Boyfriend and I don’t drink but went here to dance and play some pool for my birthday. We had a good time and staff was very friendly and respectful of us not wishing to drink. The singer of the night talked with us a bit as well and commented on our dancing (I took ballroom and have been teaching boyfriend how to dance) it was a $5 entry fee for the night. You’ll want to bring $1 bills or three bills or so worth of quarters to play pool: billards.They also still have dart boards if ur interested and plenty of seating.The only down side of our Saturday Night is that there just wasn’t hardly anyone there though we went 7-9pm which could have been why.

Went for the New Year party once and it was a good time. Went again recently and was charged $5 cover for ladies night. There was maybe 20 people in the building. Bar didnt have the ability to make the most basic of mixed drinks (old fashioned). Settled for a shot of rum ($11). Left 5 minutes later.Buyers remorse for sure. Dont go if theres not a show. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was a nice birthday for me out loved the new changes now called The Oasis.

Great music, food, and atmosphere! We had the cheeseburger and quesadilla. It was amazing! Not your typical bar food. Enjoyed the live band. The DJ kept it going during their breaks allowing guests to continue dancing. Great place to hang out and enjoy an evening.

Great vibes, love that they have a dance floor, wish more people would get out and dance!! Lol drinks are overpriced, but if you pregame its okay. I know they wont like that but its reality, 8 dollars for a shot is insane, 14 dollars for a drink is INSANE. But other than that the place is great.

Saw a concert here and it was a great time! Plenty of dancing space, theres pool tables, plenty of seats with tables and theres also food made here. Smoking area out front, vaping is aloud inside, just make sure to bring everything in bc you cant go back to your car once youre inside. (Made this mistake on my first visit lol)

We are new to the Mountain Home area, but the friendly atmosphere and excellent events will keep us coming back. The lacs and demon Jones was incredibleThe crowd was so friendly and Kayla our waitress was so welcoming she made us feel as if we belonged. Thank you Oasis, Kayla and the lacs. On a personal note the Lacs were well worth the ten years it took me to be able to see them

This was our first time at Oasis. We were there early so it wasnt busy, but it is a clean and welcoming place. The owner is super nice and helpful! Love the idea of live music with food and drinks. We purchased tickets to two upcoming concerts! Looking forward to spending more time at the Oasis!!!

Its a pretty nice bar the bands are usually different each Friday and Saturday night and most of the time theyre not that good. But it is kind of fun to visit with people that you know or you can get to know and have a few drinks

Had a lovely time am in from Florida, this place has great lighting, good music, staff was very friendly, security was amazing, great food, bartenders were beautiful, and i didnt wait long to be serviced. Shot glasses were a little small could use bigger ones. I recommend this place and i will be back. Although the woman at the door was rough looking and intimidating not welcoming at all. If i wouldnt have come with people who knew the place i would of left before entering she was not inviting at all for a door girl no smile on here face at all. But other then that ill be back.

OK...seen a lot of good reviews and some bad..thats normal..cant please everybody..i am currently trying to get my band KICKIN KOUNTRY back in to the Royal...bringing back good country music and dancing!!

We really enjoyed getting out and going to the Oasis, the band was off the charts,,Demun Jones and well worth the money,, very friendly staff and a pretty good drink selection 😁 already have tickets for the next concert

First impression in two words..... Dirty, Dark . I was afraid to touch anything. The live music was great! Plenty of room for the band and lots of room for the spectators. Another positive (and unfortunately a negative too) Is they are open late.( Cops tend to linger around being the negative.) Bathrooms looked like it was falling apart, weird policies and bouncers everywhere. Prices were a little high but it was to be expected for drinks. Staff was a bit awkward but nice. Anther positive is they had pool tables.... But better bring your own stick and your level. 😂

I was given a heads up before going as I was from out of town City Folk. Well, be that as it may I wish people here in the city would act as nice as people did here.It wasnt that busy and had just enough fun for this guy. Lots of pool tables (nice) and plenty of room. Large dance floor. Met the owner and some regs. Bartender was extremely nice. I wish I remembered her name but again, perhaps bartender here in the city should take a few lessons from ya!

Paid a cover charge just to enter a dingy building and pay for overpriced mixed drinks.The staff was a mixed bag, some being great and others just being plain stupid.Id rather spend money at the liquor store and drink alone than go here again.Anyone who says this is a great bar obviously hasnt been to a real bar outside of town.

Definitely 40s and older before 11pm .Drinks are under poured. This coming from a bartender of 4 years. I only quit bartending after moving to another state for different job.

