They have always been very helpful and kind to try and accommodate me when changes come up. When Ive had to change an appointment because of an emergency they have gone above and beyond to help reschedule me. I have never had a therapist that wasnt great. I have been coming here for over a year and love it. The manager is very sweet and cares. Thank you guys for always taking care of me.

Rickey was absolutely amazing. I felt super relaxed after the well needed massage. The booking process was simple and easy. Once I arrived the receptionist was very friendly. I appreciate the whole process.

I confirmed my appointment and they called and asked to reschedule my appointment because the lady called off. Then when I proceeded to reschedule they didnt have any availability for what best suites my time for over a week. I read the reviews before and I read about them doing this but I wanted to try my luck...welp. will be going somewhere else. They are obviously not reliable.

I have a shoulder, spine, pelvic, left hip and left knee injury’s from a car accident I suffered in 2018. I was looking for someone to help massage the areas that were injured in the accident 6 years ago. I can’t go to those cheap massages due to the sensitivity on my back. I kept calling around and after I explained what was wrong, the places either said we can’t work with you on your problems or we will have to charge you more due to your injury’s. The other places just would not help me and I thought I was not going to be able to get the help for my bad back pain.After a long search I was about to give up and just deal with the horrible pain, I called this place and the entire time I am thinking they are not going to help me and send me somewhere else. I asked them and they said yes we can definitely help you on that and I explained to them my story and the reason for the massage. They said we have professionals that can work with that type of thing on back injuries. I was so over the moon happy about that. The price isn’t that bad at all and they do an amazing job. I still have frequent back pain but I don’t complain to much about it anymore. I started coming here in 2021 and since then they have been such big help. If you come here and you keep coming back, then you will get credit and that means you will get a free massage with that credit. As long as you keep coming back once a month then you will get the free credit.I give this place 5 stars for what they do here.

I’ve been going to this location for years. My first therapist was Deniro, then Nicolas, and now Marc. I only go to the best and I’ve had the best experience. Now, if Marc leaves I’m going to be so sad and will probably cancel.

I had an exceptional experience at Elements Massage in Missouri City! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The facility was spotless and comfortable, as always. But the real highlight was my massage therapist, Ashley. Her skills are truly impressive, and she tailored the massage to my needs. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. Ashley is a true professional, and I cant wait to book my next appointment with her. Five stars and highly recommended!

I’ve been a monthly member off and on for almost 2 years now. I showed up for an appointment today since I hadn’t been in a couple of months. I drive almost 30 mins to this specific location for a therapist, only to show up and find out my appointment was cancelled due to a miscommunication from the last appointment. I had another appointment for July cancelled due to the therapist being sick, no one at that time communicated the issue regarding the miscommunication.PSA- Make to sure to tip accordingly & if NOT ASKED to leave a tip, make sure to do so. If not your appointments will be cancelled.Very disappointed that the rapport I had with that specific therapist ended all over a tip miscommunication from the receptionist.

I was born with cerebral palsy and fetal alcohol syndrome, and I am on the spectrum for autism I was originally introduced to elements when I was younger to try to help with my sensitivity to touch in hopes that it would help me to be more comfortable with physical contact with other people. Needless to say it has worked. For the past year I have been coming here and I’ve been seeing the same therapist (Nicolas) for at least 15 (2 hour) sessions now and I enjoy every session with him. Nicholas is very professional, and makes me feel very safe almost like as if I’m in the care of a doctor. Nicholas always asks you as soon as you walk into the room how you were doing and how can he help you and asks if there’s anything particular that you want to have worked on which is very professional, and personal. After he knows what you want to have worked on, he will step out to let you change, and then he always knocks before entering. One of the main things that Nicholas does that is very nice is that every time he goes over an area and hears any kind of a noise, he makes sure that I’m OK and makes sure that I’m still comfortable He even notices even if I don’t say anything that I am uncomfortable and he will ask me if I’m OK which is very important because some people like me feel uncomfortable telling someone that were experiencing discomfort so it’s nice that he notices it and addresses it for you. Nicolas definitely makes you feel more like a friend than just a client and will often times hold conversations with me during my appointments in which is nice and feels personal but whenever I just want to be able to relax, I just tell him and he will remain quiet apart from ensuring that I’m OK from time to time. Nicholas definitely knows his way around the human body and all the spots that tend to be tight or sore and he does a good job with addressing the problem areas and actually a spending the proper time on those areas to repair them. I definitely recommend Nicolas to anyone and I would highly recommend elements massage to anyone who’s looking for pain relief, and just some time to relax I would also recommend if you try elements and are thinking about coming more than once every few months becoming a member because you get a good discount on your sessions, along with some other perks. At the end of the day elements is a really good business, and everyone is professional, and I have never been disappointed with their outstanding service.

