I came here around maybe 2 years ago. The appointment was easy to make very easy and went by fast. The only problem I had is I would take care of the piercing which I got a conch and it was pierced with a ring instead of a stud as it normally should be before switching to a hoop. I don’t know why it got infected but I think it is because you aren’t supposed to put in a hoop right away getting the piercing to prevent irritation.

Ive wanted a second pair of lobe piercings for a long time and can confirm, Mark is excellent and highly recommended. The piercings are healing beautifully!

LOVE this place. The shop is roomy, colorful, and well-stocked with treats for every type of connoisseur. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Alexa. Shes my favorite person there, and she excels at her job. She went out of her way to find a specific product that I had mentioned wanting for my daughter (saw one in SF for $10, a very small glass container with a silicone lid that looked like Jack Skellingtons face), and she bought multiples of it in different styles and had them on the shelf my next visit there, for $3! Yeah, she rocks.

A safe place for ear piercings, or other extraneous piercings done in a private room by an empathetic employee. This also happens to be a smoke shop, meaning: bongs and vapes, etc. Children getting ear piercings can go straight into the private room instead. The shop is clean and reputable.

Awesome spot! the glass is so unique and the T-shirt selection is siiick (in a good way). There is a wonderful gal that has been there for quite sometime and she is always smiling and helping out! She is the BEST, one of the main reasons I will be going back.

Lots of cool things to look at in this store. They have a wide variety of glass and vapes. Their website has a bunch of useful information and online ordering for your convenience. It’s definitely worth checking out as its most reputable shop in Mountain View. I drive from Redwood City to this location because of their fair prices and stock availability for all my vape needs. I’ve been going here since about 2017 and have been a customer since. Love the staff there. Everyone is friendly and there is easy parking. They support other small businesses and have great deals. Worth a visit!

I recently visited Fatty Zone and had a great experience with Mark. He performed my second lobe piercing and a helix piercing. Initially, I brought my own jewelry, but Mark informed me about the importance of using their recommended jewelry during the healing process, which I wasnt aware of.Mark was not only friendly but also did an excellent job with the piercings. Im very satisfied with the results and looking forward to returning in six weeks for my third lobe piercing.

Very helpful and have answers for just about everything on store or more. At least the tall girl who went from dark to blonde which I totally LOVE!!!! Havent had much experience with the other girls. Im sure they know theyre stuff working with Blondie!!!! My brother and I come here whenever I come into town. Its like a tradition! I look forward to it on each visit. Come on in!!!!

I just went here for a piercing today. Mark was extremely professional and gave clear instructions. He definitely made me feel in control of myself. Im terrified of needles but he was super nice and calmed down my anxiety. They tell you everything you need. Super clear instructions for my ears. Really good for my first piercings!!

The young lady was awesome outside of not selling or providing me the item described and that I specifically asked for. That’s not the problem she was so nice that the mistake can easily be looked over. Each time I’ve visited there is a male with long hair that doesn’t speak he has the worst facial expressions and should just find an office and stay there. He is probably the entitled owner or manager who “obviously” has a problem with people of color. I skipped bringing back the incorrect item and went somewhere different and had a much more professional and courteous experience. Unless you look like the people that work at Fatty Zone I would avoid this place unless that rude guy catches a clue! Classless location takes 2 months to respond. You know why because they had to hire some minorities before they could respond to my review. It took that long huh? Per the original review I didn’t even return the unwanted item to your location as I would rather keep than return to a classless business like this one!

Buy products from companies that support their product. Buy from the Hemp Bomb company and get a 30 day warranty as they support their products. Good service and dedicated customers involve polite helpful managers. The staff is great, polite and helpful. I can not recommend the store because the managers were so rude and hung up on me on the phone. They could have pursued the requested refund with the owner. Word of mouth is a powerful incentive to use a store. I recommend stores where I am treated with respect. I love the wonderful glass objects and other products might be fine. I used to tell everyone about it.

