The very BEST in customer service and will even try to order what you are looking for! They are knowledgeable about everything I was looking for! When I had gone to Up N Smoke and asked for an item the guy had no clue what I was talking about and was rude to the point that his TV show was more important!! Yall want to be treated well go see the guys at BLAZE! They know their stuff and super helpful and great! The prices are exceptional also!! They are MY go to STOP for all my smoke needs!!

Chad helped my husband find the perfect replacement for a vape with discontinued parts. He is very knowledgeable in respect to the products. Chad went above and beyond searching for the parts before suggesting another model. Overall, the experience was top notch. He has gained a lifelong customer who will advertise at every opportunity.

Only vape store in the area that opens at 8. I drive all the way there just for there to be a crude cardboard sign. “Be back later”. Multiple people in parking lot waiting. Lost over $100 the first 10 minutes being open. New business already losing customers.
