Sorayya was a great re-introduction to facials. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Will return.

I had never had a facial before, my first facial done was here. And I must say I had an amazing experience. Sorayya was kind enough to explain me everything beforehand and during the whole process. She is kind and understanding of your needs. After my facial, I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Her hands are like magic haha! She did a great job!

Mid-June, booked facials for my Mom and MIL, while they were visiting with us. They LOVED the experience. Sorayya discused their individual concerns/needs and recommended which facial would be best, since it was the 1st time for each. They thoroughly enjoyed not only the facial, but, the conversation and recommendation for continued skincare at home. Sorayya mentioned the products she had, but they were not in their budget, so she made a list of items they could purchase from the drugstore. My Mom went to the store and bought the items Sorayya recommended and said that she had noticed a significant change in her skin. Thank you, Sorayya, for treating and making my Mom and MIL feel like royalty!

Sorayya is a professional therapist and her facials are extremely soothing and calming. She is very good with time management too. She also does a complimentary head massage or shoulder massage and the complete experience is relaxing and worth the time and money you put into it. I have been going to her for a year now and I look forward to seeing her soon again.

It’s unfortunate that I am having to leave a negative review, as I was a customer of this establishment for some time and enjoyed the services. However, after my interaction this afternoon, I am no longer a customer. I booked a facial for this Sunday (6/25), today is Friday (6/23), and learned a few moments ago, that I would not be able to keep the appointment. I immediately texted Sorayya, stating I would need to cancel and reschedule. Per policy, I was well within the 24 hour notice period. Rather than just confirming, she responds asking if I could let her know a little sooner next time, as there were people she turned away who were seeking appointments. I stated that I canceled within her required timeframe, as indicated on the booking system. Sorayya then stated that I had canceled 4 times, to which I reminded her that I had not been to her location in months. In fact, my appointment history confirms my last visit was in May 2022. I did book a massage in June 2022, but had to cancel (still within the required timeframe of 24 hours) due to work travel. I’m extremely disappointed by this treatment, but I do not continue to frequent businesses where I am chastised for following the very policies in which the owner created.

I had a wonderful experience with Sorayya. It was my first visit. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and it was the most relaxing and refreshing experience Ive had in a long time. It felt great to get the pandemic off of my skin. 😊 Sorayya explained every step, even though I have had this procedure many times. The Spa was clean and appointments are spaced for Covid considerations. I cant wait to go back!

This is the first spa to demonstrate competency in working with black skin. For the past 2 years, Ive been working on removing dark blotches on my forehead. Not until, I came to Elite was I able to finally get some results. Elite have been treating my skin for 3 months and I can truly say that my forehead is much lighter and my facial skin is much healthier. In addition to the greater skin care, prices for services and products are very reasonable. Sorayya, also have magic hands with a very sincere interest in meeting your expectations. I look forward to my visits because they are so relaxing. I highly recommend Sorayyas Spa.

I have been going to Sorayya on and off for about three years for a basic hydrating facial. I really started to notice that my face was discolored and had a LOT of hyper pigmentation. I made an appointment with Sorayya, voiced my concerns and told her I was finally ready to take better care of my face. Before we scheduled my face peel she made me come in for a consultation so she could get a better understanding of my skin. She sent me home with a few essential items I needed to use daily prior to doing my face peel and I can already notice the difference! The products are amazing, my skin feels super hydrated, and my face is radiant! I cant wait to see the results after my face peel!! Thank you Sorayya!

I’ve been a client at Sorayya’s for quite a while now.I’ve had several facial, threading and massages.I’ve never been disappointed at any of my appointments. Sorayya’s facials are AMAZING if I could I’d get one weekly. She really goes above and beyond for her clients.Sorayya’s new massage therapist is just as amazing as Binita (her precious therapist) was. I’m so happy she found Yanelis. I always get the deep tissue /sport rehab massage and yanelis was wonderful. You can tell almost immediately if your therapist knows what they’re doing and as soon as she started I knew I was in for a good massage. She got so many knots out and I felt loose longer than I have with anyone else.

I searched for a threading technician, once other methods didnt work for me. I found good reviews for Sorayya on Yelp so thought Id give her a try. So glad I did. She is 1-So willing to please, which for me means THOROUGH; 2-kind and gentle; 3-has created a very welcoming and cozy environment for her clients; 4-does not push you to do more than your normal treatment, and does not push her products on you. I love this place! She is just so calm, sweet and considerate. Upon arrival, you get a warm neck wrap and glass of fruit-infused water. (I didnt know this at first but I think she likes you to get there 15 minutes early, so you can talk about your treatment, especially if you are a new client.) The room has just the right amount of light, and the music she plays is very calming. I have only had threading done, but I bet all her services are superb. So glad to have found this place. :)

I just love Sorayya! She has helped me turn my skin around. When I go to her, she always wants to do what is best to achieve healthy skin while at the same time making her client happy. She won’t promise perfection, but she will help you get close it...as long as you have patience and do your part with a home regimen.

Summary of my experience with Sorayya: I keep coming back every other month for the last 2 1/2 years.Yes, I could go on Groupon and get discounted facials but I have no guarantee of the quality of service. With Sorayya, I know I will get her expertise along with the best service and products available every time.I tried most of her VIP treatments. I love the Hydracure facial during the winter as it really quenches my dehydrated skin. The Timexpert Lift and the Timexpert Rides plump my skin and soften my wrinkles. I was quite amazed by the LED treatment: it removed redness, fine lines and evened out my skin tone. With the Vitamin C, Sorayya sends you home with the mask for an additional at home treatment the following week.I like the monthly promos and the add-ons: it allows me to try something new or just up-scale my treatment.When Sorayya takes care of you, you dont get just a facial, you get an relaxing experience - aromatherapy, hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage during the mask, face massage during the serum application...I love coming here and I hope you will too.

Linda at Sorayya Spa has been a huge help with relieving joint pain as part of my medical recovery. Each session is increasing my movement and reducing pain. Im very pleased with the results!

I was in a state of pure bliss. I had a deep Swedish massage with a foot scrub. My body was so knotted. My tech Loni worked out all of my kinks, and I was 100% relaxed afterwards. It was by far the best massage Ive ever had.

My daughter had a Acne treatment and eyebrow threading. Before we began, not only did Sorayya take the time to learn her routine, she looked up the ingredients of the products she used and explained why she is having the reactions she does. She also took all the time she needed to finish and did not rush through the process. We will be back over and over again.
