Great Vape

Update: thanks for taking the time to address my review. But I don’t really care about the vape pens being broken. I’m not going to be a customer for as long as the Latino or Philippino guy who works there doesn’t work there. He gets so visibly upset when I walk through the door. Rolls his eyes when I ask for the free vape pen and fights with me and argues every single time.Original review:The guy behind the counter with the red car has a huge attitude problem and is rude and upset every time I walk into the store. You ask him a question and he gives you the bare minimum like idk I don’t smoke doesn’t try to help customers or answer your questions. Past few times I came my vapes were all defective. Can’t continue to spend hundreds of dollars a month when their flum pens don’t work and theur main customer service person is constantly rude. He clearly hates his job.

Great Vape is the best vape shop in the Bay Area Period. I have bought hundreds of dollars in Mods, small vapes, pods, and juice from these guys in the past and other vape shops don’t come anywhere near close to what these guys have to offer.

The best vape shop in town. Joey gave great customer service and was very helpful with all the questions I had. Would recommend this vape shop to others.

Edit:Changing the rating to 5 coz I believe (1) the customer service is great and (2) they honored their promise.Original: Bought a vape for $36 which is $10 more than nearby shops.
