I have had nothing but stellar service from everyone here. So courteous and helpful. I have been seeing David for my massages for about 2 years and he is amazing. Love the add ons as well~

Coco is the absolute best, I have a lower back injury that can be painful after massages. Only feel relief from this old injury after a session with Coco. Thank you Coco for your magic and will see you next week :)

Sophia was the therapist and it was the worst massage ever. Spent 15 minutes at the beginning just pressing all over the back side and down my legs. Asked to press harder when she started the massage but that was ignored. I felt like she was petting an animal as it was too light.Then she rubbed my face twice with 2 different oils and applied something to my lips. Totally ignored the areas I wanted her to focus on. 😢

The place is esthetically pleasing, the employees were kind and David (my masseuse) has great skill, unfortunately I would recommend not walking in and planning ahead as, even though I walked in around 10min before 6pm and the appointment was completed by 5:55pm, apparently David did not have a room ready to start at 6pm and the massage didnt start until approx. 6:15pm. It still ended at 7pm and I was still charged for the whole hour. Due to this, I did not leave a tip as my legs were left without much attention as well since (to my understanding) there was not enough time. The 1st 5min are alloted to changing then the massage 💆‍♀️ starts until the last 5min are also alloted to dressing back up so, the massage is 50min. I commend David for massaging until 7pm and am grateful for that and his great massage that really relaxed me and convinced me that it is worth coming back. I dont know if the time it took to get a room ready was because they dont have enough space to always leave an extra room ready at any time or if he was notified a little late or what happened but, next time I will plan ahead!😁 Xie Xie, David! 😊PS: You can always still try a walk-in, since this might have been a one-time issue. I believe no one should permanently judge a place by just one experience alone. Hope you love it and have a great massage. I recommend David for firm, yet kind massages that relax you and yet, still put the needed pressure to un-knot those pesky knots. 😝☺️

Angela was very good and very in tune with my experience. She saw the slightest move I made and knew that I was cold so she turned on the heated table and it was delightful!

My massage therapist, Wendy, gave me an amazing massage. She listened to my requests, and the place was clean.

Making appointments online is very easy and I always choose David as my therapist.

Updating my review because Coco is AMAZING and she alones elevates this location to 5 stars. Coco provides the absolute best deep tissue massage that I’ve ever had. In addition to her craft, she’s also so sweet and attentive to my needs. I’m usually a bit uncomfortable during massages because laying face down but with a large bust is awful. Coco makes sure I have the special pillow that helps. I am so grateful that I found her!Old review:I visited this location for the first time yesterday and I was really disappointed in my experience. I requested a deep tissue massage and even after asking for more pressure during the massage, I only received medium to firm pressure. As someone who knows what my body needs, this was frustrating and I found it hard to relax and even enjoy the massage. I’m sitting here the next day and I still have pain in my neck, shoulders and low back, which shouldn’t be the case the day after a massage.In addition to the disappointing massage, the person who checked me out didn’t even ask how my massage was. My checkout experience was somewhat awkward since they needed my card information and didn’t clearly communicate that. I didn’t understand why they needed to take my card and I couldn’t just use Apple Pay on the device that was right there. She just said they “took that away from me” whatever that meant.I usually go to one of three other Massage Envy locations based on availability and I’ve never had a bad experience. I also used to be a member in another state years ago. It’s disappointing that this location didn’t measure up to the same standards. I’ll give them two stars since my massage therapist was at least friendly and I think she actually tried. She just shouldn’t be listed as being able to offer deep tissue massage in their system.

Having been to so many Massage Envy locations across the US - this one is in the top 10% because of the staff. Front desk staff went out of their way to fit in and schedule (rarely have I seen this level of support). Very kind greeting and friendly atmosphere all around.The facility is standard fare (nice) and the session was on par with typical locations (good quality and professional).Note that member rates here are $10 higher than national average and you will pay differential from a lower cost home location (reasonable).Also note - For any massage at any business the table time (actual massage) is usually 10 minutes less than the session time (60 min, etc. ).