I loved my experience here. I felt so welcomed by the front desk receptionist. My massage therapist was Annika and she gave me the best massage. I’ve been dealing with a really bad sciatica flare-up, and she was amazing. I was grateful how she gave me tips how to take care of it at home too. I look forward to my next visit with Annika!

I did deep tissue message with Alex. He was awesome. I am really impressed. When the message is done, I am usually left unsatisfied, because it is usually not deep tissue enough. With Alex, I left feeling refreshed. I definitely recommend Alex and this place. The front desk folks were really nice and friendly as well.

This is really ridiculous for a first timer here. I am just curious as to how I set an appointment at the Missouri city Texas Elements Massage today 12-18-2023 at 11am, confirmed my appointment, filled the form online, drove 25 minutes to get to my appointment, arrived 15 minutes early only to be told at 11:10am that my therapist is unable to make it.

I use Ricky at this location. He is hands down (see what I did there lol) the best masseuse I have used. He really listens, and my gosh ask for a scalp massage😁 Talk about wanting to just call right asleep!

Enjoyed my massage as always from this studio. My therapist was Nicholas and he did an awesome massage. He listened and just focused on the areas I needed worked on as I requested. He gave me just the right amount of pressure I needed to release the tension. He provided the type of pressure where I was able to feel the tension release but at the same time I was still relaxed. For clients who like therapists who worked with their thumbs and fingers to push out the tension and tightness I highly recommend trying out Nicholas.

My session was amazing. I was not looking for deep tissue or to work anything out, I simply was looking to relax before and stressful event. The atmosphere was serene, the temperature was great, and the staff were courteous. My masseuse, Heather, was kind, soft spoken, and constantly checked to make sure the pressure was to my liking. The best part of all was the heated massage table. I will definitely be back soon. I recommend Elements Massage to everyone.

I had the most relaxing experience here. My wife sent me for my birthday to spoil me and she succeeded. I love this place. Veronica the manager was very good and my masseuse was Minerva. She is the absolute best there is.

Ms. Loren is amazing. She was able to target the right pressure even with my weird description. From the simple touches to the deep massage, I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed on the table. I felt like she cared about taking care of my muscles and the needs she felt instead of just rushing through. I will definitely be back and will refer people I know here. They’re lucky to have her!

My mom and I had a great experience today. My mom had a 90 minute session with Carly and I had a 60-minute session with Eric. My mom came out of her session looking so blissful and rejuvenated that it was worth every penny to bring her here for her birthday! She wants to come back every month now. I enjoyed my session with Eric as well. He was friendly and checked in with me on how I was feeling about the pressure and overall massage at several points. I appreciated that he cared enough to check in and make adjustments if I was wanting something different. I was very satisfied and I will be returning monthly as well. My mom and I signed up for a membership and took advantage of their amazing Black Friday gift certificate deal as well. The lady working at the counter was kind and helpful too!

Lauren was my massage Therapist and she was awesome! She was friendly and gave me advise on the pinched nerves in my neck. It was my first time getting a massage since Covid and Lauren was safe and made sure everything was sanitary and most of all I was comfortable. I do plan on going back.