Honestly its not a bad place but it is a bar. I dont personally care for the majority of live music but requesting a personal song is pretty cool. The major events are fun, of course expect trouble if bring your spouse or gf/bf. The staff is very friendly and they do make sure you get home safely if you had to much to drink.

New owners. First time back in 2 years. Owners are very inviting. We need more hip-hop for the younger crowd. Being the size that it is, it has so much potential.

Great place to hang out. Seen a live band (Deamon Jones) when I went. Food isnt bad and the beer is cold.

Went to see Texas Hippie Coalition. What an intimate experience to see a band. Beer prices were reasonable and service was good.

Best bar ever! The bartenders are super kind and the burgers are amazing even the security is cool. My favorite is the security guy with the switchblade tattoo on his face. Will definitely be back

This place was by far hands down the best place we have been to they made special accommodations for my family during the Struggle Concert will definitely be back... Thank you again to the owners if they see this🙏🙏

Ive been there twice now for concerts which were both good staff was awesome I just wish they had zero sugar soda not a complaint just a preference

Nice venue. The concert was great! Only one downside is how they do the bar service. Inefficient and time-consuming.

Brie Justice the manager is wonderful with very big heart. Go there for great food and Safe place to go have a cocktail and get home safely in cab if necessary. They make sure you Do Not Drive DRUNK. They care that much.

Big place, very roomy, it was a cool night, with the only time i had to go to their open-mic thursday session, but for me there wasnt enough time to see more than one performance.He was awesome though, and the sound stage was nice and clear, but cant say much more till i get another chance, and a little more time and maybe even a couple songs in of my own.I should say that it looked like they had it going on, with more than I could visually see, within other areas not being used that night so....Well see...One thing..I saw a lot of cowboy hats so wasnt sure if it was just coincidence, or if I need to buy a new hat now.Nahhhh..

They have live bands playing just about every weekend, the food there is phenomenal, and its clean. Great atmosphere and awesome employees.

I love this place because my band under the influence will be there sooner or later and the owner is great with people and he knows how to run a business. That business has improved 100% since that new owner took overim thinking that he took over 8 years ago maybe anyway that is one hell of a damn place and one hell of a damn get-togethers like family. Also Brendas Cafe great food and some good old Pickin and a grinnin with the good old boys.

The owner seems like a real nice guy. I went there one night and got carded and so was my wife, we are over 65. Then when I get in the place I found a girl 18 years old that they let in. It turned out her father is a bar fly there. It is hippcritacl to run a strict enforcement of the law and oviously breaking it for a regular.

Really good venue. Clean, lots of space, great music and sound. Staff was friendly that I encountered.

Very upset about the miscommunication between employees and owner. Friend has been banned for the last year and a half for admittedly being out of line. Have seen james forgive many people throughout time so I don’t understand and will never understand if someone asks for forgiveness and understanding and admits they were immature, how james can keep rejecting them. Ultimately I will stop doing any business at the Royal and will not recommend anyone go there. I have seen james forgive people for a lot more, the only thing left to believe is that the owner had a personal vendetta. Truly unfortunate because the Royal could be so much more... good thing rapps came along

Fine place for adult beverages and billiards. Live music occasionally.

A real good place to go play some pool and James always has something going on Live bands or even a Mechanical bull. And Georgette will put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door

Place is night and day under the new owner. Relaxed great staff good bands and no smoke. Covers are reasonable

Ever seen the movie road house?The architecture will remind you of the double deuce. Its not a rough place the bartenders stay busy . Lots of long necks on the tables and pool tournament at 7 on Thursdays.

Good place to go and have fun dance and relax. The owner bar tenders and bouncer are very nice people. Really like going there on the weekends.

We usually have a blast everytime we go. Cool dance floor, live music, price on beer is fair-ish, $1.00 pool games.

Saw a band that was pretty good. Food was decent & bartender was ok. Pool tables were busy which was the main attraction.

600lb doorwoman, ridiculous security, bad coffee, dirty, unfriendly, myself and several others never going back. Employees have ruined it. Lost over 900$ in profit on new years wekend from us because of it..

Takes for ever to get any drinks yet bartender will look at you then go and talk to friends or flat out ignore you. Dont start a tab though because they will continue to upcharge the same drink everytime you get it.

Super fun!! The bartenders are great, and the patrons arent too bad, either. Karaoke gets wild sometimes!

I miss this place I used to come here a lot before my son was born now it doesnt seem to be so busy when I go but the service has been very great and the girls that are working are very beautiful and nice!!!

I have fun everytime I go here. 4/5 because I dont like that theirs only curtains for the bathrooms & not an outside patio do smoke/hangout on.

Great people usually great music is slightly more expensive than other bars but better food better alcohol selection evens it out very happy