Had the best deep tissue massage ever ! Angela is so talented and I got such relief the way she massage me. I enjoyed every minute and wish I lived in the area to see her regularly !

Wow! I just received a great massage from Jose at the Massage Envy in Mountain View. I requested that he focus on my upper and mid-back area (where I have recently have been experiencing some discomfort). Jose spent a significant amount of time addressing the area and I felt great afterwards. Perfect amount of pressure and excellent flow with his hands. I also requested that he focus on my feet and he did a great job there was well. Jose is an exceptional therapist, great communication, very talented and caring. He’s the best!!!!!!

I got a 90 min massage from a Therapist called Bill. He is very professional and very kind and knowledgeable. He did deep tissue on me to take care of my problem area, yet, its did not hurt. I felt great relieve.His touch is very very mindful. I felt he is a true artist working on the body with ultimate care and kindness to make sure you feel relaxed and taken care of. He is the best!I was stressed out, and was not a happy person yesterday. I got a 90 min CBD massage from David. He was really good at addressing my super stiff neck and back. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage.I went back to work and was able to work through the rest of the day till 10 pm. My partner and I were disappointed with our massages. Not only did they cut 10 minutes off our time and the clocks were set incorrectly in the rooms (we arrived 10 minutes early as requested so they could start right on time), but we didn’t experience any relief from our massages. Both massages were poorly paced and felt rushed. The main area I wanted attention spent was barely touched. As for my partner, the pressure was very inconsistent— pressure on the back was good but everywhere else was much lighter.Price was quite high for the quality.

I had a disappointing experience at this massage salon on Sunday. My wife and I had made online appointments, but it seemed like our reservations werent acknowledged upon arrival. This gave us the impression that online requests arent being checked. Additionally, I had specifically chosen a particular masseur online, but someone else ended up doing the massage without any prior notice or explanation. Unfortunately, I didnt feel any relief or relaxation during or after the massage. In fact, I experienced increased lower back pain, which has persisted for the past 24 hours, started to take pain killers. It was a really bad experience

Coco is Amazing!! She addressed the whole body and covered areas I didn’t think I needed. I felt and still feel no pain or tightness in my body, and a lot is Sciatica, a stiff back an Ulnar Nerve Tunnel issue ( which is better! She ironed me out in a great way. I was experiencing really bad pain in the sacrum part of my back. The therapist really helped me! I’ve struggled with this pain for weeks. He was able to massage and stretch areas that made the soreness immediately better.

Coco is fantastic highly recommend. Last two visits requested essential oils at front desk at registration both times massage started without. Had to stop massage yesterday to get the oil. Frustrating to disrupt the peaceful start of the session.

I specifically go to David for my monthly massage and he is spectacular! Super detailed in technique and excellent in pace. He is very smooth in transitioning from targeted areas and not rushed.

I finally found the perfect therapist for my needs. I’m not telling you her name because she may not be perfect for what you want. That said, they will ask you questions to make sure you get one perfect for you!!

I had a facial done by April at this center. She is the best! She is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.

Nicely remodeled clinic !My massage preference is light-Medium with a focus on the scalp.Based on their pressure compatibility and recommendations, I tried Jing and Wendy. They were very consistent in their flow, communication and pressure. I added a stretch session with Wendy and really enjoyed her walking me through deep breathing and setting the tone for a maximized experience. I sit for long periods of time and It was just what my body needed to reset. Great therapists !

I love having David as my service provider. He always greets me with a smile, applies perfect pressure, making sure that I am always comfortable, and reminds me to drink water when we are finished. I love my monthly appointments.

I got a massage and a facial and it was fantastic! Everyone was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. It was so much relief to my hips, I didnt even realize how much/how long theyd been tense and in pain. And my face feels very healthy and dewy. It was so calming and pleasant to inhale the herbal essence infused steam and feel the warm / cool sensations on my face. Wish I could do this every week.

