I’ve been receiving bodywork from Gudrun for the past 3 years and at age 60, I am amazed with the results with chronic pain and longstanding issues I have had with my neck, shoulder and hips. Prior to seeing Gudrun I was unable to sleep through the night and I lived daily with dull aches and pain and poor muscle recovery from workouts. AMAZING.. cannot overstate how amazing Gudrun is at assessing your specific imbalances and treating them effectively. I’ve had chronic pain issues for almost 17 years now, and as a 29 year old former collegiate athlete I was pretty confident that I had experienced almost all varieties of treatments over the years.. until I had my first session with Gudrun. She is extremely skilled, mindful of your past and current pain points, and the BEST professional I’ve ever encountered regarding postural assessment and correction. She will be my go-to person for years to come regarding corrective therapy for my posture, nervous system issues, and overall pain management. I am pretty active, I usually see her prior to running a 50k (31 miles). Each time I see her, I complete the event... regardless of how difficult the task and I really believe that it is the massage before the event that is the difference! She is worth every dollar spent!! What are you waiting for!?

My daughter has been getting sports massages every two weeks for a couple yesrs. Not only are the massages effective the atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing. You couldnt ask for better professionals.