I booked a massage here for my wife’s birthday 2 weeks in advance. Two hours prior to the appointment we received a call informing us that the masseuse had to cancel. They agreed to give us a free 1 hour massage to make up for it. I then re-booked the massage for a Mother’s Day present, which gave them another 2 weeks advanced notice. The day before the massage my wife received an email to verify her appointment, when she clicked to confirm there was a message stating the appointment had been changed. We never received a phone call from anyone. The next morning (Mother’s Day) I called to confirm the appointment was still valid and was told something like “not enough people were booked for the day so they were no longer bringing a masseuse in”..... What is the point of your customers booking appointments if you’re not going to hold yourselves accountable for honoring them? Your reps managed to partially ruin not one but two holidays for my wife in less than a month. We’ll be bringing our business elsewhere from now on for more reliable customer service.

I was very surprised on my first visit. There is a very serene atmosphere - quiet, peaceful and meditative. The receptionist welcomed me immediately and provided me with detailed information about different types of services available and which were best suited to different conditions. While waiting for my appt., I was able to look over profiles of the therapists to see what areas they specialized in and select best for my situation. I highly recommend and will continue to go regularly for treatment.

I had a great experience. I filled out a brief questionnaire and was taken to the room shortly after. My therapist (Jasmine) demonstrated great techniques and explain what and why they were applied. She was able to find muscles and knots that I didnt know I had. The atmosphere was welcoming. Ill definitely go back in the near future

SO happy with Elements Massage, and especially Alex. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I get RESULTS, above and beyond what was expected. I first went in with shoulder pain, and he was able to relieve that pain in 3 visits, plus I received added bonus of chronic neck pain relief, which I thought I had to just live with. This is after many chiropractic, PT, and MD consultations and treatments. Front office staff very friendly and kind. I became a member immediately and recommend to friends.

Love it and give this place 5 stars, I have a back, pelvis, hip and knee injury from a car accident in March 2018 and I was in horrible pain for a long time. I come here once a month for a massage and they do an amazing job. The other places I looked at did not want to help me and massage my injury spots. I am so happy I found this place and I am not in that bad of pain anymore. I still have my backaches but not as bad as I used to.Come here if you need a massage.

I have only been once but my experience was really good and relaxing. I had Tabatha and she was friendly and her massage was relaxing and healing. I could’ve used a bit more pressure (personal preference) but for a good medium/firm Swedish, it was great!

Wonderful experience! Rob was a great therapist and gave me such a great massage - really worked through and kept checking on me as to whether the pressure was right. Honestly the best massage Ive had in a long time and Ive been to several places. The location is perfect too - Right outside of Riverstone.

I have been a member since 2018. During 2020 they continued to charge me monthly and I called and requested them to suspend payments. Carmen the manager in 2020 spoke to me and reassured that I would have about 5 masssages left in 2020 as they had already drafted the money. In July 2021 the company started drafting monthly amounts for 7 months without my knowledge and when I called Chase the front desk rep she said she could do nothing about it and they maybe able to refund 4 months and I should take it up with my CC company . Fraudulent company .. never sign up for membership as they change their rules to their convenience and are very deceptive . I would have given a 0 star if I could. Lesson learned after a cost of 900 bucks

I went for a prenatal massage. From the booking to when I arrived I told them I believed I was a first time client but can they check as there’s a large price difference. I kept hearing “it’s ok” all the way until I was charged $164 for my massage!They didn’t even want to tell me the price charge after they charged my card. I asked to sign my receipt and was told I didn’t need to. Then I inquired about the price and was told $164!I explained I was a first time client and was told I showed up in the system from 3 years ago. Really?!? 3 years ago. Why didn’t they make that clear at any point? I insisted on seeing the receipt which now required a signature. I said “you said I didn’t need to sign.” She said “when clients ask for receipts they have to sign.” I spoke with the manager the next day who told me well it’s your word against hers. Umm lady there’s no way I’d spend $164 on an elements massage and they know it. This is why they trick their customers into paying more. God be with anyone who actually signs up for a membership. Real life crooks.

