Absolutely wonderful Salon and Spa! My massage was amazing and relaxing but I was really impressed with my Stylist Shelby. Being a cosmetologist that just movies her herself, I was wary of find a new place. She listened to all my concerns about my hair and did a great consultation. She applied exactly what we spoke about. The color turned out stunning ! I’m also very picky with my cut and it was exactly how I explained it to her (I know I’m not easy). Definitely stop by there this is a hidden gem!

Absolutely amazing service today, 8/10! Haley did an amazing job on my massage, Amanda did a wonderful facial, and Shy did a great manicure! I definitely will be coming back soon and will be requesting all three of these ladies when I do so! Thanks, Nouveau!

I came in for a Classic facial, and I had Delia do it. She has the softest hands I have ever felt! But the facial itself was amazing 👏 from the steam, to the creams and massages. That arm/hand massage was unexpected but sooo good as a finishing up relaxation . Id give her 6 stars if I could!!!

I have been going to Nouveau for a couple of years now, and I love the atmosphere and the staff. Delia is the best massage therapist I have every experienced, and she is great in every way. Peter is great also, and I enjoy seeing him and miss his presence when he is not at the Spa. Great place to relax and unwind. Love it!

I have been coming to Nouveau for over 2 years on a weekly basis. I am very pleased with my service. The staff is very good, and there is a relaxed but very professional atmosphere. I would recommend you check it out.

Welp, let me tell ya what happened to me here at Nouveau on Dauphin. First of all, I had high hopes due to previous reviews of massages and knots to work out. So, I was expecting a good overall experience. However, I was under whelmed and extremely disappointed.My assigned massage person acted like she didnt want to be there. Also, I was told that I would get more of a relaxation massage with some warm stones. However, I selected a warm stone massage. Also, I was told time does not permit the full body warm stone. Why not just do the the most sore spots then touch on the rest as time permits. In addition, keep in mind that I was not late, but early. It was like the massage person just didnt want to do my massage at all. It was like she trying to manipulate me to request someone else to do it instead or cancel it. I was so sore and trying to make the best of it still. This was only because I really needed a massage you know.However, then it got even more awkward due to my massage person not talking to me. Why I gotta entertain the massage staff shouldnt it be vice versa? The massage person also was acting reluctant to touch me at first. So, I tried really hard to relax inspite of all these obstacles!!!!!Unfortunately, based on my treatment I would not go back. I dont know what the massage person had gone through but it was unfair to project this onto me. This is my 1st impression and it created a lasting bad impression. Next, I will have to get a redo massage from somewhere else.Lastly, the male staff was good over the phone scheduling me for warm stone massage. Mary was good interacting in person. However, the only saving grace is that their massage staff are all female. So, if thats a must have then theres that for you. However, I do not recommend this place in my honest review and personal experience. # Swipe Left...Nope.

My facial and massage were awesome. I schedule ahead of time a full day including facial , massage , mani , pedi , shampoo and style and called multiple times to make sure that they were able to work with my hair . I had plans afterwards so I was using the spa day to get me prepared for my after events. When I started my pedicure she told me she was also my stylist so I ask her my options for hair and she said I could straighten it or make it big I asked her could she twist or finger cool it and she said basically I can make it big or make it straight because I dont have much experience with ethnic hair I told her that over the phone they told me they could she replied I dont get a lot of practice on your type hair So I canceled the hair portion but it kinda spoiled my whole day .There was another girl doing pedicures and she said If I did hair here I could give you a sew in or tape ins I told her Im just looking to get my natural hair styled . My toes are uneven from the pedicure . My mani wasnt pleasing either . I picked a pastel green and she said It wasnt going to show good after painting one coat on one nail so I got clear. I talk to the manager over the phone after about the hair and she said they could have done braids but when I asked my options they werent suggested to me and she pretty much was nonchalant about the whole thing . I had a gift card and Funds left on it but I just used it to buy random fragrance stuff because I dont see my self returning or referring any of my friends. I really wanted to enjoy and unwind but I left feeling worse than I came in to start with .

