hours that they did not have a masseuse for her. She would instead do the pedicure and facial first. This makes absolutely 0 sense. Then proceeded to blame us for booking with them overnight..If you cant do what you offer, dont offer it. Rude service and poor management is a horrible combo. Go to Hand and Stone or Elements and save yourself disappointment.

Rarely do I feel the need to leave a negative review, but that’s exactly how I would describe my experience at this Woodhouse location. I went for a 50 min deep tissue massage as well as a facial and eye brow wax. The staff was very accommodating, the ambience was fine and the facial was not bad. That’s where the good ends. The masseuse was absolutely terrible, from the very start. She was very annoyed when I needed to use the restroom before the massage. She was late getting me and then subtracted the restroom break from the overall time, so my massage was probably 40 mins max. She did not ask me once about the pressure and I had to tell her 4 times to increase the pressure in a “deep tissue” massage. Her hands were cold as well as the oil she was using so I was never able to get comfortable. Worst massage I’ve ever had. The esthetician performed a good facial but I made the terrible mistake of requesting an eye brow wax. She waxed one side adequately, but the other brow was completely thinned out by 50%. I am particular with my eyebrows and wanted to cry after I saw the end results. I do not know what other options are in Sugar Land but I will never again opt to go to this spa. My normal spa is Milk and Honey in River Oaks who has the same prices as this spa but FAR FAR better quality of services.

Always a healing experience from the inside out when I go to see Jackie! My skin is renewed and it’s done a total 180 in the last year thanks to her expertise and personalized guidance with improving my oily, acne prone, hyper pigmented, early 30 year old, AA skin.

My first time coming in because I was gifted a gift card for my birthday. The overall atmosphere here is very relaxing and cozy, from the music they play, the nice waiting room you stay in while you drink (their tea selection is excellent!), to the very helpful staff. I got a facial from Jackie, which was 10/10. I fell asleep in and out because I was so relaxed and comfortable. I am definitely recommending this place and coming back for the 80 min facials (I regret doing just a 50 min one). Go treat yourself to a spa day here!

Very relaxing atmosphere. The Swedish massage was great and I loved having tea in the Quiet Room. I treated my son also for his birthday.

Was amazing. I get gift cards every year from my fiancee for Christmas. I live the facials, the couples massages are awesome to. I would go monthly if I could.

Just went with a friend for a relaxing massage. Staff were very friendly and atmosphere very relaxed. One critique was that I had to instruct my masseuse staff a couple of times about how much pressure to apply. I can just rub oil on my Brady at home.

Woodhouse Day Spa was my first ever day spa experience and I realized I forgot to write a review back then. I was given a lavish present for a big birthday year from the last person I ever expected it from so it was a huge surprise. It was a half day of true pampering. I never had a 4 hand (two massage therapists) massage which was extremely relaxing or a vichy shower mud treatment. It was the epitome of luxury. I went by myself so I enjoyed the solitude and serenity of their well appointed waiting room. The staff was skilled and the entire experience was memorable when I went years ago.

Love this place. Went for my mothers birthday. The ladies were so helpful and accommodating. They let us decorate in the room and bring food. They also provided ice and water. The estheticians were very professional and clean. I’m definitely gonna come back. I feel so relaxed I don’t have the words to correctly articulate how amazing my experience was. 5/5 would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

The massage was nice! However I did arrive about 4-5 mins late for my massage so I expected to start a bit late and immediately after filling out the questionnaire but I was in the waiting area for an additional 15 minutes so my 50 minutes turned into only 25 and they didnt adjust the price or extend the time. Its understandable taking time off for me being late but not for them taking almost 20 minutes to get started after I arrived. I was disappointed in that so not sure if I will be back. Good customer service is just as important as the actual service.

This place is great! Very clean and the staff is so helpful and attentive to your needs. I took advantage of two services: back full Brazilian and massage. Kelly did an excellent job on my wax. I have no complaints. Of course there is some discomfort but she actually knows what she is doing. Rachel did my neck, shoulder, back massage. It was awesome. Put me right to sleep 😂. I would definitely recommend this place and those ladies.

I had a massage and pedicure. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful here.The pedicure was very nice and relaxing. Loved the lavender scrub.The deep tissue massage was a little underwhelming. The masseuse was very nice and tried her best but I was left wanting another session to try and be more relaxed. But I do like a very deep tissue so that could be me.

I had the best experience for my first ever facial and massage at this spa. My bestie got me a birthday present treat of this package and my goodness how amazing it was.You would never think this little place was so serene but from the moment you walk in the door, to the tea and mixed nuts to the greetings and professionalism and not to mention the services themselves!I love this place and can’t wait to come back!When you go, make time to just chill and be in the space of serenity... it’s totally worth the moment!