Customer service?I signed up for a 6 moth membership and can’t schedule an appointment… only at this location.A bit frustrating when I already locked with 6 month commitment.Will not recommend to anyone, look for better options… many

Coco, my massage therapist, did an excellent job

I have been here a few times, trying out different massage therapists and a aesthetician for massage and facial treatments. The place is clean and soothing. The staffs are friendly. I have a relaxed time every time so far I have gotten service here. Front desk has been helpful about my questions. One thing is they general don’t ask me what type of massage I want during the appointment. So I got whatever the therapist offered. I remember when I booked the appointments, they seemed indifferent on the type of massage I wanted. That is something I am not sure. It is different from what the brochure states.

Massage was good. But I only wanted massage on upper back shoulders and neck. I did tell her that but ended up with whole body massage. Also she worked hard one shoulder blade and I told her to stop because it hurt. And today it’s bruised. Unhappy with end result

Communication was excellent and Anne, the therapist, made sure I was comfortable and not in pain when working on my problems areas in my back. They obliged to my request for massage focus on my tender area and was helpful in easing my pain. Before massage even started Anne asked what areas I wanted focus on and said if I was too hot or pressure was too much all I had to do was let her know. Nice lady, professional and excellent masseuse.

The 1st time my son visited the Mountain View location, he loved it. He is a competitive athlete and his hamstrings and calf muscles get very tight. His massage therapist did a very good job of getting in there and loosening his legs up. This last visit, that did not happen. When I booked the appointment for my son (16 yr old), I was specific in what he needed. Not sure if this was conveyed to the massage therapist or not. Disappointed that we spent $140, & we didnt get the results we wanted.

This review is specifically for my massage therapist yesterday, David. Ive traveled a lot and had all kinds of massages over the years. David is definitely of my favorite massage therapists of all time. I like deep/firm massages but also highly appreciate when my therapist can use that pressure selectively and still accomplish a lot with more gentle strokes. David seemed to have a natural feel for the areas I needed attention in, and often read my mind with his areas of focus. Very much appreciated his aptitude and will definitely be back.

Mrs Wendy is amazing. She asks questions about problem areas and explains everything she will be doing. I have recommended her to my wife and she has recommended her to a coworker.

Amy was great here, I will definitely be coming back to see her! The rooms here are clean. The first time I came here the person at the front desk forgot to check me in and I waited about 15 minutes before asking about it, so I ended up with a 60 min massage instead of 90, but they just charged me for a 60 minute one. I think that was likely a rare occurrence though. Overall this place is clean and nice and I will be coming back.

My first experience there was fantastic. Wendy listened carefully to my needs. I had been rear ended in a car accident and tender, tight and/or in pain at a good part of day for nearly a month. She adjusted the massage accordingly and listened to how deep I needed in specific spots. I will definitely be back there and purchase a membership there ASAP!FOLLOW UP 2ND VISITI really like her friendliness and attentiveness to my needs. I have been getting massages over 20 years. When my massage therapist retired, my friend suggested Wendy. I know my body very well and give Wendy feedback as to how deep is too much or good. She accepts and follows my suggestions. My massage at Massage Envy was awesome. So relaxing! My usual masseuse is Coco and she is great, and customizes the massage to what areas you want to focus on. Friendly atmosphere and great service!

Amy is the best. She gets all the knots out of my body. She is gentle but the pressure is firm. I highly recommend Amy to anyone who wants to get healing from an injury.

Sandy gave me the best facial I have ever had. She was very skilled and I felt extremely relaxed. I loved the firm massage of my hands, arms, shoulders and neck. My face looked and felt amazing after the treatment. I would very highly recommend Sandy!!!

Excellent treatment by Jing as always. Jing is highly sought after for her work in the shoulder and back area. Do visit her if you have issues from long desk and computer work and get your back and neck back into perfect condition. Her skill and treatments are best in class.

I’ve been struggling to find a masseuse that works for me since I moved to the Bay area two years ago. Finally I have found one!! David listened to my needs regarding neck and shoulder pain, he then dedicated a large amount of time to this area and worked a ton of knots out. I will definitely be returning.

