This place is the best! I had several health issues and they helped me overcome them by using their new light therapy. Before starting therapy, I was taking 7 prescription medications. I was allergic to bee stings and shellfish and had seasonal allergies. I suffered from chronic headaches for several years, depression, anxiety, high cholesterol and high estrogen levels which caused terible night sweats and many other issues. My body was fighting against me and the medications were not helping, only masking the problems. After completion of the therapy, I no longer take any medication and I feel so much better. I can enjoy shellfish and no longer have to worry about allergies. I sleep better and my headaches have gone away. She helped me get to the root causes of all my symptoms. She is so compassionate about helping people and finding the root cause so she can help. I highly recommend this place to anyone having chronic pains or any type of health issues.

This is my go-to massage place in Murfreesboro. Shirley has good techniques and is very accommodating! She always goes above and beyond, and makes sure my muscles are relaxed in the end. I feel much lighter and relieved after the session. The pricing is also fair and reasonable compare to some other places. I highly recommend.

My sister is a regular customer and had recommended that I go. I was anxious and skeptical about it… the only regret I have is that I didn’t go sooner! The environment is dark, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff is so sweet and very welcoming. I immediately felt at ease when i walked in. Ive gone to this establishment on and off for a few years now the Reflexology is good, but I had her work on my neck and shoulders. Last time she did a horrible job to the point to where she hurt my neck and I had to go to the doctor.

Great prices and quality service. My husband and I disappeared for an hour for some self help time, while shopping. He was complaining his feet were bothering him and suggested reflexology. It was refreshing, quite and the staff was sensitive to each of our reflexology needs. At the end of our sessions we both felt rejuvenated, our circulation improved and his feet were not in pain. We were so pleased, we scheduled our next session before we left

This was my first massage ever so I didn’t know what to expect. I got the C2 which was 30minutes foot massage and 30 minutes neck, shoulder and back. The hot foot batch with massage was a life changer. They did a deep tissue massage with clothes for the rest of the body is what I can relate it too and they are PHENOMENAL for the price. They keep you covered with a cozy blanket and just let you relax. Went the full hour if not more. Great services and atmosphere. Very clean and smelled great too. Very kind employees. Would have given it six stars if I could.

I give them 5 ! I have had many many massages since I broke my back in 2013. Well I went in with a torn muscle or popped my sternum whilst working out and she was so mindful and careful not to hurt me. She even got me the seated chair. Afterwards she told me what to do to avoid scar tissue. One of my favorite places to go. I was able to sleep throughout the night!

I have left and visited other places and came back last year and I will NEVER leave. I have been coming to foot reflexology for over 5 years on a weekly basis. The staff is excellent. They treat you with kindness, respect, and tend to all of your muscle needs. On occasion someone who will walk in without an appointment. They try to take everyone in as soon as possible. I would always recommend making an appointment for this excellent service. I guarantee when you come for the first time that you will be addicted.

This is fantastic! I went in as a walk-in on Thurs.---oh my! The best massage I have had in a long time. I had 2 different people, one on feet---one on back--probably because I was a walk-in, and I have to say--they both were THE BEST! Very sensitive to my needs and professional. I cant wait to go back! Last week the muscles in my lower back had completely seized up. I could barely move and when I did it was excruciating. When finally worked out enough to get out my friend brought me here. It was the miracle I was praying for. I walked out 1000% better that I walked in. Ive already booked another appointment and will be a regular customer from now on.

Read the other reviews and decided to try. I came in on Thursday about 10:30am as a walk in. I got right in. I was in town with my husband for his conferance and wanted to treat myself. Thats what happened. It was a treat. They made sure I got the services I wanted and asked about trouble areas. Professional, nice and clean. Definitely recommended.

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the beds where they put you are incredibly soft, and the staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. The experience was enjoyable and relaxing, and they have decent prices, offering a discount on services if you sign up with your email. Furthermore, Ive not noticed them sending a bunch of junky advertisements like most places do. Currently on Groupon too.

Ive been massage therapist for 15 years, I do reflexology. This was not reflexology. No part of this massage was relaxing. Very unprofessional. She took 3 phone calls during our session. There was no connection between her heart and her hands. Very repetitive and rough. Dont waste your money here.