Would not recommend this place. They are not respectful of your time. Will schedule appointments and when you get there, nonchalantly and unapologetically, tell you they put someone else in the room that you should be in for your service and you have to wait 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. No offer of an enhancement or anything as a consolation for their mistake. The only positive thing- the younger lady in the front was nice.

This was my first visit and Woodhouse and I received a facial from Jackie. Loved it! She did an awesome job. She took her time with my skin and gave me lots of suggestions on how to improve it. I will be back and hope to come monthly now. Thank you Jackie!

Got hydra facial and tranquil message done todaythe message was good.the hydra facial -i wasnt happy at all, since this was my first time i had questions regarding the procedure the esthetician was irritated to answer my questions, the machine was not working smoothly /or she dint know how to use to she kept changing the tip and adjusting it, i wanted to add an eye treatment by the recommendation of esthetician but with her behavior i just wanted to finish and go.. not worth the price, 205$ wasted....!!

Had a great spa day here. Best facial I have ever had. Very informative and very attentive.Massage was relaxing but wish 50 min was 60 mins. The atmosphere was very relaxing.Pedicure was standard but what made it nicer than usual is that the pedi room is small and secluded. Unlike a nail salon you can actually relax and enjoy a conversation with a friend.One suggestion would be more color choices for nail services.Otherwise, I would highly recommend and will be visiting regularly.

It was so relaxing! My facial was absolutely amazing. My face hasnt felt so good in such a long time. Kelly did an amazing job! It was exactly what I needed especially in these times. Spa looks gorgeous, smells beautiful and so clean!

Absolutely love the friendly staff. I always enjoy tea in the elegant waiting area before my massage. The massage therapists are all very knowledgeable about how to manage and locate areas of discomfort. I always have a wonderful experience.

I love Woodhouse Day Spa! Darla gave me a deep tissue message that totally took away the pain I was experiencing, and I had a wonderful facial with Jackie. This place is so clean, and so relaxing.

My first time at Woodhouse was 6+ years ago and I got a relaxing mani/pedi. I went today for a full body massage with Madeline and it was so relaxing I started falling asleep. I also have a leg injury and she took great care of reliving the tension without causing me any pain. I could feel her breaking up all knots in my back so I’m a little sore now but it’s to be expected since I haven’t had a deep tissue massage in almost 9 years. The staff was nice and accommodating as well. I will definitely be back.

Upon arriving not a sole in sight. Waited a good 2-3 minutes to be greeted. My locker wasn’t ready. I walked with the gal to the closet to get my robe and slippers. Then I sat in waiting room and I was not checked on nor did I get a neck warmer; disappointed. My massage was fabulous. Customer service lacking. Especially when it is expected.

Service is great every time me and husband come here. The staff is very nice and the massages are wonderful. I strongly recommend this spa !

This is a five star experience. The manager greeted us in the lobby and we started immediately. Anna bell was perfect, firm pressure but not to much. One of the best massages Ive ever had.

Had one of the most amazing facials done by (Andrea) she provided a 5 star service explaining every regimen during the service. Also this place is a true day spa even though it lacks a steam room or sauna. But nonetheless the staff is very accommodating to your needs.

The woodhouse spa was an ok experience. With all the stress of 2020 I decided to go here for a relaxing day and do a few services. I thought I might be offered a robe , slippers , wine or some type of little treat before my treatment but nothing was offered. During my massage I mentioned I was cold three times but the therapist did not turn off either of her fans. She has two small fans on her that were also blowing on me. The place was a little bit outdated and I was expecting something more posh for the price I was paying. I would not go back.

Great place, very clean, only thing is the pedicure lady really doesnt massage your legs and feet. Did a great job clipping my toenails. Massage lady was very good.

Humiliated exp with the general manager of this location ..so sadI called up the spa at Sugarland location to schedule the appointment and the general manager on the phone was so rude she didn’t schedule the appointment and was arguing with me and hanged up the phone on me .I have been to this location so many time but I guess the managementHas been change and they are doing worst now .

I had a microderm abrasion facial with Stephanie and she was amazing! Very experienced and friendly, my skin looked great after and I didn’t have a ton of greasy cream lathered on my face. I definitely recommend Stephanie and this facial.

I went in for a facial with Megan. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the different products and services available. My experience was awesome! Oh, and my skin is glowing!

Booked a very pricey mani/pedi yesterday at was supposed to be a spa like experience. Walking into the building seemed to be just great: calming music, warm tea, quiet voices.. Then, I was led into the spa nail room. Off went the music and into a drab room.. Actually, my idea of a catch all room with random boxes and supplies. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to upload pictures of my spa manicure , but you can see them on YELP! After viewing them. Ask yourself how much would you pay to have your nails look like mine??

Great atmosphere ! Everything is clean and it smells so nice. You feel like you are a world away.. I recommend doing the 80 min massage for a completely rejuvenating experience.

My wife enjoyed it but you pay $55 more for the Spa Classic here than you pay for the same thing at their Victoria location ($224 vs $170).