I was supposed to have a full body massage, several people confirmed but that’s not what happened. He only focused on my back. That was great work, but not what I arranged for. And I lost track of time or I would have said something. Also, he passed has a few times and that was awkward.

David was an excellent therapist who really took the time to listen to what my problem areas were, and then delivered 10-fold. Would highly recommend David at the Mountain View location! I feel so much better!

Very well run, great therapists. Front desk was efficient & easy. Natalie, the therapist, was very good, professionally addressing my calf issue. I suspect better than going to medical PT. My chronic calf cramping seems to be better or resolved: I need to keep doing this. Even my BP is suddenly much better, perhaps because of the massage.

Each time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. Wendy is an excellent massage therapist and gave the best massage I’ve had in Mountain View.

I was traveling and needed a massage very badly as I have herniated discs in my back and neck. I chose David as my therapist because he was listed as a deep tissue massage therapist. I require an actual deep tissue massage because of my injuries, and Davids pressure was not doing much for me. I would not consider what I received a deep tissue massage since it was more medium to light pressure. He also did not quite listen to what I was trying to tell him about the areas that bothered me (my injuries). It felt like he was going through a set sequence, and Im not quite sure if he understood what I was saying since English seemed to be his second language. His massages might be good for people who do not need a lot of pressure but I left still feeling stiff and in pain, and he could not get the majority of my knots. Also, I did not get the full 90-minute massage - he started the massage late and did not make up the time. The one positive aspect was the stretching but I still would not go back. If you need an actual deep tissue massage, I would not go here.

Very good.Covid precautions seem adequate (both masked). The massage itself was good - Ann found my usual problem areas in my back and uncovered some “new” needs in my hamstrings & calves. Thank you!

Coco (Chunyan) is an exceptional masseuse! She is a cut above the rest, b/c she is able to provide a good balance between needed pressure and relaxing comfort. Coco is a consistent, hard-worker who always listens to request, comments, and concerns. Coco is the BEST!

Had a really bad experience. I got charged for services that I didnt use even after I asked them to pause my account during covid. They reactivated it without my permission and automatically kept charging my credit card. Moreover they are asking for more payments to avoid losing all the accumulated credits. Also their customer service person was very rude and gave me a lecture about signing legal contracts!! Really the worse experience I have ever had with any business!!

The massage I had was excellent. No issues with that. The person who was scheduled to do my facial left me waiting over 10 minutes and proceeded to refer to me as “sir” 2 times. I am not male, do not identify as male, my file does not list me as male. I found her rude and insulting to misgender me multiple times. When I spoke up she was rude to me. Between calling me sir, and leaving me waiting with such poor communication I did not want a facial from someone so careless and disrespectful. I also found it concerning that she was about to provide treatment without reviewing my file. I will not go back to this location.

There was a little inconvenience w/ the masseuse not coming into work. They handled it very well. Amy, the masseuse I had, was incredible, and super attentive!

If you want a legit deep tissue massage to work the deep or chronic knots out, David is your guy. Focuses on areas requiring more attention. Feel rejuvenated and relaxed post massage. Implements great stretches to loosen muscles. Won’t see anyone else!

Wendy does a great job. I am so relaxed now! She gives the best massage and really knows how to unknot my trigger points. I always look forward to my monthly massage.

Staff was friendly, but my massage was a bit of a let down. Pressure was inconsistent and not to the degree I had requested. I suppose it was fine for the discounted first-time rate, but I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for it.

Ive been going here for monthly massages for years. I cant say enough great things about Maribel. She is very professional and very knowledgable. She takes pride in her work and really cares about her clients. Keep up the great work!

