Fantastic shop and amazing customer service. I’ve had many good experiences here but today took the cake. I bought a vape that I’ve gotten there many times (they order them per my request actually!) and when I got home and filled it up the pod started leaking like crazy. I brought it back to show them and talk about what might be a good solution, and without skipping a beat they opened a brand new pack of pods, filled one with their own personal juice bottle (after making sure I’d like the flavor) and waited a bit to be sure it wouldn’t leak and let me hit it a few times to be sure all was well. And then they gave me the second pod out of the pack free of charge since they couldn’t sell it opened anyways. Absolutely love this store and will forever be grateful that a place like this opened up in Mount Pleasant

Bought a vape pen. Charger does not work. They refuse to exchange. Product has not been used.
