Smoker Friendly - Mountain View

I went into the Smokers Outlet to find out what my options were for roll-your-own cigarettes. The gal at the counter was extremely helpful in taking the time to walk over to the section and explain the ins and outs of each option. I thanked her for all her help and she gave me her card. Her name is Misty, and it turns out that she is the store manager.Previous visits to the store have all been very friendly and helpful no matter who is working. The store is well-lit, neat and attractive with a good selection and adequate parking.I highly recommend stopping in to the Smokers Outlet for excellent customer service and a wide variety of tobacco and e-cig options.

Misty the manager is one of the best managers i have ever met! She is always so positive and very helpful. Shes always working so hard when I come into the store I hope she gets a well deserved raised.

I have been a regular customer at the Smokers Outlet in Mountain View MO for several years now. I am always met with friendly smiling Hellos, and prompt, courteous service! Misty and Martha are top notch young Ladies!

I stop in here all the time regularly and love the staff but some new worker I didnt recognize just checked my ID for buying a monster and incense lol Im so confused

Cheap prices. Products = wide range of brands, flavors, style.... After shopping all the other places I town this is certainly the best bargain for tobacco users. If you have to have it, you may as well be halfway response to shop with the most reasonably priced establishment.

I had used my debut card to purchase ONE CARTON of cigarettes. I looked today to find out I was charged for TWO CARTONS of cigarettes on SEPERATE days.... This place is either stealing money from their customers OR ENCOURAGES theft by not ensuring their systems have not been tampered with...

Employees are very knowledgeable about products in store. Store is clean. They carry brands that other stores do not, Cheyenne Gold cigarettes. Ask about the Gummy Bears!!

Friendly and very helpful staff! Great selection of everything from cigs (including American Spirit), snuff, chew, pipes, hookahs, vape and accessories, purses and appearal and awsome place to gift shop. Also the manager will special order for you :). Smokers outlet in Mountain View is Awsome!!
