This shop is pretty cool. I like how small and organized everything is. I am able to be in and out if I need to be. The employees interacting with customers are super nice and knowledgeable. The business owners are doing a great job from what i can see. I was impressed when, on Easter Sunday I was desperate to find a smoke shop. I usually come here so I messaged the shop through their business page to see if they were open. They were closed, but someone was still kind enough to respond to me within minutes to let me know. I didnt expect that but appreciated it a lot.

I love this store. They are good people. I’ve been going about 2 times a week for a few months now and at one point I had a defective stiizy pod. Called them they were very helpful and made everything right! I send all my friends here for all their needs

Best customer service experience ever! I have never received customer service experience like this in my life! He went totally above and beyond to help me, spending almost an hour trying to help me figure out the problem I was having with the glass on my vape while simultaneously kindly assisting all of the other customers who went in the store. He kept a smile on his face the whole time and told me how much he loved his job, which was so obvious by his actions. I will gladly drive the 30 minutes to go back to see him when I need anything so that I can see his smiling face!

Good amount of product in-store and staff was friendly and helpful. I just don’t like the sex related items on the wall, but that’s my own issue.

July 18, today, I sent my 24yr old to purchase King Palm and she returned in to the car with the wrong flavor. I went in to see if I could exchange. I was told by 2 young men I was not able to. I planned to purchase other items however if you can’t exchange something of minimal value within less than a minute, you simply won’t get my business. I’m a homeowner in Sienna so this would have been a convenient ideal location but I will NEVER return to this store. Customer service is key and should be up to par in the success of any new business. I was left baffled and expressed my displeasure with the employees today to no avail.

I must correct myself now: hands down, apparently Im a clown, a cut above all the others... I hate to admit it bcz they will likely start slipping like all the rest I/we gave high praise to. That is, once they get their due respect... They most definitely have exceptional dispo vape supplies among many other essentials... but... Scr*w ALL THE SHOPS over priced kratom -not just here.. BTW, for you Cali lover, LA sux or you would be be in Newsoms fd up POS state, would you not?!.. ..Employees like Jabin, Celeste and Joshua make this venue average with competitive pricing and friendly faces. Thanks a million for all that you do for us lowly folks!

CONSUMER BEWARE!! Only reason why Im giving 2 stars is because the guy working there was pretty cool. Other than that it was hard making a good choice on a product because he personally doesnt smoke? Soo my question is... How does he know what hes even selling if he hasnt tried it? Secondly, the High Hemp Delta 8 CBD disposables I bought for BOGO 1/2 off (HUGE MISTAKE) feels like youre smoking a bunch of cleaning products. Doesnt seem authentic at all. They said no refunds or money back so let my experience trying these be a lesson for you to not do what I did and buy these things without doing some research first! Not saying all of the stuff they sell is bad by any means but this product in particular seems laced or FAKE!
