Had a great first experience - got my hair cut and eyebrows waxed by Holly and she did a fantastic job!! The front part of their store has a lot of cute jewelry and gift ideas, too!

STOX & CO is fabulous. I called last minute to get my Fiancé an appointment to get dolled up before we went out. Sara rockstarred her hair and came out glowing. Great atmosphere, results, and reasonable pricing. She leaves it, thats what counts.

(Please see edit) I went to this salon per a friend’s recommendation. Kayla was the stylist that worked on my hair. I got a haircut and balayage. The haircut was fine and average. The balayage was absolutely horrible and looked nothing like the photos I showed her that I wanted prior to her working on my hair. I was embarrassed to go in public it was so bad. I called the salon to complain and Kayla was supposed to reach out to set up a time to fix my hair. She did reach out but gave me only one time option and I let her know it was not a time that worked for me. I never heard back from her to find a different time which is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous considering the amount of money I paid. I am extremely unhappy with how service is conducted at this salon. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will not be back.Edit: The owner Susan reached out after seeing my review and was extremely apologetic and committed to fixing the issue. She promptly setup a new appointment time and fixed my hair herself. It now looks exactly like I wanted! Susan also went the extra mile to compensate me for the trouble. Overall, I am pleased with the result and how this was handled once it got into the right hands. A big thank you to Susan and her awesome customer service!

At this point, I wait for haircuts and color until I come home to Mt. Pleasant so that I can go to STOX. Sam is wonderful, and the dye brand that she and some of the other stylists use is gorgeous. Like, compliments from strangers and lasts forever, gorgeous.I also really appreciate that their front desk/phone staff are not only extremely friendly and patient, but also super knowledgable about the system they use, each stylist, and the products used in the salon. Highly recommend.

This salon is fabulous! The front desk is super friendly, the salon is beautifully decorated and super clean. Samantha was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job. She listened and gave me exactly the hair cut that I asked for.

We moved from New England and I had my routine there, including hair. It might seem silly, but I just wanted to continue to have a great stylist similar to that Id become accustomed. I really hit the jackpot when I found Stox and found Samantha, by some miracle. A few years have gone by and it has been a flawless transition. She is a supreme listener, amazing stylist, and very qualified to help with specific color issues or other hair worries. I highly recommend Stox for professional, timely and safe (even during Covid) services.

After a few years with a stylist at another salon I was ready for a change.I poured over Google reviews and chose Stox. The appointment person (Becca) was very confident that Samantha would be the person that I should see (she was totally on target). Samantha is great at what she does. Another positive is that the space is beautiful without being pretentious. My new salon home!

Megan B mostly summed up our experience here at Stox & Co (please read her review below!) but I will say it again - this place is amazing! We came for a Bachelorette Spa Day and we were basically the neediest group - we had some scheduling changes and additional service requests, PLUS they had technicians out sick - but Becca made everything happen with a smile on her face and a professional attitude! She is the perfect receptionist to be at the forefront of this business. We all felt so pampered and accommodated. We got to lounge in the spa area in robes while the other girls got their massages and pedicures, they had hot tea as well as water for us, and we brought our own mimosas. I had a 60-minute massage from Kevin and it was the best massage Ive ever gotten. He is clearly very knowledgeable and talented at what he does. Stox & Co also has a great shop in the lobby full of hair and face products and jewelry! Overall - a great experience - we could not have been more pleased. If I ever come back to Charleston this will be on my list to revisit!

Wow! Holly gave me such an incredible hearcut and I felt pamered throughout the entire experience. Im obsessed with the end result and Im happy to make this my go to hair salon. The staff was kind and accommodating!

After weeks in PT for neck and upper back issues that have not been resolved I finally made an appointment for a massage. Rhonda is amazing!! Her hands are golden. She honed right in on the problem areas and got to work! Id be remiss if I didnt mention how amazing the spa is too. It was my second visit to Stox & Co. and I am a fan for life! Thanks for a great experience!

The MOST stellar experience I’ve had at a spa. A group of 8 friends and I went to this spa while on a bachelorette party (which was a fantastic idea btw). We were not an easy group to please. Some of the ladies changed the services they wanted the day of. We also had a sick member of the group and it threw off the schedule they had set for us. We also brought champagne and wanted a full experience blah blah. We were absolutely “those girls.” At some point we found out they were short staffed for us due to a few employees having the flu. However, every person who worked at the spa accommodated us to perfection. We were asking for things that they truly did not need to accommodate, and they didn’t even flinch. Not only that, but they made every. Single. Thing. we wanted happen. Becca was the front desk attendant who was helping us with basically everything. I could not be more impressed with her. She was so fantastic with us. I own a business and I would DIE to have employees that are as composed, professional and kind as she is. What an angel she was. But honestly, every person we encountered here was A plus and their services were stellar too. The place was adorable, clean, amazing services, the softest robes, great prices, the whole 9 yards. If you’re looking for a spa or an experience for a day, don’t go anywhere else because there is no possible way on earth you will have these kind of people helping you or have an overall experience like this. Thank you Becca and the whole team!!

The Stox & Co staff gals are always present and sweet. We love walking into this relaxing setting...theyve made a small shop in the front that is full of elegant, trendy jewelry and accessories; even if not enjoying their salon, we recommend a stop in to just look around.- xo Grit and Grace Fam

Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. They also offer Aveda products which is a huge plus in my book.