I have been here twice but todays experience made me want to leave a review. The first time I went, there was a gentleman that did my foot massage and it was great. Today, it was an older woman who worked there. She was VERY ROUGH and hard. She was throwing my feet around and dropping my feet like sacks of potatoes. Instead of being relaxed when I left there, I was in more pain because I used my back to brace and not let my legs fall so hard to the bed. When she started, she began by beating my legs with full force. I explained to her that I have blood clots in my legs and did not need the leg part of the massage and to just work on my feet. I had to tell her this twice and she continued to attempt to massage my legs. She says, You can improve your circulation if you let me massage to make the blood clot go away, but you wont let me touch it! No thank you maam. You are not a medical doctor. I am not interested in a deep tissue massage to break up a blood clot. After she said this, I informed her (again) that I would just like the massage to be concentrated on my feet. Which is the entire reason I went in for a foot reflexology massage. Needless to say, she in turned continued to rub my thighs and calves l regardless of what I was saying. She then had the nerve to ask me if I have had any surgeries after you have been working on my legs for almost the duration of the massage. When I voiced my concerns, she gave me an eye mask as if she was saying be quiet. Luckily, I did a Groupon promo where I only paid $16 and I didnt feel too bad about paying for it. I will NEVER go back to this place simply because of how she treated me and was not concerned about the medical condition that I had.

Have been to this establishment twice and cannot commend them enough on the quality of service received. Brought my mom last time, and she said it was the best massage and reflexology treatment shes ever had. Agreed! Therefore, I will be coming back to Foot Reflexology going forward instead of the masseuse Ive been using for the past year. When Im here I feel that my problem areas receive the attention they need, and the effects are long lasting. Its as if [he] senses exactly where they are and works there until he is satisfied with the outcome which makes me extremely happy. When [he] is done, I can tell Ive tapped his energy reserves because hes left a little drained and out of breath. Thats when you know its a job well done!

My girlfriend and I searched Google for a pedicure and this establishment was recommended. I arrived about 2-2.5 hours before closing and we walked into a blacked out room almost as if it was closed. We spoke with the receptionist and asked about a pedicure and she asked if we had an appointment. Not knowing that we needed one, we replied no. She then stated that we had to leave because she had an appointment coming. We looked around to an empty room with 4 workstations and were instantly confused as to why we needed to leave if she had one appointment coming and 4 empty spots. After leaving I checked the Google page for any information pertaining to appointment only but found nothing. I later realized that they dont do pedicures but more so foot massages. Whether pedicure or massage, being asked to leave was unnecessary and unacceptable. What if we would have decided to do massages on the spot instead of pedicures?

Enter this building with **caution***Be sure and make an appointment before entering this location or the moody staff will run you out. They do not advertise by appointment only but the owner will almost yell and send you out if she’s having one of “her days”. Foot massage is ok, back massage will leave you bruised ( and I love deep tissue) but staff “speaka no Engrish” so telling them to lighten up doesn’t work.

Me and husband went there today, we chose a c3 session which is a 60 minutes we been told it included a 30 minutes foot massage with 15 minutes neck head arms and 15 minutes back.took 5-8 minutes just left the feet in the water,and took 30 minutes massaged the feet then probably had 20 minutes left for the back,the guy who did for me asked me to face down,and he started to massage my neck, I’m not sure even enough for 3 minutes and then until the end he don’t even touch my arms and my head..I guess he is new maybe still learning how to do massage,but I’m not satisfied AT all..we actually went there once before we had a good experience but after today we are definitely not going back..(I have received their message the day after my review,they explained the details and they tried to make it up for me,anyway I felt their sincerity so I decided gave them 4 stars, it’s worth to go get a foot massage though..

Amazing massage - great place to relax and feel better. You don’t have to undress and they also stretch you some too - I feel great when we are done. Also, they offer LLLT which I was extremely skeptical of but my daughter was struggling to get over a concussion and figured it couldn’t hurt to try. The lady was extremely thorough and showed great care. She worked on my daughter for over an hour. We left not really believing it did anything but within a couple hours her head cleared up, the symptoms she hadn’t been able to shake for over a week completely went away and she was full of energy. She said she felt better after that than she had at in a long time. It’s been weeks and she’s perfect. Back to playing soccer without a single symptom. We both went in kind of laughing at the idea of it doing anything but we are ready to try it more now.

Wonderful, really nothing negative to say. When you walk in its so tranquil and peaceful. The lady here is very gentle and so knowledgeable about the body and its needs for healing. I recommend this place for sure.Photos coming soon!
