Honestly wish i could leave negative stars or no stars at all.Place sells defective products and does NOT stand by their merch nor their customers, if your looking for a shop to be loyal to, find a different one.You can be a bad shop, you can have subpar products but also having horrible customer service and retention is just a show of laziness on the shops/employees end

This is my go to vape shop. They have a huge selection of different flavors and mods. But the stand out part of the shop are the employees who work there. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If I have questions about a certain mod or looking for a certain type of juice they know it all. I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now and have enjoy every second of it. I don’t remember all their names but I do know Brendan and Daedae. All of them are great guys and fanatics employees.

Had a bad experience 8+ years ago; HOWEVER, WENT BACK SEVRAL MONTHS AGO....Since my return I must say love the place and people! Seriously the most experienced & knowledgeable group of guys I know. All the guys are experts in their fields. There is a coil making master, an e-juice connoisseur and a MOD (Device/rig) encyclopedia. Everyone there is fully capable to help you find just what u need. THEY ARE ALSO THE BEST PRICED BUSINESS AND HAVE THE BEST OVERALL QUALITY/BRANDED PRODUCTS.

I dont live in the area but I work in the area, when I broke my reservoir with no back up start calling around like a mad man. I think I found my place to go when in a pinch. Usually buy online because of prices and this place comes very close to what I pay online. No pressure from staff on which vape would be best for me just laid out what the specs were and made my decision. Thank you!

One of the best vape shops in Moreno Valley area! The guys working here are cool and helpful! Outstanding customer service whether your new to vaping or not they explain and breakdown everything you need to know about it this is my new spot to shop! Unlike smokeshops these guys stick to vapes only! So super reliable and great customer service!

Love it here. Everyone is super friendly. They great you as soon as you walk in the door, theyre really helpful and knowledgable. Be sure to come in on the holidays. Cant tell you how many times Ive walked in to get a single coil and they hit me with, Okay and after the 15% discount that we have bc of labor day it comes to..... and then I buy a whole pack because.....well theyre one sale! Love this spot!

Ray was super helpful. I’m not a huge vape guy, it was the only thing that got me off cigarettes six years ago. He helped me figure out the device I purchased and helped me set it up to what was best for my usage. Felt super comfortable, as I always do, visiting this spot. Thanks again Ray!

Best vape shop in Moreno Valley by far. My personal favorite that Ive ever been to. They are very accommodating and have a great selection of juice. They have everything you could possibly want and I love the place. They even know what I want the moment I walk in the door so yes you could say its a great vape shop.

Remarkably friendly. They he,lped troubleshoot my starter kit without any snobbery or noob bashing. To be honest, I ended up walking away after having spent about 50% more than Id planned to, and still felt pretty great about the experience.Good taste in music, which is played at a music lovers volume. Plenty of vapor in the air, but not a vapor cave. They have good testers, a staggering variety of juices, and employees who are 100% knowledgeable in the equipment they sell.

My go-to vape shop. The people here are friendly and quite helpful. I ask questions every time, try new flavors and they are always kind! Large range of liquids and a nice range of hardware! Only wish it was in a better shopping mall. Its a great shop and deserves to be easier to see and access.

Awesome place to buy mods and tanks. They have pretty good deals on some holidays. All the employees are nice they will go out of their way to help u and the owner is pretty nice too. If u want good quality and good service Come to epik vape they never disappoint.

Great service! Went in a few weeks ago to purchase batteries for my new mod that I purchased online. Even though I didnt purchase my mod OR juice from them they still set it up for me. Highly reccomend!

Been coming here for the last year n half. Best shop Ive ever been to, best service, best prices, best staff. The owners are amazing, Ive never seen owners so active with the customers. I wont go anywhere else.

Epik Vape is as good as it gets. Dont waste your time anywhere else. The staff was knowledgeable, the builder greeted me when I came in and so did the gentleman who helped me. I wouldnt go to a tattoo shop and ask them for a tattoo needle hoping they wouldnt ask for I.d. if I looked 12.....