Update: 04/13/22As suggested by the owner Linda, I was asked to visit the Massage Envy location in Sunnyvale. I made an appointment weeks in advance for a microderm procedure just to be canceled again within 30 mins of my appointment. This company is a fraud and they are so quick to have you sign up for a membership but when it comes to delivery of service, they have no respect for your time and will cancel with no explanation. I have already contacted the owner Linda and have yet to hear a response back.——I’ve been to this location twice already. I like the location and the service enough to sign up for a membership. What I can’t get over is the constant cancellation from their end. I made an appointment for a custom facial for them to call me a fews days before to tell me it’s cancelled because their beautician is out for a week. Ok, understandable so I book an appointment for the following month.I was looking forward to another facial that I booked online a month ago and surprised (!) They canceled on me again. The reason this time is that the same beautician that canceled before, only works Monday to Wednesday. So, why wasn’t this updated on the appointment site so clients wouldn’t be able to book it? What’s really insulting is the lack of respect for other people’s time. If a client cancels or don’t show up, the client is required to pay a $50 fee. When the business cancels, it’s a “oops sorry.”

I fell down, hurting my shoulder. Holly was so instinctive of my sore muscles. I almost fell asleep.

This place is really great, worth the price. Coco is amazing and takes into consideration what you need. I have chronic pain and go in for a massage every month, knowing I will definitely get some relief. I highly recommend this place (and Coco).

The new Manager in the Mountain View location was not at all considerate about my current identity theft situation and security requests - and although my membership is at a different location took it upon herself to change my name and phone number in my file. Not at all helpful to keeping me feeling safe and secure!!

Massuse did not understand English ,It was a massage you receive at a foot massage place .With no foot massage .The manager was poorly groomed & Rude about my account was from out of state & I would have to pay more , but this time she was doing me a favor , A Favor ?? Why not tell your guests before ?No Thank you , Cancelling my account

Polly is incredible! She focuses on my problem areas and for the first time in a very long time I feel like it is actually improving after each session as opposed to just short term relief. I cannot recommend her enough!

My massage was great! David doesn’t waste anytime and always knows the exact amount of pressure that’s firm yet comfortable.

I almost always go for deep tissue. Wendy was great and was able to incorporate gentle relaxation with the pressure I was looking for. Will be back!

Ive been a member at this place for about three years. 95% Ive used my sessions for facials. The place is clean, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. Before starting the facial they always ask you what are your skin concerns for that day, they check how your skin looks that day and they recommend the best treatment for you. I try to go every month and I keep loving it. Just make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to avoid losing time for your session and if you cant make it for your apointment, you must cancel 24 hours prior or you will lose the money paid for it. I think it is very reasonable for a business owner point if view.

One of the better Massage Envy locations. Usually has less turnover so you can have the same massage therapist each time.

Jing is amazing — she helped me recover from frozen shoulder. She is the reason I have been a long-time member, but I also appreciate the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place.

I was in a car accident years ago so I have recurring neck and shoulder pain, and I have to say that since I started going to see Maribel I feel great for longer periods of time. I noticed the more massages I got the better I felt, Maribel has strong amazing hands that will leave you in awe.

What kind of business would do this? I happened to look at my credit card account and saw an automatic payment to them. What? I had been a member long ago and hadnt used the membership for 6 months. I said I want to cancel. They said I would lose the 6 massages I had built up, but I could suspend my membership and not lose them. This I did. 38 months ago. Then I forgot about it. 6 months later they started billing my card again without mentioning this to me, ever, for 32 MONTHS. That comes to $1,920. Sure, blame me for not paying attention to that credit card, but they are brazenly taking advantage of my mistake. Their answer to me is basically: Tough.

I had a one hour massage with Jimmy. He is great for deep tissue sports massage and checks in with you if he senses discomfort or tense muscles. Will return!

Maribel helped me a lot with my back pain. She took it as a longer-term project to relief all the contracted muscles on me.First sessions were painful because I had so much swelling. But it was a lot of relief.Thanks to her for the counseling and help

Pretty good massage but the walls were very thin and could hear people talking outside of the room. They should work on sound deadening or ensure people aren’t talking in the hallway outside the rooms.

Getting a massage in a clean and safe environment is a big yes. They get busy so it it good to call a day before or early in the morning.