I had a two hour deep tissue, sports massage for really sore muscles and the pain of a rotator cuff tear, and Shavone gave me exactly what I needed. Great technique, very intuitive and I felt ten times better when I left. The front desk was professional and very helpful as well.Can’t wait for my next session!

Came in for a massage and purchased a membership off of my first experience. I have maintained that membership for over a year and will continue to do so because of the seller quality of the individuals working here. Kevon is hands-down the best!

Right off of highway 6, this massage parlor is great! Highly recommend everyone to come give it a try and is a great buy for the price. Use website for scheduling appointments and shopping for deals.Edit:After trying this place out, I must say I was extremely disappointed. Their computers are constantly having issues and they have scheduling issues. Alexis and Brittney the manager have no idea what the heck they are doing. Canceling your membership is a bigger issue.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by their unprofessional attitude. I have been trying to schedule his appointment for 2 weeks. Last Sunday, they called me 30 mins before the appointment and cancelled because the therapist didnt show up. This weekend when I went there , they kept on telling me that the therapist should be there in 15 mins. I waited for 45 mins and left. The manager was LEAST apologetic and had that whatever kind of attitude and offered to give a free massage which I refused to accept. I cant waste any more sundays on this unreliable and unprofessional place. I would appreciate if the owner of this franchise would call me.

Deniro is AMAZING!!! He was so professional and was very attentive to my specific concerns. I get massages very often and am not easily impressed, however, this massage is definitely one of the best I’ve ever received. If you go to Massage Elements make sure to ask for Deniro for the best experience you can get!

They maintain credit card information for over 19 months and charged our card for an appointment they acceped that was intended for a different location. When the appointment was made, they did not make note that we were not members and clarify the situation. Upon discussion as to why they did not point out we were not members (which would have resulted in the realization that it was the wrong location), they said that did not matter. They had kept our card information on file and were charging us anyway. No offer was made to have us come in at a different date to honor the mistaken appointment. No confirmation call on appointment was made. Very poor customer service approach in my opinion to charge someone that has not been in your place of business for over 19 months just because you kept their credit card information on file . Kinda scary on what can happen by a merchant for unauthorized charges.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. My therapist listened to my needs and focused on that. I had been going on a 2 day migraine and within an hour after my session my migraine and tension in my neck and back had melted away. Thank you!

I slightly higher priced massage for a pro that knows physiology and technique. I got a great deep tissue massage but wasnt a fan of the sell/push for a buy into the monthly program before and after you go in. If it matters, i did sign up for it after the massage (I was a bit drowsy). I might use it for a couple of months.

Poor customer service! We bought gift cards online. They charged our credit card but did not add the massage credits to our account. Eventually they found our credit card transaciton. We asked for a refund since we do not want to go to this store. They refused. Rude service and not customer-focused.

Friendly front desk receptionist. The ambiance is just right; lighting and music. Deniro was very professional and I received what I had paid for. He only talked very little in the beggining and end of my session. He was completely quiet during the entire 90 mins. I was able to fall asleep easily.

Unbelievable place, pathetic customer service, had an appointment today at 11.45 had been there waiting almost an hour to be informed my therapist was on her way and they had no idea when she will be getting in...!!! They already cancelled my appointment for last week since their therapisy called in!! Rude manager made no attempts to accomadate me with another therapist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Very relaxing atmosphere with a variety of massage therapists. Staff is warm and friendly, appointments can be made easily online. Membership is well worth it.

Took my son in for a sports massage/stretching. Did not get what I asked for. The body chart that asks to circle areas most concerned about was pointless, the area we circled wasnt one of the main focuses. Definitely never going back

Wonderful massage! Really relaxed my back and neck muscles that were over-fatigued from computer use. Therapist made some helpful suggestions for stretches to avoid tension.

I loved the way I was greeted, welcomed, and treated during the massage. I came in with severe ne k and shoulder pain, and it feels so much better now!

Alex was tha bomb. It hurt like a SOB but I had so much lactic acid buildup he had to work thru but I will be back next week!