My first visit here I brought my mom from out of town for Mothers Day on a recommendation from a friend. To say we had a great time is an understatement. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. Delia and Rae were both awesome for our massages leaving us feeling relaxed and refreshed. Alexis was so friendly while doing my moms pedicure and she even gave my 5 year old sister attention while she worked and made her feel included in the process for fun. We will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for years now for massages. Everyone is very friendly and the service is nice to. Delia is amazing at what she does and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Definitely my favorite spa place.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nouveau Day Spa. My parents had gifted me a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage, facial and manicure. Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I left feeling very refreshed and satisfied with my visit!

I spent my birthday in full self-care mode at Nouveau. Delia, Cherish, Tatiyanna, Mallory, and Peter made sure I had an amazing day. I started with a full body massage and moved to a classic facial with eye treatment (and a lovely nap!). After a delicious lunch, I had a mani/pedi and ended the day with love for my tresses. I can’t wait to book another spa day.

On 8/11, my wife and I had their couples massage, this place very clean, professional, organized, and the entire staff was very courteous, the massages felt so good that it left our souls on the bed afterwards. I highly recommend this place for a much needed relaxing treatment. Thanks to the entire staff.

Invest in ethnic hair training and pedicure service. Ive been here 3 times. The massage was good. Nothing fantastic, but good. Ive also been here for Hair and a pedicure. The pedicure was rushed and awful. Not alot of time to soak my feet, rushed foot massage, toes not properly handled, and I didnt enjoy it at all. The other time was for hair. I think they need to invest more practice in ethnic 4c hair. You cant truly do hair if you cant manage 4c hair. and every hair type. They advertised hair models a while ago and I applied but wasnt called. They should be more open and inclusive when it comes to hair services. Options on hair styles for 4c hair are limited and there arent alot of ethnic stylists. However, there is one girl there who does a good job. I got a very simple wash and flatiron that went well. For simple styling, hair taming, and basic maintenence I will be back, but for anything more complex, I wont. Overall, its ok though.: *Response to the Owners reply*My Email account and name is not the same one that I use for all business and activities. I have emails for business, leisure, and casuals. And this isnt the same one I use when I book my appointments. Therefore you wouldnt have this one in your database. I wouldnt take the time out to write an entire paragraph about your Spa had I never been. And I dont think you should be concerned with my personal identification unless there was an important specific reason. Thats weird. I would like to say that if you are an owner, some of your replies come off as very defensive and unprofessional. Just apologize, state how things can go better, and thank the customer. Work on that as well.

Scissors felt so dull during my hair cut I could feel every strand they yanked out spent 3hrs in a chair for color to come out feeling like we went in the opposite direction of what I asked for. Needed my ends lighter and theyre darker than when I went in. Basically got charged $200 for a killer headache and bad dye job that Im gonna have to go somewhere else to get fixed so my hair doesnt look crazy.

My whole experience was wonderful! I had a manicure with Delaney. I was so pleased with my gel manicure and Delaney was so sweet and accommodating. Afterwards, I had a pedicure with Alexis and have to say it was the best pedicure that I have had. She went above and beyond. She was so busy but took the time with me as if I was the only person in the spa! The overall experience was amazing! We are from out of town and searched for spa close to our hotel. I couldn’t be more pleased! I would definitely would recommend to others!

This is the best salon and spa in Mobile. Ask for Eamanda if you want an excellent wax!

The entire atmosphere and staff are amazing, and the services are phenomenal. I highly recommend Alexis, because she made sure to give excellent service to not only myself but my friend as well, even down to paying attention to the small details like bringing us lemon water and offering blankets if we were cold. If you want to go and have a mani/pedi, this is the place to go!

My massage and facial were amazing! I was nervous to go for a massage as a plus size person, but their robes were size inclusive and everyone there made me feel so welcome! I would definetly go again!

I visited Nouveau today for a shampoo, cut and style. I believe the young lady that took care of me was Morgan...She did a wonderful job. She listened to my concerns and was very attentive. She is great with curly hair as well. Everyone there is friendly and inviting.Thank you. :-)

I had a facial by Cherrish and a massage by Delia and they were fantastic. The reason I gave two stars had nothing to do with them. There was no beautiful serene spa music playing. I did not feel I had the complete spa experience and it made such a difference, in a negative way.

