Came up there around 12:30am on 8/13/2024 to pick up a geek vape e100. bottom line, the girl that’s working there at the time wasn’t really knowledgeable about the products. also, told me that there was a battery already inside the vape. come to find out, that was a lie. there was no battery inside the vape. she doesn’t know what’s going on in that store basically. it’s all good. bought one from Amazon. But wasn’t feeling that experience at all.

Fabulous customer service and great product range. The young lady behind the counter is super courteous and helpful too. Testers are extremely limited to none...perhaps thats just a usa thing. Cheers!

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They help answer any questions or concerns I have. Prices seem very high but I guess that is everywhere right now. Other than that I always have a good experience.

Abby was phenomenal!!She went above and beyond to ensure I was absolutely satisfied with my product. I can tell her attention to detail and care from her work ethic and her ability to engage with her customers.I will absolutely be returning for her last two weeks and will follow Abbi to the next venue of employment that she goes to.5 stars for Abby.

Bought a Salt bottle tastes like cloves. Went back and they said they can’t return exchange it. Scam. Stay away. Much better service at other stores in the area.

Can I just say Chelsea is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. From the moment we met it was all smiles. She listens to what you need and does her best to get what’s perfect for YOU. She doesn’t rush you off if someone comes in. You feel like a priority. Great attitude positive vibe. She’s the reason I keep going. So keep her around, deserves a raise for sure.

Savanah was amazing...best customer service ever...if you are in this area you gotta stop by. Somebody needs to give this girl a raise. Now on the other hand the other manager that came in while we were there was rude. Would not even say hello. They need to hang on to Savana.

Came in today because I recently gotten a arcofox vape. And needed 18650 batteries, and the guy w/ the bun/pony tail helped me a whole lot. I didnt really know alot on the arcofox. So he help me with everything that I needed to know without asking what is what, etc. Which I am glad that he did. So Im coming back in terms of juice, coils, etc. Ill be a returning customer for sure.

The most overpriced vape shop Ive ever been in. Charging $40 for a $15 bottle of juice. The selection of juice, mods, and tanks is ok at best. I recommend going to another vape shop or just buying online. I do recommend going here to get juice unless your just ok with getting ripped off. Very disappointed in this establishment.

I went in back to get a new tank for my mod becuz it was cracked chelsea was there to welcome me from the. Monent i walked into the door greating me with a smile and a good afternoon a very welcoming feeling. The atmosphere was on point with classic grung music playing from the tv and The comfortable white leather couch !!!!! My tank was unfixable and she should me a great line of tanks and supplys and also to me about new deals wat was just in!!!!! Very well knowledgeable of the vape seen and i ask about the cbd and she gave me a qwick run down about the cbd gummies and flowers .Amazing to see someone passionate about there job. I changed the review cause this place has definitely went down in customer service, I went in there the older white guy with the hat and glasses completely ignored the fact I was in line waiting and chose to help out the woman who came in after, didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there, def lost a reacted customer

I cant say enough good things about this place. Corey is the best! I went in because my juice wasnt tasting good anymore. Thinking it was a bad coil, I purchased a new one. After letting it soak in, I took a vape and still it tasted horrible! So, I went back, and Corey suggested a premium juice. So, I got another new coil with premium juice. Corey set it all up for me, but still, my puffs were tasting horrible. Corey tasted it, and said it was sweet. Finally, he realized that I had a case of vapers tongue. So, he advised me to try a different flavor. That solved my problem! Im a happy vaper again and am very grateful to Coreys knowledge. Thanks guys!

I recently stopped at this store after going to the convenient store where I typically pick up my Juul pods since they were sold out. Now recently, Juul announced they were pulling flavored pods from stores and only selling tobacco and menthol flavor. So as you can imagine, I was super excited to see that Vape City had a few packs of mango pods for sale. I bought 2 packs (for $24.99 each when they usually cost 15.99, but I assumed the higher price was because of a lack of availability in stores). When I got home, I noticed the pods were tasting burnt. I tried multiple pods from each pack and got the burning taste in each one. HOWEVER, when using the pods I recieved from the convenient store I typically go to, I didn’t get the burnt tasted so I know its not my device. My suspicion is that Vape City is selling refilled pods at a higher price, which Juul specifically advises against. I’m super disappointed because this seemed like a great store, but I feel like I definitely got scammed.

Very solid vape shop with a highly extensive selection of juices of varying e-liquid sizes and nicotine intensities. theres always a mod for everyone, from stealth to bulk, standard to cloud chaser, they have it all. stop by and say hi to them, im a regular here so its a really cool shop to chill and vape in. my go to guy is derek, really thorough guy! super helpful. ive been at this store from feb. of last year till now, i dont get my juices or batteries elsewhere!
