Vape Guru Smoke Shop CIGAR, CBD, KRATOM, VAPE

The bad: They really aren’t “Guru’s” at all. Owned by “businessmen” and ran by young kids that don’t actually smoke. They don’t know their products. They don’t offer discounts as good as other similar stores. The product is cheap and lower quality, but priced accordingly. Inventory is always low or out for certain items. I’ve purchased items that were a nothing burger if you know what I mean.The Good: nice people and nice vibe. They have a lot of cool niche items. Cheap price (like cheap vodka) gets the job done.

I live in a different state and I stopped here for a product. The owner was there, he was super nice and definitely provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The store is clean and well organized with a good selection of products. Prices were very reasonable too. I will definitely stop here again next time I swing by.

Love this shop. The best prices and quality for whatever I’ve ever needed. Jack is my favorite staff member. He’s always helpful, patient, and courteous. Everyone loves Jack!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Very nice selection and good humidor room. I got some vape juice and some cigars. Good little find and nice guy running the place.

Moderately good selection of juices for vape, okay selection of kratom & cannabis. They have a cigar room that is nice. There are some culture gaps that might be misinterpreted as them being rude, but theyre not. They are friendly and I enjoy shopping here. They even ordered my coils for me since they didnt carry them before.

My husband bought me a vape and it always “got stuck “ and so I didn’t think anything of it…until the vape shot a glob of oil into my mouth! It immediately burned and blistered my mouth! I headed back to the store to show them what happened. I wasn’t looking for anything, just hoping that they would replace an obvious defective product…the man at the store showed no concern and let me know that there is 30 day return policy, but because he knew me he would give me %15 off a new vape! Unbelievable! I left there and then had to see a doctor and get a prescription…needless to say I won’t go back. Not only is the staff terrible but they sell sub standard products (not the first I had trouble with) so good luck!

Tyler and Rebecca are the nicest every time I come in. They always know exactly what Im looking for and seem very knowledgeable about the store and products. I refuse to go anywhere else because I always know Ill be treated right when I come here. I appreciate their customer service

My boyfriend loves goin here I got 2 vapes and small one worked great went back got a big one it’s been great need a new coil about to go get it soon ive never had any issues nice and friendly have a big selection

They have a good stock of vapes and the owner or employee thats there every time I go is very helpful and friendly!!! They have the best prices compared to around town too!!

We went to this store looking for a few things they didn’t have all our requests which is okay but the worker (ethan) very immature and rude. I would never have someone running my Bussiness as such. All 3 of us after leaving said we’ll never go back there again.

Have went here multiple times and drive out of my way to come here and give you business. Your employee was rude and wouldn’t even look at me, waited for me to tell him what I wanted to buy, then told me he refused to sell to me because there was a mistake last time I was here, that wasn’t noticed by neither me nor him, and now refusing my business. I’ll certainly be telling my friends to go elsewhere, as we actually purchase from you every week. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I drove here from Smyrna because this was the only shop open on Sunday only to get here, and the door is locked, but the open sign is on. I do not have the luxury of time, so wasting an hour out of my day is irritating, to say the least.

The girl that works there has such AMAZING energy and will make you laugh for sure! When I go back Im gonna make sure she becomes my new bestie lol. They also have a good variety of products in store as well.

I was just passing by this vape store and decided to walk in and these guys have everything! They are super nice and help with everything you need. They have a huge delta 8 selection. I tried the Covert d8 disposable and it was so good! Thank you so much guys!!!