I came to the salon after a hard day. I felt like the most important person in room. All the staff were professional but excellent conversationalist without compromising the relaxing experience. My nails look great, my face was pampered and my message helped me relax from an emotional day. For the price, I found the experience, service and ambiance fully worth the money and I will be back!

I went here to get highlights and a cut. Angela did a fantastic job. I loved the finished result. It was exactly what I asked for. The building is super nice and the entire staff that I met was very friendly. I love that the chairs at the washing sinks were massage chairs. I can’t wait to try more of their services!! I highly recommend!

Love having my self care days here. I had a Matis Facial for the first time the other week and it was great. The refreshing massage is always so nice. Prices are reasonable and I always feel relaxed. Its clean and the staff are always helpful and kind.

Amy has done foiling and color twice for me and twice she has outdone herself! I have alot of natural curl she recommended new products that actually make my hair feel amazing. Atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Good parking, no wait.

I have been going to Nouveau for 7 years now. They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. Jamie is my hair dresser and he is amazing. I have never left from there disappointed in my color, cut, or service. I would recommend Nouveau to anyone.

Last week I decided to try a facial at this spa. Taylor was great and I really enjoyed it. So I then decided I would book appointments for me and my daughter for mani/pedis. I was so disappointed at the end results. I was not made aware that the ladies were in training when booking our appointments. I found out while our pedicures had begun. Both ladies were extremely nice and very professional, but need more training. My old polish wasn’t removed all the way so you can still see the old polish under the new polish on my toes. The polish is painted on the skin to my toes and was very sloppy. The massaging was great, but the actual filing of the nails and removing dead skin was not so great. My polish on my hands was worse than the polish on my toes. My daughters nailed we’re actually worse than mine. I wish there was someone checking behind these ladies since they were in training. The biggest problem was it cost me $185 for two manicures and two pedicures and I’ve had to call a nail shop and make an appointment for tomorrow to go have our manicures and pedicures redone. I was really looking forward to trying several of the services offered at Nouveau, as I have another service booked Friday, but after my experience tonight I will not be going back. I hope everyone else’s experience was better than mine.

The people at Nouveau are most welcoming. They are always professional and personable. I get all of my hair services done there. I have also enjoyed massages there by several people. Its a pleasure to walk in the door and Im always happy with the services.

My daughter sent me and my husband to this wonderful place on our 21st anniversary for a couples massage. It was wonderful. They are so professional and good with their hands. Try them out. You will not regret it and you will be hooked. Now 📞 and get that appointment. They are waiting.

Have had gift cards for almost a year now. Everytime we try to schedule massages, pedicures ..always an issue. Open till 8pm but massage therapists go home at 6. Can only do one pedicure at a time, I came up with a solution for a short massage then told they leave at 6. Everytime theres always an excuse . Guess we will eat these cards..not worth the effort. At this point Id question the service there since excuses seem to be their answer.

Ive been to Nouveau a few times and received several different services. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I was recently given a gift certificate for 4 of their services; massage, eyebrow wax, pedicure, and facial. Ive only used 2 but I am really looking forward to going back for my other services. Nouveau always has great specials so be sure to sign up for their email list!

Peter is so helpful in getting you scheduled and Karen, Jennifer and Malory all give the most amazing manicures and pedicures. By the way their prices are the same as all others in the area and they run some great specials

I went to Nou Veau for the first time last week and was so impressed by the atmosphere of the place. The attitude of the staff was great -- made me smile.My stylist was Wynne. She questioned me about what I wanted, both in my cut/style and my color and then proceeded to deliver exactly what I was hoping for..It is my new go-to salon and Wynne is my new stylist. I cant wait to try their spa! My thanks to Sandra for referring me.

Great experience for my first Brazilian wax. It has been quite some time since my visit and I have forgotten my technicians name, but the atmosphere was very quiet and tranquil. She talked me through the entire experience and explained how to take care of everything afterwards. Reflecting back, the wax was a little hard and I wish she had trimmed me before hand, but overall a great experience. I am only docking a star because of the price. It was more expensive than I would have liked to pay.

Im not from Alabama but we were visiting my boyfriends family and just wanted to get my haircut it was an awesome experience and better than mine back home. Amy got my hair exactly what I wanted and fit my face shape also Im generally a shy person so she quietly worked and it just made me feel comfortable. Also got my eyebrows done and they looked great I highly recommend them.