I ask the guy at the counter for a specific pack of 3 Coils, he gives me a similar product (which does not work for my mod) but not the one I asked for. I have to come back to the store to get the proper pack of coils I asked for in the first place and refuses to give me a complete set because I opened the package of the other one.Way to provide good service and be cheap. I wont ever be buying stuff in your store ever again. I hope skimming me on $5 was worth it Genius...

My 9 year old wants to give Mark the best review for piercing her ears so gently and with such compassion. He was incredible, patient, talked her through every step and was so good at making her feel 100% comfortable and in control before he pierced. Her fear was greater than the pain and she is so happy with her new studs 😁 Thank you thank you thank you, Mark!!!

I got my third set of piercings by Mark and it was heads down the best experience I’ve ever had. Mark was extremely professional during the consultation and gave wonderfully helpful suggestions. After consultations, he was meticulous in making sure I was happy with the placement and even used calipers to ensure the spacings were even. The best part is that I barely felt the piercing and there’s little to no bleeding at all.I will definitely be coming to Mark for all my piercings!! One of the nicest person I’ve met!

I guess this is a piercing related review?, but I didnt get a piercing done here. The folk here seem to actually care, which is what you want if you are looking for a piercing. The lady behind the counter was so lovely and took time to give me her opinion on what she thought would look nice on my ear set-up and Mark is an absolute star. Yeah, Im unbiased, go here.

My daughter just got her ears pierced by Mark. Mark was great, he measured each ear lobe, asked me for feedback, explained the entire process to my 11 years old.Great experience! I definitely recommend checking this place if you are looking to get a Piercing.

This place tries to scam people. they take old cartridges and repack them and sell them again. I bought three from them earlier and two of them did not work. today I went back and asked what if I buy one from you right now and it doesnt work. they said then its your bad luck.I went to Vape Affair. Much better deals on juices. Also they give you warranty. DO NOT go to this place for your ecig needs. For bowls and tattoos its fine maybe. But NOT FOR VAPS !

Have worked for Marriott for 6 years and know a little about customer service. I came in on 2/6/2014 looking to purchase a top loading piece for flowers and concentrates. The Caucasian lady with spiral piercings that helped me could not have been more condescending, unhelpful, and just plain rude. She laughed numerous times in my face as I tried to explain what I am looking for. Its a shame because I have been here so many times and love their glass selection. Unfortunately as long as this person is employed here, I will not return and will recommend to all of my family and friends to do the same.

Fatty Zone has been my go to as long as I can remember, all the staff is helpful and generally knowledgeable on the products.They have some super heady art but carry affordable American so after you tour the art you can leave with a new daily!

I can’t remember the guy that did my nose piercing but he was amazing! I felt completely safe and he even sterilized all the tools and ring in front of me to reassure me. Very little pain and he is honest about how much you’re going to feel.

The personnel is great, there is good service. I really liked when during the piercing process, he told me when he would pierce and if everything was okay.Afterwards, he explained the process on how to clean my ear and everything. I would most definitely go back there.(Got the industrial - its been 3 months and looks good)

Big store, large selection of glassware and piercing jewelry. Juice prices are average for a retail store. Special half price on second bottle of juice makes it a good deal if you buy 2.

This review is for the piercing service at FATTY ZONEMark their piercer is awesome and good work should always be rewarded again and again :)He is always 100% sterile with all of his tools and even the jewelry he is going to use on you. He will open each package in front of you. He will also talk to you and tell you just what hes going to do and what to expect.We both picked a tiny diamond for my nose and when I asked him to show me where he planed to pierce it he marked just the place I was wanting. I totally trust him with placements. Placements can make or break the way your piercing looks.I have a very high threshold for pain and a piercing has never made me have tears in my eyes before. Mark was so sweet and dabbed the little tears out of the corners of my eyes with a q-tip and asked me if I was ok since he had never seen me flinch from a piercing let alone as cliche as it may sound cry.(Again it just shows how awesome he is and knows his clients well)With piercings from mark I usually have little to no swelling and thats awesome, goes to show he knows what hes doing!! Seriously I would not have anyone else pierce me!!!Thank you mark for the piercing and making my birthday present to myself that much more wonderful!!!
