BUYERS BEWARE ! they (name of employee: Adam) scammed us $50 for a pen that didn’t work the wax would either get stuck or spill out! went back back after leaving the store for refund told me i smoked it all so i don’t get a refund he just said he’ll sell me another one. They sell broken cheaply made products they try to sweet talk and upsell you with fake name brand products. go elsewhere all the good reviews are fake it’s like 50 employees writing them.

I’ve been going here for a while now I usually have a young man help me and the products are usually great they did stop carrying the product I liked which was my go to product it lasted me a long time for a disposable vape but because it was removed i was recommended a new one which did good for my first few times of buying it it’s called funky republic. I’ve been askedto try it in the store and it works in the store but as soon as I get home for some reason the battery shoots from 90 percent to 0 there’s no reason for me to hit my vape 4 times mind you not back to back for it toHave a constant burning sound after hitting it which causes it to burn more juice and lose battery life so it’s a faulty vape I normally don’t have this issue with this vape shop but idk if she knows there faulty but I’m really frustrated because I don’t want to have to drive farther from home to buy a vape that actually works for me

They will fix your electronics no problem but expect to be persuaded into tipping, misunderstood in your repair requests and mistaken for other people. Its some shady business practices going on... but theyll fix your phone or whatever.

Sold me melatonin as delta 8 oil for my vape and the label said made in Texas seal was broken when I got it they didnt want to refund me my money and gave me a pre rolled instead I empty it because I knew something was off and found this in it. Dont buy nothing here products are old and they are not informative.

By far my favorite smoke shop in the Missouri city area! Very customer friendly Always welcoming, also they do great deals!

It’s a typical hood smokeshop!! Not a large inventory, prices are higher than most other places, in my three visits the employees either didn’t know what I was asking about (honestly idk what I was asking about but I remember thinking they don’t know what _____ is) or they didn’t carry it and it was easier to play dumb than admitting they didn’t carry the item. And in most of my other stores experiences if they didn’t have something they’d offer to get it within a day or two and if they didn’t know about it item they would usually ask about it. Plus they are PROUD of their items and they wouldn’t budge even if it was a couple hundred dollar order. And I own a store I know their is enough profit to give wiggle room like cover the tax. But it is in the hood and they were one of the first in a smokeshop desert and now every gas station has a smoke display case. But if you need a replacement bowl or some overpriced detox that are “guaranteed” to work because you can’t get your $ back while in jail for a failed test, $$ Chinese glass full of heavy metals, or now all these Delta 8-10-0-A-etc vapes gummies pre rolls assorted other offerings in badly packaged name brands(again Chinese made w unknown ingredients and hit or miss batteries working) but make sure it works before you leave because u are SOL if you get home and it doesn’t work they most likely won’t trade it out. Anyways it’s a smokeshop owned and operated by people who don’t know the industry and definitely don’t have a connection to the lifestyle but they know what is selling because the vendors tell them! You know what you are walking into!

Oscar was working in the store my last few trips, he has exceptional Customer Service and Knowledgeable on the in store products. Thanks to Oscar for making me feel like I’m right back at home!

The owner is very nice however it has become a Hotspot for teenagers buying Delta 8. I am pretty sure the rules for these products is 21.. and I am 1000% positive that most of the customers are in high school.

Good attention, the bad thing I found is that outside in the parking lots, the owner of the property of the complex, not the owner of the store, has everything dirty and lack of garbage collection in the parking lots, which affects the presence of the place, it is a real shame That because owners who rent the premises do not clean their property, we cannot blame this store but rather the owner of the property.