Friendly & professional staff.! This was my first ever waxing experience & I was nervous, to say the least. But the environment was really calming & Cherish (I think that was her name) was very patient with me. Also, the receptionist was simply amazing.! My first, but definitely not my last visit.!

Ive only been twice. Once for a Warm Stone Massage with Delia and once for Matis Classic Facial with Cherrish. Both were AMAZING. Ive been to other places for these services but this was the absolute best! I highly recommend and will be coming back.

The place is okay. I made a big mistake not asking for a mirror to check for results after a dermaplane facial. Cherish was at my service but I think she could not see under the big ring light & left my side burns for me to clean after I spent $125 plus $18 tip. I regret it so so much. Please ladies check before you leave I didnt, my blunder. I think Cherish needs a re-training. I left the place looking like a joke. Shame on you Cherish.

I really hate to give a bad review of a small business. I had a massage yesterday with Delia, she was absolutely fantastic! But*** the room was absolutely freezing. She did all she could to warm it up, but I was still freezing. So I couldnt really enjoy my massage. So hey management, perhaps you should turn the temp up a little.

My besite and I did the All Day Ritual to celebrate her incredible sales record for July. We. Had. A. Blast. The entire day was spent being pampered and waited on. We were able to chill in robes all day, bring in wine, and had a delicious lunch provided by Nouveau. Highly recommend. This was my second spa day here and it was just as amazing as the first time.

Phenomenal Experience with Jay for a massage! He is strong and really gets those tough tension spots. One of the BEST massages I have ever had! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and I will be making another appointment with Jay for myself!! THANKS JAY!!

My friend made a hair appointment for me as a gift and specifically asked for an artisan hair stylist, they assured here that all of our hair stylists are very experienced. I Ended up with someone who had only worked there for a couple of months and did not do a good job. I asked my friend if they charged her the artisan hair cut price as advertised on their website and she says she believes not. In other words, even though she specifically asked for an experienced hair stylist, I got a mediocre hair cut from a mediocre hair stylist. I will not return here.

I first went to Devin back in the fall. She is really wonderful. We talked about my hair, what we could do to change it up, and she did! The color and cut were both great. She really listens to what I want and I love it when she tells me No! You cant do that - your hair isnt right for that cut. Now, SHES the kind of hairdresser that I want! And the MESSAGING hair washing chair is the BEST - you wont want to leave it. Not only is Devin the best, but the salon is clean and light and so professional. This salon will not let you down. Check them out on Instagram - so many beautiful clients made even more beautiful by all of the staff there!

Massage and facial were great. The manicure and pedicure took entirely too long. I was there for a total of 5 hours. My nails wouldnt dry and I was left with a cold fan blowing on my hands for 30 minutes.

Looking forward to my next visit! So far I have had massages, manis, and pedis, and they have all been great.

I’m just leaving Nouveau and it’s my first time visiting. I got a sphinx wax with Marie and it was such a great experience and I love her. She made getting a vaginal and butt wax so fun and it was really quick. I’ve had this done before but it took close to an hour but Marie had me out in 15 mins. This is a SUPER cute place all the people are friendly and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good quick wax. It’s something you could even do on your lunch break. I’ll defiantly be back in 6 weeks 😊.

So I bought my girlfriend a $200 gift certificate to Nouveau for Mothers Day. Note this was not one of their certificates for a specific package. Now they refuse to let her use it toward a $69 promotion they have going on. If she wants the same services as other people she has to pay more than them or come off the additional cash. So in essence she cant use the certificate. Their policies prevent her from being able to use the $200 I gave her for what she wants. They have had the money in the bank drawing interest for over a month and they refuse refunds also. This is a joke of a place that does nothing but rip people off. I refuse to ever do business with them again. I would have been better off giving my girlfriend cash than dealing with these people. I hope others see my review and realize what a crock they are on these gift certificates before others waste their hard earned money like I did. They suck as human beings and are all about greed.

Best massage, hands down from Jay!!! He has magical hands!!!! I’ve been to a lot of massage therapist and he has been the best, no doubt!!! He worked on the areas I told him needed work and had chills running down my back! It was the type of massage I’ve always longed for!!