I have been to this location twice All of the employees greeted me and helped when I had questions. They have a great selection of products. I paid a fair price and left happy with my purchase. I will go back.

Gotta say, as a newbie at vaping I was kinda skeptical I was going to get ripped off and pay alot more here than I would from buying online but to my surprise the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Theyre prices where extraordinary! I thought since it was a local business I would get prices ridiculously higher than if I wouldve ordered the same products online, but nope! theyre prices matched the cheapest online product I could find with none of that BS of having to pay shipping and waiting for it to come in!I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their vaping fix!

Really good selection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some of the shops in moval really dont know vape. These guys do.Only complaint is they dropped smok items except for the coils.

Gotta say Cody is awesome!!This is an great place to do business in MoVal. Theyve got tanks, batteries, juice, accessories, total rigs to seperate and matched sets. You can sample juices. They have lots of variety, nicotine strengths from zero to 18. They also have a small nominal fee for the tasting but its like a buck or less. I have been coming to EPIK since it first opened. I have watched it grow into the shop it is today,and EPIK is not done growing and getting even better.With mods, builds, tanks, batteries and juices changing as they have over the years, owners and staff need to stay knowledgeable and up to date, while being able to maintain older favorites.EPIK does this well. They try to be accommodating and flexible to customer needs within reason, and will bend over backwards to help folks are seriously interested in vaping of any level.Juices are high end, and many popular names as well as some older flavors remain in Stock.Customer service is friendly and helpful.Prices are competitive and generally, high end juice tends to have a decent price point, even with the recent FDA craziness.

Love this place and never busy, but staff is very cool. I would come here for all your vape needs, prices arent to cheap but they have all sorts of vape products.

This vape shop is the best in moval. They have a huge supply of juices and helped me with my first mechanical mod, rda, battery and charger. They really take care of you here and they even built me some dual micro coils to start off :) The staff is very friendly I recommend this shop :)

Epik has been my vape shop since they opened. Very helpful & knowledgeable. They have a TON of different liquids whereas some shops have more merchandise then actual vape supplies. Will never go anywhere else as long as they are open!

Never bought nor owned a vape, I had a mod box and went in today and they hooked me up with discounts and all the stuff I needed to start vaping. Easy instructions and the service was outstanding! Thank you guys very much for getting me started. Ill see you guys for my next fill up.

Nice place if you like to vape but i stop going there because they didnt carry my flavors. Thats the only reason for -1 star but it a comfortable place with nice staff ,flavor testing if you want to try something new.

You will keep coming to Epik Vape because of the people. Honestly, you can get your vaping equipment and supplies anywhere, literally, via the internet. But try getting a question answered the same way. Or tasting the latest flavor, or having your assembly diagnosed and repaired so it hits better than ever. It is not the store, it is the staff at Epik Vape that have kept me coming back. These are people that recognize you on sight as you enter the store, often remembering your favorite vaping flavor. And they are specialists. Whether you are just starting out, or are a seasoned Vapist, the staff here know what the f**k they are doing. Their equipment recommendations have always been spot on for me, and that alone should make them your first and only choice for all of your vaping needs in the Inland Empire.

Super chill and friendly staff, loads of juices to choose from. Also have a pretty good points system going on which nets you great discounts. Only vape shop I go to now.

I had seen that a new vape shop had opened near me recently and I was extremely happy to know I wouldnt have to drive to university anymore. Apon entering it was very nice but only had one customer and two employees. As I looked around I was intimidated by the man behind the counter who looked very cross and asked what I wanted. I told him I would like to buy some Kanthal. Then this is where It gets weird. They carded me. They carded me to buy kanthal resistance wire. As soon as they said this I walked out and left. I will not be going back there again and am very disappointed with it.

Ive gone to a couple other vape shops in the area and this one by far has the best selection of juices and best customer service! My goto store was ecig city off university which was great but unless you where one of the staffs friends you wouldnt get any recognition or acknowledgement...pretty sad but EPiK vape is now me n my friends #1 place to go!

Cool shop, friendly staff always eager to help. They dont always have the exact product Im looking for in stock but generally have a great suggestion as an alternative.
