This location is a very clean and organized with a great selection just like the Nashville location I visited. The employees are nice and very knowledgeable of products they carry. They have a rewards program for customers to earn free product as well. Plus it doesnt cost anything to sign up!Pricing is good and like anything else you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend their Perfect gummies they carry. They are GOOD! Anyhoo hope this helps others as myself that value great customer service and good product whatever you may use.

They are the worst they lie to the client always is the same i needed a product they told trust us you will have that on your return today I went to the store and they sorry next time I said wow buddy you promised and he start lought on me really not professional people dont go there

The staff was very helpful with purchasing my vapor . Which was great because I am new to the vapor scene. They were knowledgeable of the product and helped me purchase the best one for me. They didn’t try and punch the most expensive one on me. They also helped me in setting it up and how to work the product. I would definitely go back. They also have a program to help you save money on next purchases which was cool

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and fun to talk to. Ive been vaping 2 years and I buy enough fluid to last me awhile. So every time I go in theres a whole new display case full of new equipment and features. Its really refreshing not being pressured into upgrading every few months. My relics still work great but whenever I do want to splurge I will spend my money here. The only cons apply to all vapor stores with their new regulations on no longer giving regular customers free bottle incentives.

My advice? DONT GO HERE! I bought a Geek Vape 1 from here and it just up and stopped working. They exchanged it because it was under warranty and I got a new one. The new one started to act like it was dead and it stopped working. No matter how long I charged it, it would act like it was dead. I brought it back in because it was under warranty and explained this to the sales person. She took it into the back then brought it back to me and told me that she wouldnt process this because the device is fully functional. Somehow this woman doesnt understand what fully functional means. I explained to her again that it is not hitting and she interrupted me and told me that it was dead and that I needed to charge it. She told me to come back tomorrow to speak to her manager. Lol I had just ubered up there and would have to uber back home. Im going to another vape shop to buy a new vape. Ill be in touch with her manager tomorrow. This employee was EXTREMELY rude and doesnt listen.

Sold me two expired carts and once I brought that to the workers attention she told me they do not keep track of that and would not let me exchange them or get a refund. What kind of business practice is it to sell expired product and then blame the customer?????? There are a million other vape shops with Delta 8/CBD products and I would encourage everyone to make this place their very last choice. Me on the other hand, even if this was the last option I would just go without.

This is the best e-juice in town. I tried two other stores and nothing compares. I didnt like the wait at Saffire, but now I understand why there is one. Their prices are very competitive and the juice always tastes fresh and smooth, even the cheapest one they offer is better than premium from the other stores.

Today was my first visit here. They have reasonable prices, staff is friendly, and a good selection of juice and devices and hardware. Nice building too. Definitely go here more often if I lived closer!

This is hands down the best vape shop in town. Service is excellent, product is excellent, prices are on point. Any of the staff members that have ever helped me have been very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a good experience each time I visit. Great selection of juices and mods. Very friendly staff. Also carries man accessories for the most common mods. Staff is knowledgeable. You can join a club to taste test the juices. Parking is kind of crowded if you have a large truck. In a convienient location.

Me and my family live 45 mins away and we come all the way down here to shop here. Staff is amazing always helpful. My mom smoked for 30 years and because of the help with this store and staff she has been quit smoking for 2 years. We will not shop at any other store.

Juice is always meh. im used to premium brands and have NEVER liked the flavor at saffire. HOWEVER, they are the only store in town that opens before 10am, the customer service is always great, and i have a rewards program with them, so i still do buisness there whenever i need to get up early.wont EVER buy their juice again,unless im mixing it with another flavor to make it last longer, but the shop is worth the visit, and its always well kept.Might go look at their hardware sometime soon.Great people, good store, good prices, and a rewards program. so 4 stars in my opinion

New to the Murfreesboro area... Came to this vape shop got new battery and a Delta 8 Kart but either my batterie dont work or something wrong with the Delta 8 Kart cant enjoy what I paid for because it does not work so I went back got new battery still nothing

I buy my juice @ Kiss VaporCoils @ community vapeMothers day 2017 .Less than 1 week ago I bought a nautilus 2 tank at the Smyrna store within a few days the tank was leaking out the holes so I took it back they told me I had the wrong ohm coil in it then they told me to buy 3 more 1.8 ohm coils and a fancy little wrench to open the tank with the following day May 12th 2017 it was leaking again so they swap me out for the Nautilus Mini tank on the 14th of May Mothers Day 2017 the tank would continue to flood and went through all of my coils and how my juice was pouring out I have bought my juice from Kiss vapor for over 3 years now I figured the Smyrna store was the problem so I went to the Murfreesboro store they cleaned out the bottom of the mini tank put a new coil in it and test it amongst themselves and had me tested as well and it was not leaking they sent me on my way and told me that next time at least they think its because I buy my juice somewhere else and then my juice is thinner my juice is the same consistency as theres its a 70/30 mix the guy with red hair tried to blame it on his vapor and said hes had several tanks come back due to juice purchased at vapor Ive been called before I came the way I am being treated I hope no one else spends any more money here as well they put down my other store that I buy my juice from and I have been buying coils and tanks from Sapphire for over a year now and Im still on my way with broken material but Im told I have a 30 day warranty for a manufacture defect if its flooding out brand new coils why do I have to keep coming up here wasting my time wasting my gas and wasting my own juice to be put down about my juice clearly the tank is having a problem I dont know what to call it today two tanks 7 coils and one week and I get nothing but sit on my way telling me my juice is the problem the 30 day warranty meant nothing then

Went in there to buy some juices. How are you supposed to sample if you dont know what kind of flavor it is if you have 12mg of nicotine? I smoke with no nicotine and 4mg at the most.

Bought a 10 stick battery for an emergency and it didnt even work. I may try taking it back if Im in the area but of course I didnt even grab the receipt form the cashier that day.