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I went here Saturday with a bridal party. I had my hair, makeup, and nails done. My nails arent terrible, but if you really look at them youll notice that there isnt polish on my entire nail, and the woman, I believe her name was Amy, didnt do a great job of cleaning polish off of my cuticles. Next was hair. I cant remember the ladys name who did my hair, but she was very sweet and did her best to give me what I asked for, but it just wasnt at all what I wanted. I wanted loose curls and waves, and she used a straightener on my hair, which took away any kind of volume I had; I also wanted two braids on both sides of my head that met in the back and turned into one braid. Instead I got two separate braids that were then stacked and not securely pinned to the back of my head. I spoke up when I didnt like something, but after pointing out a few things I was over it. Lastly, my makeup was also done by Amy who did my nails. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I told her before she started that I didnt want a full face of makeup; I wanted minimal makeup. I wanted a very natural look. When she began to put primer on my face I noticed that it looked more like foundation, but I waited until she was done to see how it looked. She warned me that it was going to feel like she was putting a lot of makeup on me, but it was just primer. It was not primer. It was 100% foundation, and she even said that it was foundation when I told her that I didnt want that. She took the foundation off of my face and neck and asked if a tinted moisturizer was okay. I said that that would be fine; she again put foundation on my face and neck, and it wasnt even the right shade for my skin tone. She wasnt very friendly either after I complained. Anyway, I asked for eyeliner; she put a thick line of eyeliner on my eyelid, so I asked if she could make it thinner. When she fixed it, it just looked smudged and gross. Next, she put blush and lipstick on me. Both shades were not for me. Needless to say, I went to Walgreens after and bought makeup wipes. It took four wipes to get my minimal make up off of my face and neck. As for my hair, I got someone else in the bridal party to curl it once we got to the venue. I spent $141.60 at this place. Price breakdown: hair $55; makeup $30; nails (shellac) $35; 20% tip $21.60. It was a huge waste and such a disappointment. Nouveau really needs to reevaluate their skills, and if a staff member cant provide A+ service in this or that area, then they shouldnt be performing that service.

This is my favorite salon and spa in Mobile. They do amazing massages and facials, but also nails and hair. They do it all! And all so well. I’ve since moved to Fairhope but still make the 40 minute drive to Nouveau for massages and facials.

Quaint spa. Wonderful and relaxing. Beautiful, warm and calming decor.Cherrish was a wonderful therapist and did a fabulous scrub and massage. The handmade scrub was delightful. Chocolate and brown sugar- perfectly blended.Matil Facial was an excellent choice by Jennifer. She took great care of my skin and gave valid recommendations for the future.Receptionist was friendly and welcoming.Overall 5 stars easily!!!

Staying in town for one night and decided to get a last min massage. Beautiful establishment. Very welcoming and friendly staff. And a wonderful massage. Next time I’m in town, I will definitely be coming back!

I am sadly losing my hair.... but they make what’s left look amazing. Jamie, in particular, is an artist comparable to Michelangelo. The whole experience makes me feel like I could be the emperor of a nation. Maybe not a large one but someplace nice... like Luxemburg perhaps. If you have some free time, or even if you don’t, TREAT YO SELF to an appointment at the best salon and spa in the free world.

Theres plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot when you walk inside its a calming environment its relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly and respectful. Looking forward to another relaxing massage.

My wife hunter has been there twice for highlights with Luanda and mallory and has come home laughing and smiling both times , deff will refer others here and she will be going back for more from these amazing women!

My last experience was with katie. she colored, trimmed and gave me the keratin treatment. it looked really good after it was done. she is a great stylist!

Very rude and unprofessional. I used to come here quite often, not anymore. I’d rather spend more for a better experience where I’m not hung up on or dismissed so the staff can laugh and play in the back instead of doing my hair.

Loved this place gave four star only because I couldn’t get everything I wanted done that day but the massage was amazing will definitely be back!!!

Went in for a wash & blowout, the girl that did my hair didn’t know how to blow dry hair! It was crazy. My hair looked horrible when I left. I’m thankful I didn’t get a haircut!
