This store has a great vibe, great products and Sabrina was very knowledgeable of all the products in the store. Will definitely be going back again.

If you hand someone a box and tell them you need those coils you would think they would actually grab the correct ones nope not here wrong coils and wouldnt exchange them even tho it was clearly their fault and the boxes dont even look the same Ill never do business with another vapor maven in this country its kinda messed up the girl encourages you to open bottles of liquid and smell them then puts them right back on the shelf but cant exchange sealed coils hmmmmm

Ive come to this place, 3 seperate times at 3 locations. every time, i ask for the best selling kratom, and go with that, as most shops will lead you to what people buy, and not what they want to sell, because theres so much bad kratom out there. every single time they have lead me wrong. idk if its to their brand or what., but the kratom is absolutely terrible. people think its good? wow. go try anything else. i dare ya. i specified at this location last time that i wanted toi avoid kratom that wasnt very good, and asked for what everybody is buying in mass, every shop has a brand like that. well, ive ended up in withdrawal every time because their kratom is that bad. dont waste the money. as for the shop, it may be good, but they dont seem honest to me. ive never had this issue before.

Just moved back to town recently and found my ppl. HANDS DOWN - Best customer service still from my last visit! Super informative and super knowledgeable without making one feel stupid.🫠 Store manager and staff are PREMO! The staff is always working when we walk in and the store is always clean. We will usually go in the mornings and we usually deal with Sabrina and she is ONE of a kind!!! I’ve met the staff and they’re the bomb too - Tyler, Kyle & Troy I believe. Whatever you’re paying them - pay them more!!! 👌

I dont know the young ladys name that helped me on the phone today (around noon on 4/22/22), but she was extremely helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to ensure that I didnt drive the 30 miles to the store for the wrong thing.I hope that her manager/owner sees this and gives her a raise or at the very least tells her that she is appreciated. Its rare to get that type of customer service these days. I will definitely be coming back to make more purchases there.

Open sign on, 10:30 AM, and can see an employee inside but the door is locked and the phones are turned off. Call to check and it is busy or disconnected. What a shame.

They dont ever have what Im looking for so I will NOT be back in there!

Usually I would recommend going to here but seems later that it has gone downhill even more to the point I’ll be doing my research to find a new place to get my kratom. Today I went in to get some kratom and all three employees and manager were there. The manager was looking for a product guessing for a special order, the others were behind the counter. I normally get the tusk 275ct because you get more for your money. The last two times I have been in there to get it, it was behind the counter. So today when I asked the female employee, who is 7 in 10 times rude, said “ No, if we did it would be next to the other one.”. Now mind you kratom isn’t cheap but a better response like the other two normally will say is “ no I’m sorry we are out”. But to have the manager right there and you are rude to a customer? That just shows what will happen when the manager isn’t there 🤷‍♂️.

Always knowledgeable and friendly. They dont push higher priced mdse like other stores in vicinity.

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this shop. Their customer service is unmatched and their prices are fair. I had been pretty loyal to a different place for quite some time, but the atmosphere and kind vibes at Vapor Maven are *chefs kiss*Also, their loyalty program/rewards are a great incentive on top of their already reasonable prices, and its worth mentioning. Will be heading here for all my vape/herbal medicine/glass needs in the future. Thank you for being so great!

Best vapor shop in town. Friendly, helpful, best prices and selection. Also a little more than just a vape shop, they have Kraton, CBD, and all the legal alternative herbs and detox drinks as well as anything you would need in ways of smoking supplies. Go here not the other places on the strip. Youll be glad. *****

Very unprofessional employees. Had to actively ask for help then they had no real vape knowledge. Much better options in town. This store needs a complete overhaul of employees to turn it around!

The dayshift staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I can always call on the manager to help me find anything I’m looking for and give me a great experience in her shop!

They have an AWESOME selection of whatever you can think of, vape related! The staff is super helpful and they do know their products very well! My only complaint is that they do tend to hover, A LOT!! We usually spend a good amount of time just looking at everything when we go, and we always spend quite a bit of money!! But, during this visit, everytime we picked something out, she would get it, and then say, Ok!! Are you ready?! Over and over! Im not trying to be hasty, but, Not only did it make it uncomfortable, it was annoying!!So, we just paid out and we left! We spent $125. But we werent even close to being done! Basically, you ran your customers off, (and that cant be good for business)! Next time, just stand back a bit and give customers some time to look!! They will let you know when they are done!

Bought a flo vape for $25 that stopped working the same night. I woke up in the morning and overnight it leaked liquid all over my table. When I went back the next day the same lady was working and said she couldn’t replace it. So I’m out $25.

I have a complaint about Kyle, I’ve been to the shop a few times, nice shop, anyways every time I come in when kyles working he’s either on his phone or in the back playing his game. And his customer service? Don’t get me started.When I walked in the door I was not greeted and the music was blaring, he answered me with 1 word answers and didn’t seem to care about my satisfaction with my visit.

I called to see what time they closed, and 8 pm was the answer. I got there at 620 pm. The sign says open, but the door is locked, and the lights are off

Walked in I had to greet the two lady’s working seem like them didn’t even wanna say hello to me . I walk to the back of the store to look for something specific and they did not ask if I needed help . They let me walk out the store without acknowledging a customer Poor business 👎🏻

Every time I order ejuice online, they either send me the wrong item or I end up waiting a month for it to ship to save a few dollars. This vape shop has a giant selection of ejuice, hardware, kratom, and cbd products. I only needed ejuice today and was in a hurry. After I described the flavor I was looking for, both ladies made recommendations and I was able to find the exact taste and nicotine level I was looking for, and was in and out in about 5 minutes. In the future, Ill spend a few extra dollars to get my ejuice and hardware when I need it, skip the insane shipping fees, and spend my money locally.

Bought a 3000 puff vape and it stopped working before the transaction even processed in my bank account, cant get a replacement or a discount for a new one. A 3000 hit vape lasts me almost 4 weeks. Dont waste your hard earned money here.

I like this vape shop alot, they are new but have a very wide variety of vape juices and hardware. I dont have any complaints as of yet. The employee Lucy is very nice and cool aswell, all the employees ive met are very nice and helpful to me!

Love the place! So much to choose from they have a lot of premium juices! It’s very handy to have and not have to drive a long way to get ! The girl there Lucy is nice and friendly!

I think its funny how you call yourself a vape shop but dont have replacement glass for most of the tanks you carry like I have a hellvape fat rabbit tank and that glass was dropped and broke its been 9 months already and still havent been able to get a replacement glass for my tank if this place cant get there head straight they shouldnt be in business the employees are great with customers its the warehouse that needs to get better or find some other people that actually know how to do there job right
